Xaar sees lower first-half revenue

July 8 (Reuters) - XAAR Plc said on Monday it expects to report a lower revenue in the first-half compared with a year earlier, hurt by inventory being returned to the industrial inkjet technology provider.

The company said it expected to report revenue of 23 million pounds ($28.81 million) for the six months ended June 30, lower than the 35.3 million pounds it reported a year earlier. ($1 = 0.7985 pounds) (Reporting by Samantha Machado in Bengaluru; Editing by Arun Koyyur)
