Name Description

Enrico Falck

Dr. Enrico Ottaviano Falck has served as Executive Chairman of Falck Renewables S.p.A. since April 29, 2014. He also serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Company. He graduated from Boston University in 1998. He attended Regent's Business School between 1998 and 1999. He holds a diploma in Marketing and Finance from European Business School of Milan obtained in 2000 and a Masters degree with specialization in Small Enterprises from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan, obtained in 2002. He currently serves as Director of Falck SpA, Riesfactoring SpA, and others. He started his professional career in 2000 in stage at McKinsey & Company. He joined Gruppo Falck in 2001 as Controller Assistant. In 2002 he served at Gruppo Pandolfo. From 2002 to 2003, he served as Junior Analyst at Medinvest SpA. From 2004 to 2006, he was involved in team project finance for WTE projects at Gruppo Falck. From 2006 to 2008, he served as Project Developer for Biogas at Gruppo Falck. From 2009 to 2011, he served as Assistant to the Chairman of Gruppo Falck.

Toni Volpe

Mr. Toni Volpe has served as Chief Executive Officer, General Manager, Executive Director of Falck Renewables S.p.A. since February 22, 2016. He is Member of the Advisory Board of the Company. He has experience in the field of consultancy gained from his work with Bain & Company in Milan, but it is in the energy sector that he has really grew professionally, joining the Corporate Strategy Department of the Enel Group in 2004. He assumed more responsibility within the Enel Group taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Enel Green Power North America in 2005, Enel Group HR Planning and Development in 2011, and, thereafter, in 2014, that of Country Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Enel Romania. He graduated in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 1997 and obtained an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business of New York in 2002.

Guido Corbetta

Prof. Guido Giuseppe Maria Corbetta has served as Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Falck Renewables S.p.A. since April 29, 2014. He is Professor of Strategy and Corporate Policy within the Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. He holds the chairs AIdAF-Alberto Falck of Strategy for Family Corporations within the same University. He served as Researcher and Lecturer in a number of business schools, including among others IESE and EAE of Barcelona, AESE of Lisbon and Loyola University of Chicago. He was appointed Member of the Editorial Board of the magazines Family Business Review and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice. He was appointed Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the Milan's branch of Ernst & Young and serves as Consultant concerning strategy and family corporations. Paolo Rundeddu

Mr. Paolo Rundeddu has served as Chief Financial Officer, Financial Reporting Officer and Management Services Director at Falck Renewables S.p.A. since July 30, 2009. Paolo Rundeddu is Group Chief Financial Officer of Falck Renewables SpA, as well as Manager in charge of preparing the accounting documents. Michela Bambara

Ms. Michela Bambara has been appointed as Chief Digital and Information Officer of the Company. Michela Bambara is Chief Digital and Information Officer, responsible for the digital transformation of Falck Renewables and its subsidiaries. Graduated in Engineering at the Milan Polytechnic with a Master's Degree in Strategic ICT Management, Michela has many years of experience in digital transformation projects supporting entire business processes, with particular attention to technological innovation. She began her career in 2000 at the most important companies in the field of consultancy, and then assumed positions of responsibility in the largest Italian energy utilities. In Edison she was responsible for the ICT development of the commercial area, at the same time as the company entered the mass market following the liberalization of the energy market. In 2010 She joined Snam dealing with Digital Transformation, initially with a focus on Operation projects and later as Head of Demand and Project Delivery.

Lucia Monti

Ms. Lucia Monti has been appointed as Group General Counsel, General Secretary of the Company. In the Falck Group, Lucia Monti is Group General Counsel and General Secretary, responsible for legal and corporate affairs of the Group. She is Secretary of the Board of Directors of the listed company Falck Renewables SpA Graduated in Law at the Catholic University of Milan with a Master's Degree in International Affairs from ISPI, began her career in 1996 at some international law firms in London, gaining significant experience in the field of M&A. After obtaining the title of lawyer, her held positions of responsibility in Milan at international law firms and engineering companies. Before joining the Falck Group, her followed several important M&A and development operations in the ERG Group where she spent almost 10 years. Since 2014, at ERG Renew SpA, she has been appointed General Counsel.

Anastasia Titova

Ms. Anastasia Titova has been appointed as Global Head of Human Resources, Organization & People Care of the Company. Anastasia Titova is Global Head of HR & Organization of Falck Renewables SpA Anastasia graduated with honors from the Siberian University of Kemerovo, first in Linguistics and Literature (1997) and later in Economics and Finance (2002). In 2003 She acquires the Master in Management and Economics of Energy and Environment at Eni Corporate University and in 2005 CIPD certification in HR and Development. She began Her professional career in 1997 in the Oil & Gas sector, where in the space of a decade She acquired numerous experience in the field of human resources, working on significant projects in Russia for important multinational companies, such as Occidental Petroleum, Shell, Petrofac International . In 2007 She joined the Energy sector with Enel Group in Russia,renewable & conventional generation, distribution, corporate structures.

Javier Asensio

Mr. Javier Asensio has been appointed as Global Head of Asset Management & Technical Advisory of the Company. Javier holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering in Spain from Valencia Technical University and an MBA from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne (Switzerland). With more than seventeen years of experience in engineering and project management, he has been involved in the renewable energy sector for more than ten years. Javier's experience is extended both in terms of skills and jurisdictions, having been involved in investments, construction and management of wind and solar projects of over 500 MW in the United Kingdom, Spain, France and India. Prior to joining Vector Cuatro and Falck Renewables, Javier was Chief Operating Officer at Quercus Investment Partners and held other managerial roles at OST Energy, Proener and Indra Sistemas.

Antonino Callaci

Mr. Antonino Callaci has been appointed as Global Head of Risk Management of the Company. From January 2018 Antonino Callaci is Head of Risk Management in Falck Renewables SpA with the responsibility of defining and managing the Enterprise Risk Management methodology for the identification, measurement, management and reporting of risks within the various business sectors in which the Group operates. He graduated with honors in Business Economics from the University of Pisa and obtained in 2005 the Master in Auditing and Internal Control at the same University.

Marco Cittadini

Mr. Marco Cittadini has been appointed as Global Head of Energy Management & Downstream Services of the Company. Marco Cittadini is Global Head of Energy Management & Downstream Services of Falck Renewables SpA Marco holds a degree in Engineering and also holds a Master's Degree in International Economics from SDA Bocconi in Milan. From 2001 to 2004 he worked for Sapient Corporation, a consulting company focused on digital innovation, and, from 1997 to 2000, in the United Kingdom for the American group Allegheny Technologies. He was then CEO of Poyry Energy Srl in Italy and, for the same Finnish group, he held international roles in Zurich, in management and technical consulting services for renewable sources and energy markets. Until 2016 he was Director of Strategy and Innovation at Siram SpA and Managing Director of Simav SpA, both companies of the French Veolia group.

Richard Dibley

Mr. Richard Dibley has been appointed as Head of Asset Management UK of the Company. Richard Dibley is Head of Asset Management for the United Kingdom, responsible for the governance of the 12 wind farms of the Group in the United Kingdom for a total of 413 MW of installed. He joined the Group in 2013, initially working in Business Development and Regulatory. In 2017 he was appointed director of the British Falck Renewables companies. Richard's career in wind power began in technical and environmental consulting, after obtaining a degree in geology from the University of Edinburgh in 1996 and a master's degree in Mining Geology from the Camborne School of Mines (CSM) in 1997. Working in various international markets including the United States, Canada and later the United Kingdom, Richard has supported a considerable number of wind energy development companies, from small independent developers to important utilities . The activities included feasibility studies, technical and commercial evaluation of the projects, carrying out the environmental impact assessment and obtaining consents for project planning. Drawing on his vast experience in the field of consulting, and in conjunction with the expansion of the sector, Richard moves towards development roles where he follows the implementation of onshore wind projects in the UK for industrial players such as Peel Energy, Green Power and finally Falck Renewables.

Alessia Galbiati

Ms. Alessia Galbiati has been appointed as Global Head of QHSE of the Company. She Graduated in Chemical Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, since 1999 she has been dealing with issues related to Health & Safety, with ever increasing roles in important multinationals in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector. Safety manager at Smithkline Beecham, an official in the technical scientific division of Federchimica, then worked at BASF where she later assumed the role of HSE Manager for the Southern Europe Business Center, acquiring skills in multiple sectors, including Fine Chemicals, Coil, Coating, Polyurethanes. During BASF's time, she personally followed the Due Diligence activities of acquisitions and integration of Degussa Construction Chemicals, Engelhard and Ciba Specialty Chemicals and was a Member of BASF's Responsible Care Europe.corporate and governance related to all Bracco business lines. She has been a member of the Directive Responsible Care and Transportation Emergency Service of Federchimica.

Scott Gilbert

Mr. Scott Gilbert has been appointed as Global Head of Engineering and Construction of the Company. Scott Gilbert is the Global Head of Engineering and Construction of Falck Renewables SpA, with the responsibility of ensuring that the Group's new assets are properly designed, procured, built and put into operation, safely and sustainably, in line with strategic objectives. Scott also deals with the organization and management of the Group's subsidiaries in Norway and Sweden. He joined Falck Renewables in 2009 and served as Project Manager; later he was Head of Design and Construction. Scott graduated in Civil & Transportation Engineering from Edinburgh's Napier University and spent the first 10 years of his career at Balfour Beatty Group, also working for Sweco, a European leader in engineering consultancy.

Massimo Meda

Mr. Massimo Meda has been appointed as Head of Asset Governance Italy of the Company. Since 2016, Massimo Meda has been Head of Asset Governance for the Italian solar and wind companies of Falck Renewables and Assistant to the Chairman. After graduating in Electrical Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano and experience in the submarine cables sector for Pirelli SpA (now Prysmian), he joined AEM (today a2a), where he deals with the tariff systems of energy products then in a monopoly regime. With the liberalization of the electricity market in 1999, he directs the start-up of the Camuzzi Group's energy division (later acquired by Enel). In 2002, he joined Swiss Atel (now Alpiq), where he developed his presence on the Italian market for supply to industrial customers and was the first in Italy to start supplying resellers. Alessandra Ruzzu

Ms. Alessandra Ruzzu serves as Global Head of Communication & Sustainability, Institutional Affairs of Falck Renewables S.p.A. she directs and coordinates the activities of Institutional Communication, Media Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility in the countries where the Company operates. With a degree in Economics and Banking from the University of Siena and a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Lobbying and Institutional Relations at the LUISS Management, Alessandra has dealt with institutional relations, strategic communication and internationalization of companies in her career. She began her career at Pirelli and then, from 2000 to 2006, joined APCO Worldwide, an American multinational specialized in strategic consulting and Public Affairs, where she also worked on the APCO Italy program for the internationalization of Italian companies in China. She was then Advisor to the President of the Italian Parliamentary Delegation at NATO on behalf of the Senate of the Republic, before joining Falck Renewables in 2009. Since 2015 she has also been a Board Member of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA and, previously, Director of Banco di Sardegna SpA.

Carmelo Scalone

Mr. Carmelo Scalone has served as Head of Business Development and M&A at FALCK RENEWABLES S.P.A. since May 4, 2017. Global Head of Business Development and M&A, Carmelo Scalone leads an international team whose main mission is the expansion of the portfolio and the international presence of Falck Renewables SpA. Carmelo has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the La Sapienza University of Rome and has completed a course in Business Administration at SDA Bocconi in Milan and an Advanced Management Program at the IESE Business School in Barcelona. He is an Italian citizen and has lived and worked in Sweden, France and Spain, where he is currently based. Before joining Falck Renewables in 2017, Carmelo was on the Executive Committee of EDF Energies Nouvelles in Paris, with global responsibility for Business Development.

Carmelo Tantillo

Mr. Carmelo Tantillo serves as Head of Thermal Generation of the Company. He was Area Manager South Europe at Falck Renewables S.p.A. From 2018 Carmelo Tantillo is Head of Thermal Generation of Falck Renewables SpA Graduated in Electrotechnical Engineering at the University of Catania in 1984.

Siro Tasca

Mr. Siro Tasca has served as Head of Internal Audit at Falck Renewables S.p.A. since 2012. Within Falck Renewables SpA, from 2012 Siro Tasca is Head of Internal Audit, a structure responsible for verifying the suitability and operational effectiveness of the internal control and risk management system, through an Audit Plan, based on a structured process of analysis and prioritization of the main risks. Siro is also a member of the Supervisory Body of Falck Renewables SpA After graduating in Business Administration from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, he held the positions of Manager and Senior Manager for Arthur Andersen and Deloitte Consulting, working first as an auditor and later as a consultant. In 2004 he was one of the founders in Italy of Protiviti, a multinational management consulting group, where he worked, as Director, until 2012, dealing with Internal Auditing and Risk Management services.

Libero Milone

Dr. Libero Milone has served as Non-Executive Lead Independent Director at Falck Renewables S.p.A. since July 28, 2011. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Human Resources Committee of the Company. He has served as Non-Executive Independent Director of Falck Renewables SpA since May 6, 2011. He also serves as Chairman of the Audit and Governance, as well as Member of the Remuneration and Human Resources Committees of the Company. From 1970 to 1975, he served at Armitage & Norton Chartered Accountants. From 1975 to 2007, he served at Deloitte in Rome, Milan and New York in a number of roles of increasing importance, till becoming Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Italy and Member of the Worldwide Board and Governance Committee from 2003 to 2007. From April 2008 to March 2011, he served as Senior Advisor and Honorary Chairman of Proviti. In May 2008 he was appointed Member of the Audit Committee of WFP - World Food Program. From June 2008 to September 2008, he served as Consultant for an Italian bank. In April 2010 he was appointed Chairman of Jobnet SpA. In September 2010 he was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Body of Wind Telecom SpA. He has been Independent Director of Fiat Industrial SpA, Poltrona Frau Group. Elisabetta Falck

Ms. Elisabetta Falck has served as Non-Executive Director of Falck Renewables S.p.A. since March 10, 2010. From 1991 to 1995, she attended a scenography course at the NABA Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti Millano. Prior to joining the Company she served as Assistant Costume Designer for a number of cultural events. She also collaborated to the opening of a laboratory for the creation and sale of jewelry. She is Member of Associazione Dimore Storiche Italiane, Fondazione Milano per la Scala, Associazione Italiana delle Aziende Famigliari and FAI - Fondo per l'Ambiente Italiano.

Federico Falck

Eng. Federico Falck serves as Non-Executive Director at Falck Renewables S.p.A. since April 29, 2014. Previously, he was Non-Executive Chairman of the Board and Director of Falck Renewables S.p.A. from 2003 till April 29, 2014. Prior to that he was Director of the Company until 2003. He also serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Company. He graduated from Politecnico di Milano in Mechanical Engineering. He started his career in 1977 at Acciaierie Ferriere Lombarde Falck SpA (now Falck SpA). After a stage in the United States he started to manage production and acquisitions in the steel industry and for a number of years he served as Director of Purchasing and as General Manager.
