Name Description

Lars Renstrom

Mr. Lars Renstrom has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors at Assa Abloy AB since April 25, 2012. He has been Independent Member of the Company's Board of Directors since April 24, 2008. In 2012, he was appointed to the post of Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee. He occupied the post of President and Chief Executive Officer of Alfa Laval AB from 2004 until February 29, 2016. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Seco Tools AB between 2000 and 2004. He was President and Head of Division of Atlas Copco Rock Drilling Tools between 1997 and 2000. Prior to this, he held a number of senior positions within ABB and Ericsson. He is Chairman of the Board of Tetra Laval Group. Mr. Lars Renstrom holds Master of Science degree in Engineering and Master of Science degree in Business and Economics.

Nico Delvaux

Mr. Nico Delvaux has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, Head of Global Technologies Division at ASSA ABLOY AB effective as of March 15, 2018. Nico Delvaux was previously President and CEO of Metso Corporation, Finland from August 2017 till February 2018. Prior to this position, he has held management positions for more than two decades in the Atlas Copco Group, most recently as President of Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique Business Area (2014-2017).
