Juan Jose Brugera Clavero

Mr. Juan Jose Brugera Clavero is Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Inmobiliaria Colonial, SOCIMI, S.A. since June 19, 2008. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer from 1994 to 2006. President of Société Foncière Lyonnaise since 2010. Previously, he was Managing Director of Mutua Madrileña, Managing Director of SindiBank and Deputy Managing Director of Banco de Sabadell. Other occupations: He has been President of the Board of Trustees of the Ramón Llull University (URL). President of the ESADE Foundation, Panrico, Holditex and Círculo de Economía de Barcelona. He is director of the Periódico de Catalunya since 2019. He is an Industrial Technical Engineer and MBA from ESADE. PDG by IESE and Doctor Honoris Causa by the University of Rhode Island.

Pedro Vinolas Serra

Mr. Pedro Vinolas Serra serves as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of the Company. He has an undergraduate degree in business science and an MBA from ESADE and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. He completed a diploma course at the University of Barcelona, where he also studied law. He was hired in 1990 as director of the Studies Service of the Barcelona Stock Exchange, where he later held the position of deputy general manager. In 1997, he was hired to serve as managing director of FILO, S.A., a listed real estate company where he remained until 2001. From then until 2008, he served as partner and chief executive officer at the Riva y García Financial Group. He has served as chairman of the Urban Land Institute in Spain, and as a member of the board of directors of the Riva y García Financial Group. In addition, he was chairman of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts in Catalonia from 1994 until 2000. Mr. Viñolas joined Colonial as CEO in July 2008. He is currently a member of the board of directors of SFL and sits on its executive and strategy committee. Mr. Viñolas is a member of the ESADE Board of Trustees and a member of the Board of Directors of Bluespace, S.A. He is a member of the board of directors of the European Real Estate Association (EPRA).

Angels Arderiu Ibars

Ms. Angels Arderiu Ibars serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Member of Colonial’s Management Committee since January 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Arderiu has an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Barcelona, a graduate degree and master’s degree in finance from ESADE and PDG from IESE. Angels Arderiu began her professional career in account auditing and worked in this field for nine years. She joined Inmobiliaria Colonial in March 1999 as head of accounting, and in January 2009 she was promoted to the position of financial director.

Alberto Alcober Teixido

Mr. Alberto Alcober Teixido serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He is a Member of Colonial’s Management Committee since January 2009 as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Alcober holds a diploma in marketing, management and business administration from Barcelona’s Escola Superior de Marketing i Administració (ESMA) and a graduate degree in advertising. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Mr. Alcober began his professional career at CB Richard Ellis, where he served as a senior consultant from 1990 to 1993. He subsequently served at BP Oil as director of investment, development and properties from 1993 to 1996, when he joined Colonial and was appointed to the position of sales director of the Property Department. Since January 2009 he has headed Colonial’s property management business.

Begona Mumoz Lopez

Ms. Begona Mumoz Lopez serves as Chief Human Resources and General Services of the Company. Bachelor in Law from the UCM, Master in Marketing and Commercial Management by ESIC, and Executive Coach certified by the EEC. She as twenty years of experience in managing Human Resources in international environments. Fourteen of them in the FMCG large consumption sector (Coty, Syp-Consum EROSKI) and six in the industrial sector, being in Azucarera ABSugar (ABF, Associated British Food) the position prior to join Colonial.

Juan Manuel Ortega Moreno

Mr. Juan Manuel Ortega Moreno serves as Chief Investment Officer of the Company. Member of the Executive Committee of Colonial since December 2014, as Chief Investment Officer. Head of Investment & Asset Management. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He began his professional career in the property sector in 1997 at the company Detinsa. Subsequently, he worked at the IESE Business School, working on creating the first White Book for the Property Sector and carrying out various activities in the financial/property area. He joined Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) in January 2001 and carried out various roles such as Senior Consultant in the Office Leasing Department and Head of the Residential Agency Division in Spain. In November 2005, he joined UBS Bank where he worked in Investment Management in the real estate sector and as Property Manager in Spain. Between 2011 and 2014, he was head of the Capital Markets area of JLL. Juan Manuel has also worked in the field of strategic consulting and research, on a self-employed basis.

Nuria Oferil Coll

Mrs. Nuria Oferil Coll serves as Chief Legal Officer, Vice Secretary of the Company. Member of the Executive Committee of Colonial since May 2010, as Chief Legal Officer. Graduate in Law from Barcelona University. Lawyer in practice, member of the Barcelona Bar since 1999. Course of specialization in Real Estate and Town Planning Law from ESADE. She began hes career at Roca Junyent where she was an associate attorney and joined Colonial’s legal services in 2004. In 2010 she took over as Director of the Legal Department and Assistant Secretary of Colonial’s Board of Directors.

Carmina Ganyet Cirera

Ms. Carmina Ganyet Cirera serves as Corporate Managing Director of the Company. She holds a degree in economics and business administration from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and graduates studies at ESADE. Carmina Ganyet’s professional career started in Arthur Andersen, in the financial sector. She was head of Investment and Controlling for the financial, real estate and insurance group of Caixa Holding (now Criteria) and in 2000, she joined Colonial as a Chief Financial Officer. She is member of the Board of Directors of Société Foncière Lyonnaise, independent member of the Board of Directors of Repsol and member of its Audit Committee and Appointment Committee. Carmina is also today Board member of Universitat Ramon LLull, Board member of Esade-Alumni , member of the Executive Committee of Barcelona Global and ULI-Barcelona . In the past Carmina Ganyet has been member of the Board of SIIC de Paris, independent member of the Board of Directors of ICF (Institut Català de Finances), and independent Board member of SegurCaixa_Adeslas. In addition, Ms. Ganyet has been professor at the School of Business Administration of Universitat Ramon Llull, member of the board of Círculo de Economía, founder of Espai Vicens Vives, and a board member of Ethos Ramon Llull- Ética y Empresa.

Carlos Krohmer

Mr. Carlos Krohmer serves as Chief Corporate Development Officer of the Company. Member of the Executive Committee of Colonial since January 2009, as Chief Corporate Development Officer. In this role he is in charge for Corporate Development, Reporting Controlling, as well as Investor Relations. Graduate in Business Administration and Management from the Mannheim Business School (Germany), studies in the framework of the Multiregional International Business Programme at the “Universidad Autonoma” of Barcelona & Swansea University (UK) and postgraduate studies at IESE and Harvard Business School. Carlos Krohmer began his professional career in the Unilever Group in Hamburg (Germany) in various posts of responsibility in the Controlling and Finance departments. In 1999 he was appointed Head of Reporting & Management Control of Unilever Bestfoods Germany. In 2001 he joined Criteria CaixaHolding, a subsidiary of “la Caixa Group” in Spain, in the Area of Corporate Development as Head of Real Estate Investments. In addition he had a role as Senior Project Manager in the 2007 IPO of Criteria CaixaHolding on the stock market. Until the middle of 2008, he was a director of Holret, S.A., a French real estate subsidiary of Criteria. He joined Colonial in January 2009. Until the year 2010 Carlos Krohmer has teaching experience as professor for Corporate Finance at the La Salle Business Engineering School in Barcelona. Actually he is Chief Corporate Development Officer of Colonial since January 2009 and member of the Board of Directors of Colonial’s listed subsidiary Société Foncière Lyonnaise. Carlos Fernandez-Lerga Garralda

Mr. Carlos Fernandez-Lerga Garralda serves as Lead Independent Director of the Company. He holds a degree in law from the University of Navarra, a master’s in European studies from the University of Leuven (Belgium) and and has taken post-graduate courses specialising in commercial law at the Bank of Spain’s Training Center. He completed his studies in international law at The Hague Academy of International Law, in comparative law and international organisations in Strasbourg, and at the Collège Universitaire d’Études Fédéralistes, Nice, Val d’Aoste. From 1978 to 1983, he was an advisory member of the Ministry and Secretary of State for Relations with the European Community participating in negotiations for Spain’s accession to the European Union. From 1984 to 1986, he held the position of general manager of the European Union Advisory Service within the Banco Hispano Americano Group. Mr. Fernández-Lerga has also been Chairman of Iberdrola Ingeniería y Construcción, S.A., director at Abantia Corporación and Gamesa Corporación Tecnológica, S.A. (Lead Independent Director) as well as a General Board Member of La Caixa. He has also been a member of the International Secretariat of the World Federalist Youth movement (Amsterdam); Secretary of the Madrid branch of the European League for Economic Cooperation; Secretary of the Foundation for Progress and Democracy; a representative (treasurer) of the Governing Board of the Madrid Bar Association, a member of the Executive Committee of the Elcano Royal Institute and a trustee of the Spain/US Board and Spain/China Board Foundations. He has also lectured at the School of Political Science at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and at the Institute of European Studies at the University of Alcalá de Henares, and has written numerous publications. Sheikh Ali Jassim Al-Thani

Mr. Sheikh Ali Jassim M. J. Al-Thani serves as Director of the Company., since November 12, 2015. He has been involved in the commerce, finance and real estate sectors for more than 30 years. He is the senior consultant on strategy and investments since 2007. From 1995 until 2016, he was the vice president, member of the board of directors and member of the executive committee of the Housing Bank for Trade and Finance of Jordan (the second most important bank in Jordan). He has been a member of the board of directors and the vice president of the United Arab Shipping Company in Dubai, UAE, since 2003. Since 2007, he has been the vice president of the Libyan Qatari Bank and in 2009 he was named president and the general director of Qatar Navigation (a company he was on the board of directors of from 2003 until 2016). Qatar Navigation is active in maritime transport and real estate. Since 2012, he has been a member of the board of directors of Qatar Abu Dhabi Investment Company; a company specialised in real estate investment and private equity. Carlos Fernandez Gonzalez

Mr. Carlos Fernandez Gonzalez serves as Director of the Company. For more than 30 years he has held positions of substantial responsibility, complexity and skills in the management of companies in various sectors. He was CEO (1997-2013) and Chairman of the Board of Directors (2005-2013) of the Grupo Modelo. Following his appointment as CEO up until 2013, this Group consolidated its position as the leading brewery in Mexico, the seventh group worldwide and the largest beer exporter in the world. Also, he has been a director at international and Spanish companies, including, inter alia, Anheuser Busch (US), Emerson Electric Co. (US), Grupo Televisa (Mexico), Crown Imports, Ltd. (US), Inbursa (Mexico) and Bolsa Mexicana de Valores. In addition, he has been a member of the international advisory council of Banco Santander, S.A. and director of Grupo Financiero Santander México S.A.B de C.V. and until October 2019 member of the Board of Banco Santander, S.A. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Grupo Finaccess S.A.P.I. de C.V., a company which he founded, which is present in Mexico, US, Western and Eastern Europe, China, Australia and New Zeland. He is also a proprietary director of the following companies Inmobiliaria Colonial, AmRest Holdings, S.E. and Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited.

Juan Carlos Garcia Canizares

Mr. Juan Carlos Garcia Canizares serves as Director of the Company. Industrial Engineer. He also studied management programmes at IMD Switzerland, and holds an MBA granted jointly by the New York University Stern School of Business, London School of Economics and HEC Paris. He is an investment banker who was responsible for more than $35 billion in mergers, acquisitions and financing of acquisitions over a period of more than 25 years. He was Vice President of Planning for Bavaria, one of Latin America’s leading breweries, where he was responsible for the $4 billion international brewery acquisition programme, and for the subsequent $8 billion merger with SABMiller plc, creating the world’s second largest brewery. In recent years, he led negotiations on behalf of the Santo Domingo Group for the conversion of its holding in SABMiller into a share in Anheuser Busch Inbev following the merger of the two, an operation which was finalised in 2016. Before joining the Santo Domingo Group, he was co-founder and Main Partner of Estrategias Corporativas, an investment banking advisory firm in Latin America. He is currently Managing Director of Quadrant Capital Advisors, Inc. in New York (a Santo Domingo Group investment advisory company based in New York). He is responsible for Quadrant Capital’s Strategic Investments Group, including investments in AB-Inbev and in the consumer, financial system, natural resources and energy sectors worldwide, among others. He is a member of multiple Board of Directors, including Bevco Lux S.A.R.L and Samson & Surrey S.A.R.L. (Luxembourg),. Bavaria, S.A., Valorem S.A. (Colombia) and Genesis Foundation (USA).

Javier Lopez Casado

Mr. Javier Lopez Casado serves as Director of the Company. He joined Finaccess as International Director of Asset Management in November 2010. He has been CEO of Finaccess Advisors LLC since 2012. He has also been responsible for Finaccess Estrategia S.L. in Spain since 2014. Prior to joining Finaccess, he worked as Senior Vice President for Santander Private Banking in Miami. He previously held different posts in Banco Santander’s International Private Banking area in Madrid and Miami. He worked for the Santander Group from 1996 to 2010. Before joining Banco Santander, he worked as a lawyer in Madrid. He has 22 years’ experience in financial markets and is a member of Grupo Finaccess’ Board of Directors, the International Investment Committee and the Audit Committee of Finaccess Advisors LLC. He is Chairman of SOLTRA S.L., a company working on the promotion, education and rehabilitation of people with different capacities in order to achieve full social integration, which currently has 400 employees. He also sits on the board of trustees of several foundations in Spain and Mexico. He holds a Law Degree from the University San Pablo CEU of Madrid, an MBA from the University of Miami and a Masters in Legal and Tax Consulting for Construction and Real Estate Companies from the Universidad Politécnica of Madrid.

Adnane Mousannif

Mr. Adnane Mousannif serves as Director of the Company. since May 25, 2016. He currently performs his functions at Qatar Investment Authority –QIA– the sovereign investment fund of Qatar. In recent years, on behalf of QIA, in the majority of its real estate transactions in Europe and America, including the acquisition by the group of Canary Wharf in London and the acquisition of the Virgin Megastore building on the Champs Élysées in Paris. Also on behalf of QIA, he participated in its acquisition of a shareholding in Société Foncière Lyonnaise and Colonial in Spain. He previously spent several years working for the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing funds in Europe. He holds a Master in Business Creation and Finance from the ESCP Europe Business School and a degree in Civil Engineering.

Ana Bolado Valle

Ms. Ana Bolado Valle serves as Independent Director of the Company. She holds a degree in Pharmacy from the Madrid Complutense University, and also a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from IE Business School. In the course of her professional career, Ms Ana Bolado Valle worked in several managing posts at Banco Santander Group (1986-2017), managing important wholesale and retail business areas, digital transformation projects and key areas for the Group such as the Corporate Direction of the Human Resources Department between 2005 and 2010. Currently, Ms Ana Bolado Valle is proprietary director at Metrovacesa, S.A., where she was appointed at the behest of Banco Santander, S.A., and independent director at Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales, S.A. and Unicaja Banco, S.A. At Parques Reunidos Servicios 4 Centrales, S.A. she also chairs the Appointments and Remunerations Committee, and sits on the Audit Committee. At Unicaja Banco, S.A. she also chairs the Appointments Committee, and is a member of the Risk Committee and of the Remunerations Committee. Additionally, Ms Ana Bolado Valle is a member of the Advisory Board of Fellow Funders, an equity crowdfunding platform to boost funding for start-ups and SMEs as well as member of the Directors and Administrators Institute (Instituto de Consejeros y Administradores – ICA) and of Women Corporate Directors.

Javier Iglesias de Ussel Ordis

Mr. Javier Iglesias de Ussel Ordis serves as Independent Director of the Company. He has a wealth of experience in financial circles. In 1974, he joined Lloyds Bank International in London, where he held different positions of responsibility for Corporate Banking in Dubai, São Paulo, Asunción and Madrid over 21 years. In 1995, he joined The Bank of New York and was appointed Country Manager for the Iberian Peninsula. He moved to New York in 2002, and was appointed Division Head for Latin America. From 2008 to December 2013, he ran the Representation Office of Chilean bank Banco de Crédito e Inversiones. Mr Iglesias de Ussel has been an Independent Director of Inmobiliaria Colonial since 2008, and has also been an Independent Director of Aresbank since March 2015. Mr Iglesias de Ussel holds a degree in modern history from the University of Barcelona and throughout his career has been involved in numerous business administration, marketing, risk analysis and money laundering prevention courses. He lived outside Spain for 22 years, and speaks English, French and Portuguese.

Luis Maluquer Trepat

Mr. Luis Maluquer Trepat serves as Independent Director of the Company. He is a law graduate from the University of Barcelona, with a diploma in International Institutions from the University of Geneva. Throughout his career at the law firm Maluquer Advocats, SCP, he has advised different national and international institutions, providing his services in the fields of consulting, legal advice, lawsuits and arbitration and mediation procedures. He also has teaching experience at various institutions, such as the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, and he has been director representing Spain in the European Society for Banking and Financial Law (AEDBF Paris). Founding partner of Despacho Maluquer Advocats, SCP and a director and secretary of a number of companies, including SFL, where he is a board member. In addition, he has special powers of attorney and is board secretary of various subsidiaries of French companies and of the Swiss Confederation, especially in the infrastructure and agri-food industries. He has been president of the Argentinian Chamber of Commerce in Spain.

Ana Cristina Peralta Moreno

Ms. Ana Cristina Peralta Moreno serves as Independent Director of the Company. She is currently an independent director of BBVA and of GRENERGY RENOVABLES, S.A., a renewable energy company listed on the MAB index, where she chairs the Audit Committee. She has extensive experience in the financial sector. She began her professional career with Bankinter in 1990, where she worked in extremely different areas until late 2008. She headed up Bankinter’s first Internet Office and ran the Chairman’s Office. During her last years at the Bank she was Chief Risk Officer and a member of the Management Committee. From 2009 to 2012 she sat on the Management Committee at Banco Pastor, where she worked as General Manager of Risk. From 2012 to 2018 Ms Ana Peralta divided her time between a post as Senior Advisor with Oliver Wyman Financial Services and was a member of several boards of directors. She was an independent director at Banco Etcheverría, at Deutsche Bank, SAE and also at Lar Holding Residencial. She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Madrid Complutense University and a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from CEF (1991), and studied the PMD Programme (Program for Management Development) at Harvard Business School (2002) and the PADE programme at the IESE business school (2016).
