Russia's Transneft plans future dividends on 50% of adjusted profit under IFRS - Ifax

MOSCOW, April 30 (Reuters) - Russia’s oil pipeline monopoly Transneft plans to direct half of its adjusted net profit under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) into future dividends, the Interfax news agency cited First Vice President Maxim Grishanin as saying on Thursday.

Grishanin said Transneft was in talks with the government over making potential dividend payments on its 2019 profits in instalments. (Reporting by Gabrielle Tétrault-Farber and Alexander Marrow; Editing by Mark Potter)
