Name Description

Oyvind Eriksen

Mr. Oyvind Eriksen has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since March 11, 2016. He is Chair of the Compensation and Organizational Development Committee. He joined Aker ASA in January 2009. Mr. Eriksen holds a law degree from the University of Oslo. He joined Norwegian law firm BA-HR in 1990, where he became a partner in 1996 and a director/ chairman in 2003. As a corporate attorney he among other things worked with strategic and operational development, M&A and negotiations. Mr. Eriksen has held several board positions in different industries, including shipping, finance, asset management, offshore drilling, fisheries, media, trade and industry. As CEO Mr. Eriksen is currently chairman of the board in Aker BP ASA, Aker Solutions ASA, Cognite AS, Aker Capital AS and Aker Kvaerner Holding AS. He is also director of several companies, including Aker Energy AS, Akastor ASA, The Resource Group TRG AS, TRG Holding AS and Reitangruppen AS.

Karl Hersvik

Mr. Karl Johnny Hersvik has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske oljeselskap ASA), effective as of May 1, 2014. He was also Acting Senior Vice President Improvement of the Company from January 1, 2016 till September 5, 2016. He came from the position as Senior Vice President of Statoil's Research and Development division in Trondheim, a position he has held since January 2011. He has held many professional and management positions in StatoilHydro and Norsk Hydro, including Chief Reservoir Engineer and Operations Manager. Mr. Hersvik has also held several positions in business development, including Vice President and Project Manager for the West Qurna project in Iraq and Vice President for Production Technology. Mr. Hersvik holds a Cand. Scient. degree in Industrial Mathematics from the University of Bergen (Universitetet i Bergen).

Anne Cannon

Ms. Anne Marie Cannon has been Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Board of Directors of AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since April 17, 2013. She is Member of the Audit and Risk Committee. She has over 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector. From 2000 to 2014, she was Sr. Advisor to the Natural Resources Group with Morgan Stanley, focusing on upstream M&A. She has previously held positions with J Henry Schroder Wagg, Shell UK E&P and with Thomson North Sea. Ms. Cannon was an executive director on the boards of Hardy Oil and Gas and British Borneo. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Aker ASA. She is a non-executive director of Premier Oil plc and STV Group plc. She is also a non-executive director of Aker Energy AS. She holds a BSc Honors Degree from Glasgow University.

David Torvik Tonne

Mr. David Torvik Tonne has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at AKER BP ASA, effective as of February 1, 2019. He comes from the position of VP Corporate Controlling in Aker BP and has been with the Company since January 2017. He holds a master's degree in finance from NHH Norwegian School of Economics. Prior to Aker BP, he worked for seven years in The Boston Consulting Group's Oil and Gas team.

Kjetel Digre

Mr. Kjetel Digre has been Senior Vice President Operations & Asset Development at AKER BP ASA since May 2019. He comes from a position in Equinor as SVP and Project Director for the Johan Sverdrup project development. Mr. Digre holds a M.Sc. with distinction in Subsea and Petroleum Engineering from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Marit Blaasmo

Ms. Marit Blaasmo has been appointed Senior Vice President HSEQ at AKER BP ASA effective as of May 1, 2019. She comes from the position in Aker BP as responsible for the Drilling & Wells performance and improvement agenda. Ms. Blaasmo has been with the Company since 2017 and holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Prior to joining Aker BP, Ms. Blaasmo has held multiple roles within Drilling & Wells at Baker Hughes INTEQ and Equinor.

Evy Glorstad-Clark

Ms. Evy Glorstad-Clark has been appointed Senior Vice President Exploration and Asset Initiation at AKER BP ASA effective as of August 1, 2018. She comes from the position as Asset Development Manager for NOAKA, and has been with the company since 2011. She holds a PhD in Petroleum geology/ sedimentology. She has a broad experience as a geologist from BP in Norway and the United States. PhD focused on seismic stratigraphy, providing stratigraphic control to all sub-projects under PETROBAR, and focused on the Triassic succession in the Barents Sea. She has held several managerial positions in Aker BP since joining the Company.

Per Kongelf

Mr. Per Harald Kongelf has been Senior Vice President Improvement at AKER BP ASA since September 5, 2016. He is responsible for Aker BP’s improvement program. Prior to joining Aker BP, he served as head of the Norwegian operations in Aker Solutions. Kongelf holds M.Sc. degree from NTNU in Trondheim and has more than 25 years of industrial experience through numerous technical and management positions in Aker Solutions.

Lene Landoy

Ms. Lene Landoy has been appointed Senior Vice President Strategy & Business Development at AKER BP ASA effective as of February 1, 2019. She comes from the position of VP Strategy, Portfolio and Analysis and has been with the company since January 2017. Landoy has a master's degree in finance, from NHH Norwegian School of Economics / University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). She also holds a master's degree in international finance from the Skema Business School in France. Prior to joining Aker BP, she led Equinor's business development unit on the Norwegian shelf.

Ole Molvig

Mr. Ole Johan Molvig has been Senior Vice President Reservoir Development at AKER BP ASA since December 1, 2016. He comes from the position of VP Subsurface, Det norske. He has long experience in the oil and gas industry, mainly from ExxonMobil, Statoil and Marathon Oil. Molvig holds Master’s degree from NTNU in Trondheim.

Knut Sandvik

Mr. Knut Sandvik has been appointed Senior Vice President Projects at AKER BP ASA, effective as of July 1, 2019. He has worked for Aker Solutions for more than 30 years, joining what was then Norwegian Contractors as a field engineer in 1987. Throughout his career, Sandvik has held various senior project and leadership positions across the organization, gaining experience from both the engineering, subsea and maintenance fields. His last two roles have been as a member of the executive management team, first as EVP Projects and more recently as EVP Greenfield Projects. He holds a degree in Mechanical Offshore Engineering from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland.

Arne Sigmundstad

Mr. Arne Tommy (Tommy) Sigmundstad has been Senior Vice President Drilling & Wells at AKER BP ASA since August 1, 2016. He comes from the position of Vice President Wells BP Asia Pacific. Sigmundstad has broad experience within the oil and gas industry from companies such as Baker Hughes and Philips, before joining BP in the year 2000. Within BP Sigmundstad has held different operational, engineering and management positions in Norway, United Kingdom, Azerbaijan and Indonesia. Mr. Sigmundstad holds Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Stavanger University.

Oyvind Bratsberg

Mr. Oyvind Bratsberg has been Special Advisor at AKER BP ASA since July 31, 2016. He has previously been Acting Senior Vice President Drilling and Wells at the Company since June 12, 2015. Before that, he has been Senior Vice President Technology and Field Development at the Company since 2014. He has previously been General Manager of Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA, effective as of May 1, 2013. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company since 2012. Before that, he has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Company. He joined the Company in 2008 as Chief Operating Officer. He has 30 years of experience from several companies, mainly Statoil, in the areas of Marketing, Business Development and Operations. He has experience from operating offshore installations and project development. He has also experience in areas of commercial negotiations and management. Before joining the Company, he was responsible for early-phase field development on the Norwegian Continental Shelf in StatoilHydro. He holds Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Norges Teknisk-Naturvitenskapelige Universitet (NTNU).

Ingard Haugeberg

Mr. Ingard Haugeberg has been Director, Employee Representative at AKER BP ASA since August 30, 2018. He is HSE Site Lead on the Ula field, but now serves as a fulltime employee representative. Mr. Haugeberg has broad experience from the Royal Norwegian Air Force in Bodø as an industry mechanic and as department manager for Safelift A/S. He started in Amoco Norge as a mechanic on the Valhall field in 1991. From 1998, he has held several positions in BP Norge. Mr. Haugeberg has also held a number of different directorships in BP Norge, Industrimaskiner A/S, Global Clean Energy, I/E Media and trippEl A/S. He is trained as an electro-mechanical repairer at the Royal Norwegian Air Force technical school center in Kjevik and has a company approved bachelor in mechanics.

Anette Hoel Helgesen

Mrs. Anette Hoel Helgesen has been Director, Employee Representative at AKER BP ASA since August 30, 2018. She is Operations Engineering Manager for the Ula field. She has been with Aker BP since 2011. Mrs. Helgesen has held several different positions as process engineer (project, engineering & operations) and onshore operations supervisor for the Valhall Field. Mrs. Helgesen has a MSc in Chemical Engineering from NTNU, Trondheim.

Orjan Holstad

Mr. Orjan Holstad has been Director, Employee Representative at AKER BP ASA since November 1, 2017. He is trained as an Instrument Technician and has been an employee of BP Norge AS, now Aker BP, since 2010. He has both onshore and offshore experience, and project experience form the Skarv FPSO. Mr. Holstad was member of the BPNorge AS board of directors from 2015 to 2016. He has been a fulltime employee representative since 2014.

Bernard Looney

Mr. Bernard Looney has been Director of AKER BP ASA since September 30, 2016. He is the Upstream Chief Executive for BP plc., where he is responsible for exploration, development and production within the Upstream segment. Bernard joined BP in 1991 as a Drilling Engineer. He has leadership experience in the oil and gas business, having worked in a variety of locations, including the North Sea, Vietnam, Gulf of Mexico and Alaska. He was appointed to the role of Chief Executive for BP’s Upstream Segment in February 2016, is a member of the BP Group Executive Committee and is also a director of several BP Group companies.

Kjell Rokke

Mr. Kjell Inge Rokke has been Member of the Board of Directors of AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since April 17, 2013. Previously, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company from December 22, 2009 until April 12, 2011. He is Aker ASA’s main owner and has been a driving force in the development of Aker since the 1990s. Mr. Rokke launched his business career with the purchase of a 69-foot trawler in the United States in 1982, and gradually built a leading worldwide fisheries business. In 1996, the Rokke controlled company, RGI, purchased enough Aker shares to become Aker’s largest shareholder, and later merged RGI with Aker. Mr. Rokke is currently director of Aker BP, Kvaerner and Ocean Yield.

Terje Solheim

Mr. Terje Solheim has been Director, Employee Representative at AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since March 20, 2014. He is Member of the Compensation and Organizational Development Committee since April 28, 2016. He is General Manager of Company’s Harstad office. He has been with the Company since 2013 and has held several positions. Solheim has background from the Norwegian Armed Forces and was one of the founders of Norwegian Petro Services (NPS). He came to Det norske from Det Norske Veritas (DNV).

Kate Thomson

Mrs. Kate Thomson has been Director of AKER BP ASA since September 30, 2016. She has been Member of Audit and Risk Committee since October 4, 2016. Kate Thomson is Group Treasurer for the BP Group, having previously held the position of Group Head of Tax. In her current role, Kate has responsibility for the central financing of the BP Group, providing liquidity to its businesses and optimizing value through the management of financial risks at the group level. Since joining BP in 2004, Kate has held a variety of roles within the Tax function, giving her a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry. As Group Head of Tax, Kate led a global team of tax professionals, developing BP’s response to an increasingly challenging fiscal and regulatory environment. Prior to joining BP, Kate qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte. She moved into international tax with Charter plc where she became Head of Tax in 1998, before joining EY in 2001 in M&A tax. Kate is also a director of several BP Group companies.

Trond Brandsrud

Mr. Trond Brandsrud has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since March 11, 2016. He is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee since April 28, 2016. He holds a master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics. He is board member and non-executive director of several listed and Private Equity owned companies. Mr. Brandsrud has 30 years’ experience from the oil & gas industry. He has served as Group Chief Financial Officer in Aker and Seadrill, and has held a wide range of senior finance positions in Shell, in Norway and internationally. Recently, he has also held Group CFO and CEO positions in PE owned companies (Lindorff and Lowell) in the financial services sector.

Gro Kielland

Mrs. Gro Kielland has been Independent Director of AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since March 20, 2014. She is Member of the Compensation and Organizational Development Committee. She has Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). She has had a number of senior positions in the oil and gas industry both in Norway and abroad, among others as Chief Executive Officer of BP Norway. Her professional experience includes work related to both operations and development of fields, as well as responsibility for the HSE discipline for operators. Mrs. Kielland currently serves as an Operational Partner with HitecVision. In addition to her duties and responsibilities at the non-executive level for HitecVision, she also serves as a non-executive Chairman and Director for several other companies.
