Seven Turkish banks fined total $30 mln following complaints

ANKARA, July 9 (Reuters) - Turkey’s banking watchdog (BDDK) said on Thursday it fined seven banks a total of 204.7 million lira ($30 million) after individual and institutional customers made complaints, which it did not detail.

The BDDK did not name the banks but said the inquiry process is continuing over complaints by banks’ clients.
