Labour spokesman declines to comment when asked about no confidence vote in PM

BRIGHTON, England (Reuters) - A spokesman for Britain’s main opposition Labour Party declined to comment on Tuesday when asked if the party would move a vote of no confidence in Prime Minister Boris Johnson after the Supreme Court ruled his suspension of parliament was unlawful.
