Adecco Group Ag : The Adecco Group announces acquisition of D4, LLC . Adecco says D4 is a leader in eDiscovery litigation support with annual revenues of approximately USD 30 million . Adecco buys General Assembly in $412.5 million deal to boost growth

ZURICH Swiss staffing company Adecco Group is buying U.S.-based technology education provider General Assembly for $412.5 million including debt, it said on Monday, adding heavy investments in the business would initially drag on earnings.
