Name Description

Michael Brauser

Mr. Michael H. Brauser is an Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Michael Brauser has been a key player in the Data Fusion sector since its earliest days, having built market-leading companies that collectively have produced revenues of over $2 billion. These include, Kertz Security, which was acquired by Wayne Huizenga in 1995 for $28 million; Naviant, an internet marketing company that was sold to Equifax in 2001 for $135 million; Seisint, which Reed Elsevier purchased in 2004 for $775 million; 5to1, an Internet advertising company that Mr. Brauser sold to Yahoo in 2011 for $28 million; and Interclick, which was also acquired by Yahoo in 2011, for $280 million. Since TBO's merger with IDI in March 2015, a significant amount of progress has been made laying the groundwork for IDI to transform itself into a leading player within the Data Fusion industry. Having identified a tremendous need for more advanced data solutions in today's information-driven world, IDI is now expanding its focus to include the Risk Management and Marketing industries, as well as Data Analytics.

James Reilly

Mr. James Patrick Reilly serves as President of the Company. Mr. Reilly served as our President and Chief Operating Officer from June 2015 until June 30, 2016 and as President and Chief Operating Officer of two of the Company’s subsidiaries, IDI Holdings, LLC and Interactive Data from October 2014 until June 30, 2016. From July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, Mr. Reilly was enjoined from providing services for the Company or its subsidiaries. Previously, Mr. Reilly served as Vice President of Sales at TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions, Inc. (“TransUnion”). From August 2010 through its acquisition of substantially all of the assets by TransUnion in December 2013, Mr. Reilly served as Senior Vice President of TLO, LLC.

Derek Dubner

Mr. Derek Dubner is Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Previously, Mr. Dubner has served as our Co-Chief Executive Officer since March 21, 2015. Mr. Dubner has over 15 years of experience in the big data and analytics sector. Mr. Dubner has served as the Chief Executive Officer of TBO, LLC (now known as IDI Holdings, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company), and its subsidiary, Interactive Data, since October 2014. Prior to TBO, Mr. Dubner served as General Counsel of TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions, Inc. from December 2013 to June 2014. Mr. Dubner served as General Counsel and Secretary of TLO, LLC, a leading information solutions provider, from inception in 2009 through the sale of substantially all of the assets to TransUnion in December 2013. Mr. Dubner continues to serve the Company pursuant to the terms of his employment agreement dated March 17, 2015, as amended November 16, 2015.

Daniel MacLachlan

Mr. Daniel MacLachlan is Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. MacLachlan served as an Independent Director, Audit and Compensation Committee Chairman for Vapor Corp., a U.S.-based distributor and retailer of vaporizers, e-liquids and electronic cigarettes, since April 2015. From October 2014 until early February 2015, Mr. MacLachlan served as the Chief Financial Officer of The Best One, Inc. ("TBO"), a holding company engaged in the acquisition of operating businesses and the acquisition and development of technology assets across various industries. Prior to TBO, Mr. MacLachlan served in the roles of Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions, Inc., after it acquired substantially all of the assets of TLO, LLC ("TLO"), a leading information solutions provider, through a 363 sale process in December 2013. Mr. MacLachlan was the Chief Financial Officer of TLO since its inception in 2009. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. MacLachlan served as the Chief Financial Officer of JARI Research Corporation ("JARI"), a partnership with the Mayo Clinic advancing proprietary cancer therapeutic technology using targeted radioactive therapy. Prior to JARI, Mr. MacLachlan served as a Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) specializing in the criminal investigation of public corruption and civil rights violations. Mr. MacLachlan holds a B.S. in Business and Finance from Nova Southeastern University, a B.B.A. in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Harry Jordan

Mr. Harry Jordan serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He served as consultant for GOOD2GO, a consumer services company from January 2016 through June 2016. From September 2015 through December 2015, Mr. Jordan served as an independent consultant and the Acting Chief Operating Officer of MDLIVE, a leading telehealth provider. From June 2015 through October 2015, Mr. Jordan served as an independent consultant to Health Business Group (HBG), a leading boutique strategy consulting firm focused on the health care industry. From January 2015 through May 2015, Mr. Jordan served as a private investor. From January 2013 through December 2014, Mr. Jordan served as Senior Vice President, Health Care for Reed Elsevier’s LexisNexis Risk Solutions, a leading provider in the data fusion industry. He served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility at Lexis Nexis from April 2004 through January 2013. He is an executive with over 20 years of operational experience in the technology, data and service solutions industries, as Chief Operating Officer. Jordan is a seasoned executive highly regarded for driving growth across diverse enterprises, including those of information solutions provider, LexisNexis. In his role, Jordan will oversee operations across the Company’s multiple divisions and operating subsidiaries, driving efficiency and effectiveness in execution of the Company’s growth strategy. His professional experience includes senior management positions at Reed Elsevier’s LexisNexis, a leading provider in the data fusion industry, among other data and technology-focused companies. His efforts at LexisNexis for over a decade were a contributing factor behind the company’s transformation from a $150M niche player to a $1.5B leader in the Risk Management industry. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President & General Manager of LexisNexis’ health care division.

Aaron Solomon

Mr. Aaron Solomon, CPA is Senior Vice President - Finance & Administration of the Company. Aaron Solomon has served as the Company’s VP of Finance and Administration since June 16, 2015 and served as VP of Finance and Administration of the Company’s subsidiary, IDI Holdings, LLC since February 2015. From September 2012 until February 2015, Mr. Solomon served as Vice President and Controller of Fleet Advantage, a leading leasing and technology company specializing in truck fleet business analytics, equipment financing, and life cycle management. From September 2008 until September 2012, Mr. Solomon served as Vice President and Control of Athenian Venture Partners, a venture capital fund investing in the Information Technology and Healthcare industries. Mr. Solomon began his career at Grant Thornton, LLP. Mr. Solomon is an active CPA.

Jacky Wang

Mr. Jacky Wang is Chief Accounting Officer of the Company., Mr. Wang brings to Tiger Media over 13 years of executive financial management and public accounting experience. Prior to joining Tiger Media, Mr. Wang served as the Vice President of Finance of Touchmedia, China's leading in-taxi touchscreen media provider. Prior to Touchmedia, Mr. Wang served from February 2010 to June 2013 as Finance Director of AdChina Ltd., a leading integrated internet advertising provider in China. Mr. Wang began his career at Ernst & Young, where he worked for the firm's Assurance & Advisory Business Service division in both the Shanghai and Los Angeles (two years) offices from September 2001 to February 2010. Mr. Wang is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and a member of the Chinese Institution of Certified Public Accountants, and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Shanghai International Studies University.

Jeffrey Dell

Mr. Jeff Dell has been appointed as Chief Information Officer of the Company. Before joining IDI in 2015, Jeff was the Founder and CEO of Activeworx, Inc., a leader in information security data analytics, which was acquired by Tripwire, Inc. Previously, Jeff served as chief information security officer for information solutions providers TLO (acquired by TransUnion) and Seisint (acquired by Reed Elsevier's LexisNexis). Prior to that, Jeff was an instructor for SANS, a leading information security training organization, where he taught hacking techniques and packet analysis.

Daniel Brauser

Mr. Daniel Brauser is the Director of the Company. Daniel Brauser has served as a director of uSell.com, Inc. since July 23, 2008 and as Executive Chairman since November 6, 2014. From October 16, 2013 to November 6, 2014, Dan Brauser served as uSell’s Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, Dan Brauser served as uSell’s Chief Executive Officer from July 10, 2012 until October 10, 2012. Prior to being appointed Chief Executive Officer, Dan Brauser served as uSell’s Chief Financial Officer from July 23, 2008 through July 10, 2012. From July 23, 2008 through May 7, 2009, Dan Brauser also served as uSell’s President and Chief Operating Officer. From November 2005 until September 2007, Dan Brauser served as the Senior Vice President of Health Benefits Direct Corporation. Dan Brauser has been a consultant to TBO since September 2014.

Robert Fried

Mr. Robert N. Fried is an Director of the Company. He was Independent Chairman of the Board of Tiger Media Inc. Mr. Fried has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since August 2011 and was Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors from the Business Combination in October 2009 until August 2011. Mr. Fried served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Ideation from November 2007 to October 2009. Mr. Fried is a digital media entrepreneur and accomplished film producer. Since 1990, Mr. Fried has served as President of Fried Films, a motion picture production company he founded in 1990. Mr. Fried has produced or served as executive producer for 15 films, including “Rudy,” “The Boondock Saints,” “Man of the Year” and “Collateral.” Mr. Fried won an Academy Award for the Live Action Short Film “Session Man.” Mr. Fried has founded several digital media companies including Spirit EMX, parent of spiritclips.com, a popular streaming video service and production company. Spiritclips was sold to Hallmark Cards, Inc. in 2012. Mr. Fried continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Spiritclips. From December 1994 until June 1996, Mr. Fried was President and Chief Executive Officer of Savoy Pictures, a unit of Savoy Pictures Entertainment, Inc. Savoy Pictures Entertainment was sold to Silver King Communications, which is now a part of InterActive Corp, in 1996. From 1983 to 1990, Mr. Fried held several executive positions including Executive Vice President in charge of Production for Columbia Pictures, Director of Film Finance and Special Projects for Columbia Pictures and Director of Business Development at Twentieth Century Fox. Mr. Fried holds an M.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Ryan Schulke

Peter Tan

Mr. Peter W. H. Tan is Director of the Company. Mr. Tan is currently the chairman of TGC Partners Limited and managing director of TGC Wealth Pte Ltd., an investment advisory firm which he founded in 2009. He was also partner and part of the founding team of SIG China, the China-based private equity fund of leading U.S. hedge fund Susquehanna International Group (SIG). Mr. Tan has been actively involved in more than 40 investments in China, 12 of which were eventually listed on international stock exchanges. He has been particularly active in the media space over the past decade, and was an early investor in Airmedia and other Chinese media companies. Mr. Tan formerly served as a board member or observer of multiple companies prior to their U.S. listing, including Home Inns, E-House and Bona Entertainment Group. He was also a director at Ocean Butterflies International and 51credit. Mr. Tan previously served as a director of Cathay Industries, a specialty chemical manufacturer based in China. Prior to co-founding SIG China, Mr. Tan was a lawyer with White & Case LLP and Perkins Coie LLP, where he was qualified to practice in England, Hong Kong and Singapore, and where he founded the private equity & venture capital practices and advised emerging-growth companies on fundraising transactions throughout their lifecycle.

Chi-Chuan Chen

Mr. Chi-Chuan Chen is an Independent Director of Tiger Media Inc. Mr. Chen is a Vice President and Special Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Ruentex Group. He has served in the Investment Management Department at Ruentex Group since 1987. Mr. Chen holds a B.S. in chemical engineering and an MBA from National Taiwan University.

Yunan Ren

Mr. Yunan Ren is an Independent Director of Tiger Media Inc. Mr. Ren currently serves as an independent director of Prince Frog International Holdings Limited, a public company focusing on the manufacture and distribution of child care products in China and trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and serves as a board member of numerous private companies. From June 2010 to March 2012, Mr. Ren served as President of a pharmaceutical investment holding company based in Hong Kong. Previously, Mr. Ren served as an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank in Hong Kong from 2008 to 2010 and as a Vice President at Lehman Brothers in Hong Kong from 2006 to 2008. Prior to 2006, Mr. Ren served as an attorney with such international law firms as Skadden, Arps, Clifford Chance and Perkins Coie. Mr. Ren holds an LLM from Harvard Law School, and is a graduate of Beijing University Law School (LLB and Graduate Program).

Steven Rubin

Mr. Steven D. Rubin, Esq., is an Independent Director of Tiger Media Inc. Mr. Rubin served as the Secretary of Ideation from June 2007 to October 2009. Mr. Rubin has been the Executive Vice President of OPKO Health, Inc. since May 2007 and a director of OPKO Health, Inc. since February 2007 and is a member of The Frost Group, LLC, a private investment firm. Mr. Rubin currently serves on the Boards of Directors of OPKO Health, Inc., a specialty healthcare company, Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems, Inc., a medical device company, PROLOR Biotech, Inc., a developmental stage biopharmaceutical company, Neovasc, Inc., a developer of vascular devices, Kidville, Inc., which operates upscale learning and play facilities for children, Tiger X Medical, Inc. (formerly known as Cardo Medical, Inc.), formerly a medical device company, Castle Brands, Inc., a marketer of premium spirits, and SafeStitch Medical, Inc., a developmental stage FDA-registered medical device company. Mr. Rubin previously served on the Board of Directors of Dreams, Inc., a vertically integrated sports licensing and products company and Ideation. Mr. Rubin previously served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of IVAX Corporation from August 2001 until September 2006.

Robert Swayman

Mr. Robert Swayman is an Independent Director of the Company. From 1998-2014, Mr. Swayman served as President and CEO of National Alarm Systems, Inc., a company he founded in 1998, prior to its sale in January 2014. From January 2014 through February 2015, Mr. Swayman served as General Manager of ASG Security, which acquired National Alarm Systems. Mr. Swayman is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mr. Swayman is not a party to any arrangement or understanding with any person pursuant to which he was appointed as a director nor is he a party to any transaction required to be disclosed under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K involving the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
