Name Description

Moshe Dayan

Mr. Moshe Dayan has been Chairman of the Board of ADO Properties S.A. since March 12, 2019. He is founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dune International Sarl, Luxembourg and has been CEO of several companies in Israel for many years.

Rabin Savion

Mr. Rabin Savion serves as Director of ADO Properties SA. He was also appointed to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the company until July 22, 2019. He studied hospitality management at the Florida International University and received his bachelor of science degree in 1992. From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Savion worked with various real estate and hotel consulting firms including PKF Consulting (US), amongst others, as a consultant. From 2001 to 2002, he worked as the international business director at MAN Properties, in affiliation with CBRE. In 2002, he joined Oxford Capital Investment / Pine Equity as the vice president for international business development and marketing. In 2005, he joined Postfuhramt Oranienburgerstrasse GmbH as a managing director. In 2006 he co-founded the Company and currently serves as the CEO.

David Daniel

Mr. David Daniel is appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of ADO Properties S.A. with effect from January 24, 2019. He was also appointed as the CEO of ADO Group LTD. He has extensive experience in the real estate industry. His most recent position was vice President, Head of Real Estate at Psagot Investment House, Israel.

Dr. Michael Buetter is Member of Board of Director of ADO Properties S.A.. He studied reading law and economics at the University of Hamburg from 1991 and 1996. Dr. Butter passed both his first legal state exam (1996) and his second legal state exam (2000) in Hamburg. In 1999, Dr. Butter received post graduate degrees in law and economics from Oxford University (M.St.) and the University of Hamburg (Dr. iur), respectively. From 2001 to 2003, he worked as an associate at CMS Hasche Sigle in Hamburg as part of the real estate, corporate and commercial law practice. In 2003, Dr. Butter joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Frankfurt where he served as a senior associate and team leader, focusing on corporate M&A, private equity, nonperforming loans and real estate transactions. In 2005, he joined Lovells LLP and became a partner and headed the private equity and real estate practice group in Hamburg. From 2008 to 2013, Dr. Butter worked at Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE as member of the executive committee, group general counsel and chief compliance officer. He also served as managing director of real estate companies of the former German Railway Associations (Bundeseisenbahnvermogen, EWGen). In 2013, he was admitted as a member of the royal institute of chartered surveyors (MRICS). In 2013, he joined The Ferrostaal Group in Essen, Germany as member of the executive board and currently serves in The Ferrostaal Group (Holding) in Hamburg/ Essen as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Legal Officer.

Yuval Dagim

Mr. Yuval Dagim is Member of Board of Director at ADO Properties S.A. effective January 22, 2018. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Shikun & Binui. His previous positions include Managing Director of Quarry Products at Hanson in Britain. He also served as Managing Director at Kimberly Clark Israel, and as Managing Director at Kimberly Clark Australia and New Zealand.

Mr. Constantin G. Papadimitriou has been Member of the Board of Directors of ADO Properties S.A. since April 11, 2019. He is CEO / CIO of General Oriental Investments (Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Geneva), the investment manager of the Cavamont Group of companies. Additionally he is is Founding Partner of Diorasis International S.A., Luxembourg and Chairman of the Greek School of Geneva and Lausanne.

Amit Segev

Mr. Amit Segev is Member of Board of Director of ADO Properties S.A.. He attended the Hebrew University, Jerusalem (Israel) and in 1981 was awarded a bachelor of arts in economics. In 1984, Mr. Segev received a master’s degree of business administration (MBA) from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem (Israel). From 1987 to 1991, Mr. Segev served as deputy budget director for the Ministry of Finance for the State of Israel. In 1991, he joined Shikun & Binui and served in various positions until he established and managed the concessions division in 1997. In 2008, Mr. Segev was promoted to deputy CEO of Shikun & Binui and currently serves as both the deputy CEO and a member of the board of Shikun & Binui’s major subsidiaries.
