Nov 7(Reuters) - Tamura Corp <6768.T>:Says it plans to increase voting power in ESE INDUSTRIES(THAI)CO.,LTD to 84.5 percent from 0 percent, through shares acquisition for 37 million baht (122 million yen) and investment of 216.6 million baht (714 million yen) in ESE INDUSTRIES(S)PTE.LTD. .Says it plans to set up a new plant in Thailand and the first phase of the plant construction will be completed in October 2018 and the second phase of the plant construction will be completed in 2021 .  Full Article

TAMURA lowers consolidated full-year outlook for FY 2016

TAMURA CORP:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 84,600 mln yen from 85,000 mln yen for FY ended March 2016.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to 4,200 mln yen from 4,400 mln yen.Sees a decrease of ordinary profit forecast to 3,900 mln yen from 4,400 mln yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to 1,700 mln yen from 3,200 mln yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to 20.73 yen from 39.03 yen.Comments reorganization of unit's business and increased tax are the main reasons for the forecast.  Full Article
