Name Description

Timo Vatto

Mr. Timo Vatto is an Independent Chairman of the Board of Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A.. Mr. Vättö has been a member of the Altisource Board of Directors since August 2009 and has served as Lead Independent Director since May 2014. He will continue to serve as a member and Chairman of the Compensation Committee, a member of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination/Governance Committee and a member of the Compliance Committee. Mr. Vättö possesses extensive experience in advisory, financial services and corporate governance. He is the founder and owner of an international independent advisory boutique firm established in 2008 focusing on strategy, M&A and financing. Mr. Vättö also serves as a Director or Chairman of the Board on three private company boards. Prior to 2008, Mr. Vättö was employed by Citigroup for almost twenty years in senior client coverage and business leadership roles in Corporate and Investment Banking. He also served as a member of the Board and a member of the Audit Committee of Citigroup's Swiss Wealth Management business. Mr. Vättö holds a Master of Science, Economics and Business Administration, from the University of Tampere (Finland).

Joseph Davila

Mr. Joseph Davila serves as a President - Mortgage Services of Altisource Portfolio Solutions SA. He joined the Company in July 2011 as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Services. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Davila was Vice President of Operations at Capital One Financial Corporation. Mr. Davila began his career as a consultant for Price Waterhouse and Bain & Company. Mr. Davila holds a Bachelor of Science from the Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration in Management and Strategy, Finance and Decision Sciences from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

William Shepro

Mr. William B. Shepro serves as a Chief Executive Officer, Director of Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. Mr. Shepro was appointed Chief Executive Officer and to the Board of Directors of Altisource in July 2009. Mr. Shepro previously served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Ocwen Solutions at Ocwen. From 2003 until 2009, he served as a President of Global Servicing Solutions, LLC, a joint venture between Ocwen and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Shepro also held the positions of Senior Vice President of Ocwen Recovery Group and Senior Vice President, Director and Senior Manager of Commercial Servicing at Ocwen. He joined Ocwen in 1997. Mr. Shepro serves on the Boards of Altisource and certain subsidiaries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Skidmore College and a Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law.

Indroneel Chatterjee

Mr. Indroneel Chatterjee has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective October 1, 2017(effective on or around October 1, 2017). Mr. Chatterjee has fourteen years of experience in the financial services industry with a strong background in corporate finance and strategy. He joins the Company from Nomura Securities where he has served since August 2014, most recently as Head of Credit Solutions, Global Markets. Prior to joining Nomura Securities, Mr. Chatterjee held the positions of Investment Analyst, Absolute Return Income Fund for Perry Capital from March 2013 to April 2014, Executive Director for UBS Securities LLC from November 2009 to March 2013 and Vice President, High Yield Research for AIG Global Investment Group from October 2006 to November 2009. Mr. Chatterjee holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Marcello Mastioni

Mr. Marcello Mastioni is President - Real Estate Marketplace of the Company. Mr. Mastioni is joining Altisource from HomeAway, one of the largest online marketplaces for vacation rental properties, where he led the company's operations throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) as the company's Vice President and Managing Director of EMEA. In this role, Mr. Mastioni led the growth of HomeAway's online brands by delivering innovative vacation home rental solutions, streamlining and transforming a complex multi-country, multi-brand organization, and expanding the platform into new markets. Prior to HomeAway, Mr. Mastioni led growth efforts for the online travel company Expedia as Director of Strategy and Business Development with a focus on supply optimization as a driver of sustained business growth among a highly competitive set of online travel booking marketplaces. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mastioni was the head of retail and consumer goods industries at the World Economic Forum and led the operations of a technology business for General Electric.

Michelle Esterman

Ms. Michelle D. Esterman serves as an Executive Vice President - Finance of the Company. She is no longer a Chief Financial Officer of Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A., effective October 1, 2017(effective on or around October 1, 2017). Before joining Altisource in March 2012, she served as Senior Manager, Audit & Enterprise Risk Services, for Deloitte & Touche LLP since 2003 and in various positions within Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1996 to 2003 including a two year rotation with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Ms. Esterman began her career with Georgia Pacific Corporation in 1994 and is a Certified Public Accountant (Florida). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy with a concentration in Tax from the University of North Florida.

Kevin Wilcox

Mr. Kevin J. Wilcox serves as a Chief Administration Officer of Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. Before joining Altisource in August 2009, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administration Officer and Corporate Secretary for Ocwen since May 2008. Mr. Wilcox previously served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services. He joined Ocwen in March 1998 as Senior Manager, Litigation in the Law Department where he was responsible for the management and resolution of all corporate litigation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law.

Gregory Ritts

Mr. Gregory J. Ritts. serves as a General Counsel of Altisource. Before joining Altisource in October 2014, he served as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of Publicis Groupe. Mr. Ritts also served as Global Vice President of Business Affairs and Corporate Development at Razorfish LLC, and held various senior legal positions with aQuantive, Inc. and Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Ritts began his career with Nixon Peabody and Perkins Coie as an associate attorney. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School.

Orin Kramer

Mr. Orin S. Kramer serves as a Additional Independent Director of the Company. He manages Boston Provident, L.P., a private investment fund founded in 1992. In addition, Mr. Kramer has extensive experience in the public sector and is a member of the Financial Research Advisory Committee of the U.S. Treasury's Office of Financial Research. He served as Chairman of the New Jersey State Investment Council from 2002 to 2010 and as Chairman of the Robert F. Kennedy Center from 2009 to 2013. He chairs the Investment Committee of the National Park Foundation and serves on the Board of the Climate Reality Project, chaired by former Vice President Gore. In 2011, Mr. Kramer was appointed to the New York State Council of Economic and Fiscal Advisors by Governor Cuomo. In 1995, he was designated by the Secretary of Treasury to serve as a member of the Advisory Commission on Financial Services. He was named by President Clinton as a member of the Commission to Study Capital Budgeting. From 1977 to 1981, he served as Associate Director of the White House Domestic Policy Staff. Mr. Kramer has also served on the boards of a number of financial services firms, both public and private, and is a published author. Mr. Kramer received a Bachelor of Arts from Yale College and a Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School.

W. Michael Linn

Mr. W. Michael Linn serves as an Independent Director of Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. Mr. Linn also serves on the Board of Directors and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Greensleeves LLC, where he focuses on increasing the use of alternative energy to power buildings. In addition, he is a private investor in energy-related industries. Mr. Linn previously served on the Board of Directors of Ocwen from August 2002 to May 2008 and as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Ocwen from February 2004 to May 2007. He served on the Board of Directors of National Lime and Stone from 1994 through 2012. Prior to joining Ocwen, Mr. Linn served on the Board of Directors and as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Solomon Software, Inc., a corporation now owned by Microsoft Corporation. He has also served on the Board of Directors and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Saunders, Inc., a venture backed, privately held financial services and technology solutions company. Mr. Linn holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.

Roland Muller-Ineichen

Mr. Roland Muller-Ineichen serves as an Independent Director of Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Bank Arner SA, a provider of private banking services based in Lugano, Switzerland; of SWA Swiss Auditors AG, a private company based in Freienbach, Switzerland that provides auditing and consulting services for financial institutions in Switzerland; of Citibank (Switzerland) Ltd. based in Zurich and Geneva, Switzerland, a subsidiary of Citi Group that provides private banking services to High Net Worth Individuals; and of Sberbank (Switzerland) Ltd, based in Zurich, Switzerland, a subsidiary of Sberbank Russia, offering trade finance and corporate banking services. In addition, from May 2010 until September 2011, Mr. Müller-Ineichen served as a member of the Board of Directors of Absolute Private Equity AG, a Switzerland-based investment company. Mr. Müller-Ineichen served as a Partner with KPMG Switzerland and KPMG Europe LLP where he was the lead partner on audits of national and international banks, security dealers and fund management companies. Mr. Müller-Ineichen began working in the Zurich office of KPMG in June 1995 as a Senior Manager in the audit department focused on the banking and financial services industries and served as a Partner from January 1999 until his retirement in December 2008. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Müller-Ineichen progressed through various audit and managerial roles with Switzerland-based financial institutions. Mr. Müller-Ineichen is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant. He completed a commercial and banking business apprenticeship with UBS in 1980. Mr. Müller-Ineichen holds a Business Commerce degree.
