NEW YORK, May 8 (Reuters) - CME reported a technical issue with the publication of NYMEX U.S. crude and heating oil settlements on Tuesday, a spokesman said.
The settlements were released after a delay. CME did not say whether the delay was due to unusually high trading volumes. Trading volumes in front-month WTI futures saw more than 1.15 million contracts change hands, its busiest trading day since early July.
