MOSCOW, Oct 23 (Reuters) - Moscow hopes that the Kurds will voluntarily pull out from regions near the Syrian-Turkish border, without bloodshed, Interfax quoted Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Vershinin as saying on Wednesday.
