PARIS (Reuters) - French President Macron said on Tuesday that EU leaders had agreed to take all measures necessary to avoid financial and economic instability that could be sparked by the coronavirus outbreak.

“Europe is united and must take into consideration the fact that we are going through an exceptional crisis today, which requires exceptional responses,” Macron said after holding a video conference with other EU leaders to coordinate a response to the coronavirus.
