Turkey's Yildiz Holding debt incorporated under one agreement, banking association says

ISTANBUL, Dec 27 (Reuters) - Multiple syndication agreements of conglomerate Yildiz Holding have been incorporated under one debt agreement, the Turkish Banking Association said on Thursday.

In May, the Turkish food giant’s chief financial officer said the company signed a deal with banks to refinance $5.5 billion in debt, adding that it intended to incorporate the debt under one roof.
