Jan 15(Reuters) - Jianglong Shipbuilding Co Ltd <300589.SZ> ::Sees FY 2017 net profit to decrease by 13.15 percent to increase by 8.57 percent, or to be 32 million yuan to 40 million yuan.Says FY 2016 net profit was 36.8 million yuan.The reasons for the forecast are effect from typhoon and increased research and development investment .  Full Article

June 2 (Reuters) - Nikkei::Mitsubishi Heavy Industries will consolidate shipbuilding design and engineering workforces as part of effort to revive its vessel business - Nikkei.Mitsubishi Heavy's center may also design vessels ordered for Imabari or Namura - Nikkei.Mitsubishi Heavy Industries engineers at various shipyards to be brought under new vessel, marine technology center in yokohama as of July 1 - Nikkei.Mitsubishi Heavy Industries' new vessel & marine technology center will also tie up with peers like imabari shipbuilding, namura shipbuilding - Nikkei ‍​.  Full Article

Namura Shipbuilding raises consolidated full-year outlook for FY 2016

Namura Shipbuilding Co Ltd:Says the company increased the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 147,200 mln yen from 144,000 mln yen for FY ended March 2016.Operating profit forecast increased to 6,600 mln yen from 4,300 mln yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 5,500 mln yen from 3,800 mln yen.Net profit forecast increased to 7,200 mln yen from 3,700 mln yen.Earnings per share increased to 104.40 yen from 53.67 yen.Comments good performance in unit and cost decrease are the main reasons for the forecast.  Full Article
