Scentre Group (Scentre) is the parent company of Scentre Group Trust 1 (SGT1), Scentre Group Trust 2 (SGT2) and Scentre Group Trust 3 (SGT3). The Company owns and operates a portfolio of living centers in Australia and New Zealand. The Company’s portfolio includes approximately 42 Westfield living centers and over 12,000 retail outlets.
