Name Description

Paul Rady

Mr. Paul M. Rady serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman since May 2004. Served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Antero’s predecessor, Antero Resources Corporation, from its founding in 2002 until its sale to XTO Energy, Inc. in 2005. Chairman of the Board of Directors of Antero Midstream Corporation. Served as President, CEO and Chairman of Pennaco Energy from 1998 until its sale to Marathon in 2001. Worked with Barrett Resources from 1990 until 1998, moving from Chief Geologist to Exploration Manager, EVP Exploration; President, COO and Director; and ultimately CEO. Began his career with Amoco, where he served ten years as a geologist focused on the Rockies and Mid-Continent Has significant experience as a chief executive of oil and gas companies, together with his training as a geologist and broad industry knowledge.

Glen Warren

Mr. Glen C. Warren Jr. serves as President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Director of the Company. He has served as President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since May 2004. Served as President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary and as a director of Antero’s predecessor, Antero Resources Corporation, from its founding in 2002 until its sale to XTO Energy, Inc. in 2005 Serves on the Board of Directors of Antero Midstream Corporation Served as EVP, CFO and Director of Pennaco Energy from 1998 until its sale to Marathon in 2001 Spent ten years as a natural resources investment banker focused on equity and debt financing and M&A advisory with Lehman Brothers, Dillon Read & Co. Inc. and Kidder, Peabody & Co. Began his career as a landman in the Gulf Coast region with Amoco, where he spent six years.

Michael Kennedy

Mr. Michael N. Kennedy serves as Senior Vice President - Finance of the Company. He has served as Senior Vice President of Finance of Antero and Chief Financial Officer of Antero Midstream since January 2016, prior to which he served as Vice President of Finance of Antero. beginning in August 2013. Mr. Kennedy has also served as AMGP's Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance since April 2017 and has served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance of the general partner of Antero Midstream since January 2016, prior to which he served as Vice President of Finance of the general partner of Antero Midstream beginning in February 2014. Mr. Kennedy was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Forest Oil Corporation 2009 to 2013. From 2001 until 2009, Mr. Kennedy held various financial positions of increasing responsibility within Forest. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Kennedy was an auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP focusing on the Natural Resources industry. Mr. Kennedy holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Alvyn Schopp

Mr. Alvyn A. Schopp serves as Chief Administrative Officer, Regional Senior Vice President, Treasurer of the Company. He has served as Chief Administrative Officer, Regional Senior Vice President, and Treasurer since January 2016. Mr. Schopp served as Chief Administrative Officer, Regional Vice President, and Treasurer of the Company from September 2013 to January 2016. Mr. Schopp also served as Vice President of Accounting and Administration and Treasurer from January 2005 to September 2013, as Controller and Treasurer from 2003 to 2005 and as Vice President of Accounting and Administration and Treasurer of the Company's predecessor, Antero Resources Corporation, from January 2005 until its ultimate sale to XTO Energy, Inc. in April 2005. From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Schopp was an Executive Financial Consultant with Duke Energy Field Services. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Schopp was CFO, Director and ultimately CEO of T-Netix. From 1980 to 1993, Mr. Schopp was with KPMG LLP, most recently as a Senior Manager focusing on the energy and mining industries. Mr. Schopp holds a B.B.A. from Drake University.

W. Patrick Ash

Mr. W. Patrick Ash serves as Senior Vice President - Reserves, Planning and Midstream of the Company. He has served as our and Antero Midstream’s Senior Vice President - Reserves, Planning and Midstream since June 2019, prior to which he served as our Vice President of Reservoir Engineering and Planning beginning in December 2017 and the same at Antero Midstream beginning with the closing of the Transactions in March 2019. Prior to the Transactions, Mr. Ash served as AMGP’s and Antero Midstream Partners’ Vice President of Reservoir Engineering and Planning beginning in December 2017. Prior to joining us, Mr. Ash was at Ultra Petroleum for six years in management positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Vice President, Development, including during and after Ultra’s bankruptcy proceedings, from which it emerged in 2017. In this position he led the reservoir engineering, geoscience, and corporate engineering groups. From 2001 to 2011 Mr. Ash served in engineering roles at Devon, NFR Energy and Encana. Mr. Ash holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and a MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Sheri Pearce

Ms. Sheri Pearce has been appointed as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company effective 5/15/2020. She joined Antero Resources and Antero Midstream in November 2018 to serve as Director of SEC Reporting at both companies. Prior to joining Antero Resources and Antero Midstream, Ms. Pearce worked as an independent consultant after retiring from KPMG LLP in March 2015. Ms. Pearce was an audit partner with KPMG where she principally served publicly traded clients in the energy and mining industries for 25 years. Ms. Pearce joined KPMG in 1990 and was elected to the partnership in 2000.

Benjamin Hardesty

Mr. Benjamin A. Hardesty serves as Lead Independent Director of the Company. He has been the owner of Alta Energy LLC, a consulting business focused on oil and natural gas in the Appalachian Basin and onshore United States, since May 2010. Prior to forming his consulting business, Mr. Hardesty was president from 2007 until his retirement in 2010 of Dominion E&P, Inc., a subsidiary of Dominion Resources Inc. (NYSE: D), which was engaged in natural gas exploration and development in North America. From 1995 to 2007, Mr. Hardesty served in various executive positions for affiliates of Dominion. From 1982 to 1995, Mr. Hardesty served in executive positions with Stonewall Gas Company and Development Drilling Corp. Mr. Hardesty received his Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University and his Master of Science—Management degree from The George Washington University. Mr. Hardesty served as an active duty officer in the U.S. Army Security Agency. Mr. Hardesty is a director emeritus and past president of the West Virginia Oil & Natural Gas Association and past president of the Independent Oil & Gas Association of West Virginia. Additionally, Mr. Hardesty is a trustee and past chairman of the Nature Conservancy of West Virginia and a member of the board of directors of the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Hardesty serves as a member of the Visiting Committee of the West Virginia University School of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering.

Robert Clark

Mr. Robert J. Clark serves as Independent Director of the Company. He has served as a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of 3 Bear Energy, LLC, a midstream energy company with operations in the Rocky Mountains, since its formation in March 2013 Formed, operated and subsequently sold Bear Tracker Energy in 2013 (to Summit Midstream Partners, LP); a portion of Bear Cub Energy in 2007 (to Regency Energy Partners, L.P.), and the remaining portion in 2008 (to GeoPetro Resources Company); and Bear Paw Energy in 2001 (to ONEOK Partners, L.P., formerly Northern Border Partners, L.P.) Member of the Board of Trustees of Bradley University, the Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation, the Boys and Girls Clube of Metro Denver and Judi’s House, a Denver charity for grieving children and families.

W. Howard Keenan

Mr. W. Howard Keenan Jr. serves as Independent Director of the Company. serves as Independent Director of the Company. Paul Korus

Mr. Paul J. Korus serves as Independent Director of the Company. He was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cimarex Energy, an exploration & production company with operations in Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico from 2002 until retirement in 2015 Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Key Production Company, an exploration and production company, from 1999 to 2002, until it was acquired by Cimarex Energy Equity Research Analyst with Petrie Parkman & Co. before merger with Merrill Lynch Chairman of University of North Dakota business school advisory counsel.

Jacqueline Mutschler

Ms. Jacqueline C. Mutschler serves as Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Mutschler has an extensive background in the oil and gas industry, previously serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Exploration and Production Technology at BP, PLC from 2006 to 2014. Prior to that, Ms. Mutschler served in a number of leadership positons at BP from 1986 to 2006 across various business segments that included U.S. Unconventional Gas, E&P Change Management Strategy and Appraisal & Developments. Her areas of focus at BP included strategy development, organizational and leadership practices to deliver new technology, digital optimization and analysis of conventional and unconventional production opportunities across the world. Ms. Mutschler currently consults as an independent executive consultant, providing advice and training for the oil and gas, technology and automotive sectors. Ms. Mutschler also currently serves on the Board of Weatherford International. Ms. Mutschler received a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Geophysics from Wright State University.

Vicky Sutil

Ms. Vicky Sutil serves as Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Sutil has an extensive background in the oil and gas industry, previously with California Resources Corporation serving as Vice President of Commercial Analysis for CRC Marketing, Inc. from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Ms. Sutil worked in a variety of corporate and asset level capacities with Occidental Petroleum both upstream and midstream from 2000 to 2014. She began her career serving in a number of project management and commercial roles across both the upstream and downstream businesses at ARCO and Mobil Oil between 1988 and 2000. Ms. Sutil served as Occidental's representative on the boards of the general partners of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. and Plains GP Holdings, L.P. until 2015, and currently serves on the board of Delek U.S. Holdings. Ms. Sutil is currently working with SK E&P Company focusing on strategic planning and has served in that role since 2017. Ms. Sutil received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a petroleum emphasis from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Pepperdine University School of Business and Management.

Thomas Tyree

Mr. Thomas B. Tyree Jr. serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Tyree has broad expertise in the oil and gas industry both in a leadership role at a number of successful upstream companies and as a financial advisor to oil and gas companies. He is currently the Chairman of Northwoods Energy LLC, an upstream oil and gas company that he founded in January 2018 . Previously, Mr. Tyree was a co-founder and served as President, Chief Financial Officer and a Board member of Vantage Energy, LLC from 2006 until its sale to Rice Energy Inc. in October 2016 . Prior to Vantage, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Bill Barrett Corporation from 2003 through 2006. Before transitioning to the industry side at Bill Barrett Corporation, Mr. Tyree was an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 1989 to 2003, focused on strategic advisory and financing transactions primarily with energy and industrial companies. Mr. Tyree currently serves on the board of Bonanza Creek Energy, an oil and gas company focused on the DJ Basin of Colorado . He received his Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and currently serves as a member of the Colgate Board of Trustees. Mr. Tyree received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania .
