Oil mixed after U.S. crude stocks draw; Forties outage lends support

Oil prices bounced between positive and negative territory on Wednesday after U.S. crude stockpiles fell more than expected, though that was somewhat offset by a larger-than-forecast rise in gasoline inventories and more growth in U.S. oil production.

Natgas producer EQT to spend $2.4 billion in 2018

EQT Corp, the biggest U.S. natural gas producer, said on Wednesday it expects to spend $2.4 billion next year, the majority of which will be to develop more wells in two key shale formations in the Appalachian region.
