LONDON (Reuters) - British MPs on Wednesday approved a change to a bill aimed at preventing a no-deal Brexit that would allow lawmakers to vote on the existing Withdrawal Agreement negotiated by former Prime Minister Theresa May.
The amendment was passed without a vote.
