Ana Maria Marcondes Penido Sant'Anna

Ms. Ana Maria Marcondes Penido Sant'Anna serves as Chairman of the Board of CCR S.A. since April 16, 2018. Prior to this, she served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of CCR S.A. She served as Vice President and the member of the Board of directors of CCR S.A. Prior to this, she had served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company since April 13, 2012. Till then as from April 19, 2011, she was Vice Chairman of the Board of the Company. Prior to this, she was Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since April 15, 2009 and was the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Company until April 28, 2010. She is Superintendent Director of Soares Penido Concessoes SA, a position which she has held since July 2008. She has been Superintendent Director of Soares Penido Const e Serv de Const Rodoviaria Ltda since December 14, 2007; Vice Administrative Finance Executive Officer of Serveng e Empresa de Onibus Passaro Marron SA; Agro Pec Roncador; and Litoranea Transporte Coletivos. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. On July 30, 1998, she was approved at the Certification Program for Board Members of the Brazilian Institute for Corporate Governance (IBGC). She also serves as a member of the Strategy and Sustainability, Audit, Governance, New Business, and Human Resources committees of the Company.

Jose Braz Cioffi

Mr. Jose Braz Cioffi serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer-Business Management and a Member of the Executive Board of CCR SA since October 2010. From 2005 until 2010 he was an officer at Concessionária da Ponte Rio - Niterói S.A. ("Ponte") and Concessionária da Rodovia dos Lagos S.A ("ViaLagos"), for 10 years. He graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV).

Ricardo Antonio Mello Castanheira

Mr. Ricardo Antonio Mello Castanheira serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer-Institutional Relations and a Member of the Executive Board of CCR SA since September 20, 2011. He was an alternate member of the Board of Directors of OI Telecomunicações ("OI"), a sitting member of the Board of Directors of CONTAX S.A. ("CONTAX"), and is currently an alternate member of the Board of Directors of CEMIG Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais ("CEMIG"), as well as participating in various advisory committees to the Board of Directors of CONTAX, CEMIG and OI while an alternate/sitting member of the Board of Directors of these companies. Mr. Italo Roppa serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer-Business Management and a Member of the Executive Board of CCR SA since November 1, 2005. From 2002 to 2005, he was Chief Executive Officer of Anhanguera-Bandeirantes System. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of the following companies: Companhia de Participacao em Concesses, Concessionaria da Rodovia Presidente Dutra SA, Concessionaria da Rodovia dos Lagos SA, Concessionaria de Rodovias do Oeste de Sao Paulo - ViaOeste SA, Rodovias Integradas do Oeste de Sao Paulo SA, RodoNorte - Concessionaria de Rodovias Integradas SA and Concessionaria do Sistema Anhanguera-Bandeirantes SA, among others. Before that, he worked at Presidente Dutra SA Road Concessionaire and Construtora Mendes Junior SA. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Gama Filho.

Ricardo Coutinho de Sena

Mr. Ricardo Coutinho de Sena serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of CCR S.A. since April 16, 2018. He was the Chairman of the Board of CCR S.A. from April 15, 2016. Prior to this, he served as a Member of the Board of Directors of CCR SA. From December 1999 to February 2013, he was the CEO of Andrade Gutierrez, and, since December 1999, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of said company, responsible for the segment of public concessions of the Andrade Gutierrez group. In the past five years, Mr. Sena served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, Light, Light Serviços, Dominó Holdings, Water Port S.A. - Engenharia e Saneamento ("Water Port"), Corporación Quiport, CEMIG, and of CEMIG Geração e Transmissão e CEMIG Distribuição. He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and in Financial Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV).

Arthur Piotto

Mr. Arthur Piotto, Filho serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Investor Relations Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of CCR SA since December 12, 2007. He has been with the Company since its inception in 1999, having acted as Financial Manager in the Initial Public Offering in February 2002, when he began to focus on Investor Relations. Before joining the Company, he worked for the Camargo Correa Group in the Structured Financing, Treasury and Strategic Planning areas. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.

Antonio Linhares da Cunha

Mr. Antonio Linhares da Cunha serves as Business Development Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of CCR SA since March 31, 2005. He worked for 10 years at Andrade Gutierrez in the Business Development Department, including highway concession programs. Previously, he worked for 10 years at Construtora Mendes Jr in the Budget Department. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.

Marcus Rodrigo de Senna

Mr. Marcus Rodrigo de Senna serves as Chief Legal Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of CCR SA since November 28, 2008. He joined the CCR Group in 1999 and served as Legal Manager at the Concessionaria Autoban until 2002With the creation of Actua, the Group’s shared services center, Mr. Senna became Chief Counsel until 2004, when he joined the legal department of CCR, with responsibility for strategic affairs. He holds a degree in Law at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, and was a litigator and consultant until joining the Company.

Paulo Yukio Fukuzaki

Mr. Paulo Yukio Fukuzaki serves as Planning, Control and Corporate Risks Officer, Member of the Executive Board of CCR SA since October 1, 2010. He was previously Chief Executive Officer at Actua for a five year period. Before initiating his activities in the concession market in 2005, he occupied the position of Administrative and Financial Director for Marsh Corretora de Seguros. He graduated in Accounting from Faculdade Sao Luis and gained a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Universidade de Sao Paulo (USP).

Paulo Cesar de Souza Rangel

Mr. Paulo Cesar de Souza Rangel serves as Business Officer of CCR S.A. since July 31, 2018. Since April 4, 2018, Mr. Paulo holds the positions of CEO and IRO of Via Oeste, in which CCR holds 100% of its capital, as well as the position of CEO of Rodoanel Oeste, in which CCR directly holds 99% of the capital. Prior to that, he was the CEO of CCR Engelog, in which he managed over R$1 billion in annual investments in the construction works of the CCR Group’s companies, and he was also the CEO of the Concessionária CCR SPVias. In 2014, he was elected CEO of BH Airport. Mr. Paulo has a degree in Civil Engineering, with an MBA in Project Management and also in Technology, Knowledge and Innovation.

Francisco de Assis Nunes Bulhoes

Mr. Francisco de Assis Nunes Bulhoes serves as Communication and Sustainability Officer of CCR S.A. since April 16, 2015. He is Communication and Sustainability Officer of Grupo CCR S/A and President of the CCR Institute since its foundation from 2014. He has been working at Grupo CCR since 1999, holding positions of Business Development Manager and Communication and Sustainability Advisor, and was one of the persons responsible for the communication strategy that resulted in the Company’s IPO in 2002. He worked in several companies of the construction and engineering segment in budget, planning and business development areas. In 1995, he joined Grupo Camargo Corrêa, where he coordinated feasibility studies and proposals that culminated in acquisition of ViaLagos, AutoBAn and RodoNorte highways. He graduated in Architecture and Urbanism and obtained an MBA in Services Marketing at the Business School of the Universidade de Sao Paulo (USP) and Generation of Value to Shareholders and Executives, at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation of São Paulo (FGV/SP). He also attended a Business Management course at the Continued Education Program of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation of São Paulo (GVPEC - FGV/SP).

Eduardo Siqueira Moraes Camargo

Mr. Eduardo Siqueira Moraes Camargo serves as Business Officer of CCR S.A. since August 2, 2018. He has worked for CCR Group since 2000, beginning his activities in the Financial area of the Corporate Center acting as Treasurer, and also in the Investor Relations area. Later, he worked in New Business area, where he worked on the development of the US concessions market. For two years, he was at the head of the CCR office in Miami. In May 2009 he started working at ViaOeste and RodoAnel, being responsible for Institutional Relations. In May 2010 he was elected Director of ViaOeste and RodoAnel Oeste, having resigned as CEO of both companies on June 19, 2017, in which he does not hold any other positions. Mr. Camargo holds a bachelor degree in Production Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial (FEI) and a graduation degree in Finance from IBMEC.

Luiz Carlos Cavalcanti Dutra

Mr. Luiz Carlos Cavalcanti Dutra, Jr. serves as Director of CCR S.A. since April 16, 2018. Between 1996 and 2001, he worked at Johnson & Johnson, initially for the Legal Department and subsequently holding the position of Public Affairs Executive Officer, in charge of the Communication, Marketing, Foreign & Governmental Relations and Customer Services areas. In 2001, he worked at Dow Química as Communication & Public Affairs Executive Officer in Brazil and Latin America and was a member of the Global Advocacy Committee, acting as a representative in Latin America. Between 2004 and 2012, he was the Unilever’s Vice-President in Brazil and Latin America, in charge of the Corporate Marketing, Governmental Relations, Communication, Marketing & Media, Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs areas. He was a member of Unilever’s Leading staff for the Trademark, Communication (Inside and Outside), Public Relations, Governmental Relations and Sustainability areas. He was a FSB Consumo S.A.’s partner and held sectorial leading positions as the President of the Brazilian Association of Advertisers (ABA), between 2000 and 2004, and Chairman of the ABA’s Superior Board between 2004 and 2006, and between 2010 and 2014. He acted as the President of the Brazilian Association of Cleaning Products and Related Industries (ABIPLA) between 2006 and 2012; Vice-President of the National Council of Self-Regulated Advertising (CONAR) between 1998 and 2012; Vice-President of the Brazilian Association of the Perfumery, Cosmetics and Personal Hygiene Industry (ABIHPEC) between 2004 and 2012; Vice-President of the Brazilian Association in Latin America (ABIA); and member of the Global Communication staff.

Fernando Luiz Aguiar

Mr. Fernando Luiz Aguiar, Filho serves as Director of CCR S.A. since April 16, 2018. He was an alternate member of the Company’s Fiscal Council between April 2009 and April 2013. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Escola Politecnica da Universidade de Sao Paulo (2001) and a Masters degree from the same institution (2007). He worked as an Engineer at Construções e Comércio Camargo Corrêa S.A. (a construction company) between April 2002 and October 2006, as an Equity Holdings Analyst, Consultant, Manager and Superintendent at Camargo Corrêa Investimentos em Infraestrutura S.A. (an energy distribution and transport infrastructure company) and at Camargo Corrêa S.A. (a group operating in the cement, real estate development, electricity, engineering and construction, textile and public concession segments) between October 2006 and September 2014. Between April 2009 and April 2014, he was an alternate member of the Fiscal Council of CPFL Energia S.A., an electricity distribution company. Mr. Aguiar Filho is currently Equity Holdings Officer at Camargo Corrêa S.A., a group operating in the cement, real estate development, energy, engineering and construction, textile and public concession segments. Since October 2014, he has been an Executive Officer in the following companies: Camargo Corrêa Investimento em Infraestrutura S.A., Camargo Corrêa Energia S.A., VBC Energia S.A., ESC Energia S.A., Atila Holdings S.A. and Camargo Corrêa Geração de Energia S.A., all of which electricity distribution companies.

Flavio Mendes Aidar

Mr. Flavio Mendes Aidar serves as Director of CCR S.A. since April 16, 2018. He obtained a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from at Getúlio Vargas Foundation in 1997. Since June 2017, he is a member of the Camargo Corrêa S.A.’s Advisory Board. Between June 2017 and April 2010 and between 2005 and 2000, he held several executive positions, in Brazil and New York, at Goldman Sachs; his last position was Managing Director of the investment bank and member of Goldman Sachs Brazil’s Management Committee. Between 2005 and 2010, he was the Vice-President of Citigroup Global Markets in Latin America. Between 1999 and 1998, he acteu as Analyst of Banco Santander de Negócios. Between 1998 and 1997, he was trainee and Assistant Manager of the Corporate Banking and Treasury area of Lloyds Bank TSB.

Ana Dolores Moura Carneiro de Novaes

Ms. Ana Dolores Moura Carneiro de Novaes serves as the Member of the Board of Directors of CCR S.A. since July 21, 2015. Prior to this, she served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of the company. She has also Member of the Board of Directors of CPFL Energia since April 2007 and Metalfrio since May 2009, and Advisor to the Audit Committee of Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (since August 2006. Previously, she was Member of the Board of Directors of Grendene SA and Datasul SA. Beforehand, she was Investment Officer of Pictet Modal Asset Management. She worked at the World Bank in Washington DC, from 1991 to 1994, and has also taught macroeconomics at Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Rio de Janeiro in 2003 and at the Federal University of Pernambuco. Since 2008, she has been Partner of Galanto Consultoria. She holds a Doctorate in Economics from the University of California, Berkley obtained in 1990 and a degree in Law from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro, which she received in 2008. In 1999, she acquired the right to the CFA designation - Chartered Financial Analyst, granted by the Association for Investment and Management Research (AIMR) in the United States.

Paulo Roberto Reckziegel Guedes

Mr. Paulo Roberto Reckziegel Guedes serves as the Member of the Board of Directors of CCR SA since April 19, 2011. Since December 1999, he also serves as an executive officer at Andrade Gutierrez. In the past five years, he also acted as a deputy member of the Board of Directors of the Company, Light, Light Serviços and as a sitting member of the Board of Directors of CEMIG, CEMIG Geração e Transmissão, CEMIG Distribuição, Water Port and SPE Holding Beira Rio S.A. Henrique Sutton de Sousa Neves

Mr. Henrique Sutton de Sousa Neves serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of CCR SA. He is the Managing Director of Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira Albert Einstein, being responsible for running the Organization’s regular activities. After working overseas for the Shell Group, he returned to Shell Brazil and held successive positions as the Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Domestic Markets and Retail (1993-1998). He was the CEO of Brasil Telecom (1998-2001) and Brasil Telecom Participações (1998-2002). He was a partner of Compass Consultoria (2002-2005) and the CEO of Viação Aérea Riograndense - VARIG S.A. (2005). He earned a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Catolica do Rio de Janeiro and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Renato Torres de Faria

Mr. Renato Torres de Faria serves as Director of CCR S.A. since April 16, 2018. He obtained a Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 1984 and MBA from Universidade de Sao Paulo. He acted as Mining Engineer of Mineração Boquira S.A. between October 1985 and May 1986. He was the Head of the Mining Department of Morro Velho S.A. between June 1986 and February 1991. He held the position of Project Coordinator of Andrade Gutierrez Mineração S.A. between September 1991 and December 1994. Between January 1995 and November 1998, he held the position of Industrial Manager of Andrade Gutierres Granitos S.A. At Andrade Gutierrez Concessões S.A., he acted as Project Manager between December 1998 and May 2002; Executive Officer between May 2002 and June 2003; CFO and Investor Relations Executive Officer between June 2003 and February 2013; Investment and Investor Relations Executive Officer between February 2013 and February 2018; and was appointed as the CEO beginning February 2018. He accumulated the positions of Investment Executive Officer of Andrade Gutierrez S.A. between August 2012 and February 2016 and director of the Andrade Gutierrez S.A.’s Board of Directors between February 2016 and December 2017. At Andrade Gutierrez Participações S.A., he is the Investor Relations Executive Officer since June 2015 and CEO since February 2018. Luiz Alberto Colonna Rosman

Mr. Luiz Alberto Colonna Rosman serves as an Independent Director of CCR SA since April 13, 2012. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1977 and in Law in 1978 and completed a master’s program in Economic Law in 1983. He was a professor of Corporate Law at Escola de Magistratura do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (1995 to 2000), and he also taught Corporate Law and Capital Markets in the Graduate Program in Corporate Law of Fundação Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 2002 to 2005. Since 1995, he has been a partner of Rosman, Penalva, Souza, Leão, Franco Advogados (formerly, Bulhões Pedreira, Bulhões Carvalho, Piva, Rosman e Souza Leão Advogados), the law firm that he joined in 1983. Excluding his current position and the position for which he has been nominated in the Company, he has never held a management position in publicly-held companies.

Wilson Nelio Brumer

Mr. Wilson Nelio Brumer serves as Independent Director of CCR S.A. since April 16, 2018. He worked at CVRD – Companhia Vale do Rio Doce between 1976 and 1992, occupying several positions, including Chief Financial and Market Relations Officer between 1988 and 1990, and CEO and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors between 1990 and 1992. He was a member of USIMINAS’ Board of Directors between 1991 and 1992. Between 1992 and 1998, he was CEO and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of ACESITA – Companhia Aços Especiais Itabira. Between 1998 and 2002, Mr. Brumer was Chairman of the Board of Directors of BHP Billiton in Brazil. Between 2003 and 2007, he worked for the Minas Gerais State Government as Secretary for Economic Development. During this period, he was a Coordinator of the Strategic Development Group of the Minas Gerais State Government (2007); a member of the Board of Directors of Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais – CEMIG (April 2007 to March 2008); Chairman of the Board of Directors of Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais – CEMIG (2003 to 2007); Chairman of the Board of Directors of Companhia de Desenvolvimento Econômico de Minas Gerais – CODEMIG (2003 to 2007); President of the Higher Council of the Minas Gerais Integrated Development Institute – INDI (2003 to 2007); and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banco de Desenvolvimento de Minas Gerais S/A. – BDMG (2003 to 2007). Between 2007 and 2010, he worked at Usiminas as the CEO (2010 to 2011), a member of the Board of Directors (2007 to 2008) and the Chairman of the Board of Directors (2008 to 2010). Mr. Brumer is currently the Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Direcional Engenharia S.A. and Medabil S.A.; a member of the Board of Directors of Metso Corporation (Finland); a member of the Advisory Board of Transpes S.A.; and a Manager at B&P Investimentos e Participações.

Leonardo Porciuncula Gomes Pereira

Mr. Leonardo Porciuncula Gomes Pereira serves as Independent Director of CCR S.A. since April 16, 2018. He held over 13 years (between 1982 and 1995) several positions in Citibank, in Brazil, Asia and the United States. In addition, he was the Planning and Investor Relations Executive Officer of Globopar between 1995 and 2000, and Financial and Investor Relations Executive Officer of Net Serviços between 2000 and 2007. In 2007, he was appointed as the Companhia Vale da Araguaia’s CEO, which position was held through 2009, when he became the Vice-President of Gol Linhas Aéreas. Mr. Leonardo Pereira also acted as the President of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) between 2012 and 2017.
