S.Korea fin min says to boost loans to developing countries fighting coronavirus

SEOUL, April 27 (Reuters) - South Korea’s finance minister on Monday said the government will boost loans and grants for developing nations to help them fight the coronavirus pandemic.

Hong Nam-ki said more than $400 million will be spent as an “economic cooperation development fund” to improve healthcare systems in developing nations, without naming any nations in particular. (Reporting by Cynthia Kim; Editing by Daniel Wallis)
