TREASURIES-U.S. yields hold at lower levels after Fed Dudley's remarks

NEW YORK, Sept 25 (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury yields remained at lower levels early Monday as New York Federal Reserve President William Dudley suggested the U.S. central bank would raise interest rates further at a gradual pace and temporary factors depressing inflation are “fading.”

At 8:39 a.m. (1239 GMT), the yield on benchmark 10-year Treasury notes was down 1 basis point at 2.252 percent, while the yield on 30-year bonds was 1 basis point lower at 2.785 percent. (Reporting by Richard Leong)
