Sprint plans to issue $1 billion of 2026 bonds: SEC filing

NEW YORK (IFR) - Telecoms giant Sprint plans to issue $1 billion of 2026 bonds, according to an SEC filing released on Tuesday.

JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs have been named as joint bookrunners on the deal. Proceeds are slated for general corporate purposes, the filing said.
