Biographies

Name Description

James Donahue

Mr. James A. Donahue is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Donahue has been the non-executive Chairperson of Cohu since December 24, 2015. Prior to this he served as Executive Chairperson of Cohu from December 28, 2014 to December 24, 2015, and as Chairperson of the Board from 2010 until 2014. Mr. Donahue was President and Chief Executive Officer of Cohu from June 2000 to December 2014, and President and Chief Operating Officer of Cohu from 1999 to 2000. He also served concurrently as President of Delta Design, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Cohu from 1983 to 2010. Mr. Donahue served as a director of SMSC from 2003 until 2012.

Luis Muller

Mr. Luis A. Muller serves as President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Dr. Müller has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cohu since December 28, 2014. His previous roles at Cohu include serving as President of Cohu’s Semiconductor Equipment Group (“SEG”) from 2011 to 2014; Managing Director of Rasco GmbH from 2009 to 2011; Vice President of Delta Design’s High Speed Handling Group from 2008 to 2009; and Director of Engineering at Delta Design from 2005 to 2008. Prior to joining Cohu, Dr. Müller spent nine years at Teradyne Inc., where he held management positions in engineering and business development.

Jeffrey Jones

Mr. Jeffrey D. Jones serves as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Finance of Cohu, Inc. Mr. Jones joined Cohu’s Delta Design subsidiary in July 2005 as Vice President Finance and Controller. In November 2007, Mr. Jones was named Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Cohu. Prior to joining Delta Design, Mr. Jones, was a consultant and Vice President and General Manager of the Systems Group at SBS Technologies, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of embedded computer products. Prior to SBS Technologies, Mr. Jones was an Audit Manager for Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).

Christopher Bohrson

Mr. Christopher G. Bohrson is the Senior Vice President, General Manager - Test Handler Group of the Company. Mr. Bohrson was Vice President and General Manager for Digital Test Handlers from January 2017 until his promotion, and served as Vice President Sales and Service, Americas from May 2016 to January 2017. Prior to joining Cohu, from 2007 through 2016, Mr. Bohrson held several executive positions at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions/SPX lastly as Vice President and General Manager of the OEM Diagnostics and Information Solutions group. Prior to that, Mr. Bohrson spent twenty years working in a variety of management and technical roles at Teradyne, Inc.’s semiconductor and broadband test division in the U.S. and Asia.

Pascal Ronde

Mr. Pascal Ronde is Senior Vice President - Global Customer Group fo the company. Pascal Rondé joined Cohu in October 2018 with the acquisition of Xcerra. Mr. Rondé was Senior Vice President Global Customer Team at Xcerra, a position held since joining the company’s original LTX-Credence group in January 2012. Prior to this, Mr. Rondé was Vice President Global Sales, Service, Support and Business Development for Verigy from 2006 to 2011. From 2000 to 2006, he was the Vice President of Global Sales, Service and Support for the Agilent Technologies and later Verigy. Mr. Rondé spent the early part of his career in sales and management roles in France at HP, ATE Europe and Saintel. Mr. Rondé holds a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, France.

Thomas Kampfer

Mr. Thomas D. Kampfer is a Vice President - Corporate Development, General Counsel, Secretary of the Company. Mr. Kampfer most recently served from June 2015 to May 2017 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Kampfer served from 2012 to 2015 as President of CohuHD, formerly a division of Cohu, which was divested in 2014. Previously, Mr. Kampfer spent eight years with Iomega Corporation, holding several executive positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Earlier, Mr. Kampfer served in various legal and business development executive roles with Proxima Corporation, and also held various positions in manufacturing engineering and legal at IBM.

Ian Fellenberg

Mr. Ian von Fellenberg is the Vice President - Integration, Managing Director of Multitest GmbH of the company. He joined Cohu in 2013 with the acquisition of Ismeca Semiconductor by Cohu. He was Vice President and General Manager of the Ismeca Business Unit from 2013 until his appointment as Vice President and General Manager for Analog Test Handlers in January 2017. In 2004, he set up operations for Ismeca in China and managed both the North Asia and South Asia regions. Prior to Ismeca, Mr. Fellenberg spent six years at Orell Füssli Security Printing where he held several executive positions in the document security technology business. He has also held various positions in sales and product management for companies in the automation components (sensors, drives) industry.

Steven Bilodeau

Mr. Steven J. Bilodeau is Independent Director of Cohu, Inc. Mr. Bilodeau is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of SMSC, a semiconductor manufacturer, where he served from 1999 until 2008. Mr. Bilodeau has been a director of Maxwell Technologies since May 2016 and was appointed Chairperson in May 2017. Mr. Bilodeau also served as a director of SMSC from 1999 until 2012, and as SMSC’s Chairperson of the Board from 2000 until 2012. Mr. Bilodeau also previously served as a director of NuHorizons Electronic Corp., Conexant Systems, Inc. and Gennum Corporation.

William Bendush

Mr. William E. Bendush serves as an Independent Director of Cohu Inc. Mr. Bendush is the retired Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (AMCC), a communications semiconductor company where he served from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Bendush was a director of Microsemi Corp. from 2003 until the company was acquired in May 2018, and previously was a director of Conexant Systems, Inc.

Andrew Caggia

Mr. Andrew M. Caggia is an Independent Director of Chou Inc., effective August 11, 2014. Mr. Caggia is the retired Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Standard Microsystems Corporation (SMSC), where he worked from 2000 until his retirement in 2006. Mr. Caggia also served as a director of SMSC from 2001 until its purchase by Microchip Technology Incorporated in 2012. Prior to SMSC, Mr. Caggia was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Semiconductor, Inc. from 1997 to 2000.

Robert Ciardella

Mr. Robert L. Ciardella is the Independent Director of Cohu Inc. Mr. Ciardella is the founder and retired Chief Executive Officer of AdvanJet, Inc. (a subsidiary of Graco, Inc.) and served in that role from June 2010 to January 2019. AdvanJet designs and manufactures advanced micro-dispensing equipment. Mr. Ciardella is also the founder and retired President of Asymtek (a subsidiary of Nordson Corporation) where he worked from 1983 until 2006. Asymtek designs, develops, manufactures and sells semiconductor and circuit board assembly equipment.

Jorge Titinger

Mr. Jorge Luis Titinger is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Titinger was President and Chief Executive Officer of Silicon Graphics International Corp. (“SGI”) from February 2012 to November 2016. After SGI was acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Mr. Titinger founded Titinger Consulting, a firm focused on providing strategy, corporate transformation, and culture advice to its clients. Mr. Titinger also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Verigy Ltd. (“Verigy”) from January 2011 until October 2011, as its President and Chief Operating Officer from July 2010 to January 2011, and as its Chief Operating Officer from June 2008 to July 2010. Prior to his service at Verigy, Mr. Titinger held executive positions with FormFactor, Inc. from 2007 to 2008, and KLA-Tencor Corporation from 2002 to 2007. Mr. Titinger served as a director of Xcerra Corporation from August 2012 until it was acquired by Cohu on October 1, 2018. Mr. Titinger also currently serves as a director of CalAmp Corp., a position he has held since June 2015; and as a director of Hercules Capital, Inc., a position he has held since October 2017.
