U.S. border tax would likely violate WTO rules: Mexico minister

MONTERREY, Mexico (Reuters) - A border adjustment tax (BAT) under discussion in the United States would discriminate against imports and likely violate World Trade Organization rules, Mexican Economy Minister Ildefonso Guajardo said on Friday at an event in Monterrey.
