Sept 22 (Reuters) - Murata Manufacturing Co Ltd <6981.T>:Says it set up a SPC PJ Florence Acquisition Company, Limited to acquire stake in U.S.-based firm Vios Medical, Inc (target company).Says SPC will merge with target company and SPC will be dissolved .Says it will raise voting power in target company to 100 percent from 3.6 percent .Says it will pay a cash consideration of about $25.9 million (about 2.9 billion yen) and distribute 507,104 shares of its treasury common stock to pay a consideration of about $75.7 million (about 8.5 billion yen) to target company's shareholders and stock option holders.Says expected acquisition date is Oct. 13.  Full Article
