Name Description

Sheila Marcelo

Ms. Sheila Lirio Marcelo serves as a Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer, Founder of Care.com Inc. Ms. Marcelo has served as the chairman of the Board since October 2011. Prior to founding Care.com in 2006, Ms. Marcelo was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Matrix Partners, a venture capital firm, for six months. From 2005 to the beginning of 2006, Ms. Marcelo served as Vice President and General Manager of TheLadders.com, an online job matching service. Before joining TheLadders.com, Ms. Marcelo spent five years at Upromise, Inc., an online service that helps families save for college, where she held various executive positions, including Vice President, Product Management and Marketing. Earlier in her career, Ms. Marcelo was a consultant for Monitor Group and Pyramid Research, and she began her career as an analyst at Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett. Ms. Marcelo graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a degree in economics and received her M.B.A. and J.D. from Harvard University.

David Krupinski

Mr. David Krupinski serves as a Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer of Care.com Inc. Mr. Krupinski previously served as our Senior Vice President of Product and Technology from February 2010 to January 2012, as our Vice President of Product and Technology from February 2008 to January 2010 and as our VP of Product from November 2006 to January 2008. Prior to co-founding Care.com, Mr. Krupinski held senior product management roles at Upromise, including Director of Product Management from 2003 to 2006. Prior to Upromise, Mr. Krupinski held senior management positions at several start-up companies, including Direct Hit (acquired by Ask Jeeves) and Stylus Innovation (acquired by Artisoft). Mr. Krupinski began his career as a Software Engineer at Thomson Financial in 1988. He holds a B.A. and an M.S. from Boston College and received an M.B.A. for Executives from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Michael Echenberg

Mr. Michael Echenberg serves as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Echenberg has most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer of Weight Watchers International Inc., a global provider of weight management services, a position he has held since July 2013. For part of this period, he also served as Chief Financial Officer of the Weight Watchers Health Solutions business unit. Prior to that, Mr. Echenberg served in several management roles at Weight Watchers International, including Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance & Strategy from June 2011 to July 2013 and Senior Vice President, Finance for the North America business unit from January 2010 to June 2011. Mr. Echenberg holds an AB from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Scott Healy

Mr. Scott Healy is an Executive Vice President, General Manager - Consumer and Business Services of Care.com Inc. As EVP and GM of Consumer and Business Services at Care.com, Scott is responsible for the worldwide growth and profitability of online services for consumers, and also oversees the Company's corporate clients and offerings, ranging from local SMBs to global corporations. These services include marketing and recruiting solutions for companies in the care industry, as well as back-up care and other work-life benefits services for large employers. Scott has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, product management and general management. Early in his career he worked in brand management at Unilever and was a management consultant at Monitor Group. He then immersed himself in the online world, leading marketing, sales, and operational teams at online-focused companies such as BuyerZone, now a division of Reed Elsevier, and e-Dialog, now part of eBay. Prior to joining Care.com in 2007, Scott was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Matrix Partners. Scott is active in coaching youth sports and holds a B.A. with Honors from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Diane Musi

Ms. Diane Musi serves as a General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Care.com Inc. From 2000 to June 2011, Ms. Musi served in a number of roles at Upromise, including General Counsel from February 2007 to June 2011. At Upromise, Ms. Musi’s responsibilities included advising the company on matters related to legal and regulatory analysis and strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financings, dispute resolution and the negotiation of business critical agreements. Ms. Musi was also responsible for managing the company’s in-house and outside legal counsel. Before Upromise, Ms. Musi was a corporate associate at Goodwin Procter LLP. Ms. Musi is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and holds an A.B. in Government from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.

George Bell

Mr. George D. Bell is Lead Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Bell is Board Chair of Place IQ and is a member of the Board for several companies including John Wiley and Sons, Angie's List, Coach Up, and the Association of College and University Educators, and was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Ernst & Young for both California and New England. Additionally, Mr. Bell is a national Board member of The Trust for Public Land, sits on the Board of the Massachusetts Historical Commission, and was a member of Massachusetts Governor Baker's 2015 Opioid Working Group. Mr. Bell is a graduate of Harvard College.

Chet Kapoor

Mr. Chet Kapoor serves as a Director of the Company. Mr. Kapoor is Portfolio Manager and Managing Partner of Tenzing Global Management (Tenzing Global), which he co-founded in 2011. The firm is a value-oriented, cautiously contrarian, long-term investment firm based in San Francisco, and focuses on investments in the technology and consumer sectors. Prior to founding Tenzing Global, Mr. Kapoor was a Managing Partner and Head of Equities at Perry Capital. He holds a B.S. and a B.A. from Rice University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University, and also serves as a member of the Board of Brightcove, Inc.

Joanna Rees

Ms. Joanna Rees serves as a Director of the Company. As a Managing Partner of West, a market creation company founded by the former head of marketing at Apple, Ms. Rees oversees the firm’s investment activities. She is also a Partner of the B Team, a not-for-profit initiative formed by a global group of business leaders to catalyze a better way of doing business, for the well-being of people and the planet. Most recently Ms. Rees led the formation and capital raise of Endeavor Catalyst, an impact investment fund as part of Endeavor Global. A candidate for Mayor of San Francisco in 2011, Ms. Rees previously ran VSP Capital, a venture capital firm she founded focused on early-stage companies combining technical innovation with market development. Her prior professional experience includes finance and investment banking positions at BA Securities and boutique merchant bank, Vrolyk & Co, as well as senior marketing management positions at Danone, where she ultimately served as head of New Product Development. She began her career at DMB&B. Ms. Rees currently serves on the Boards of FICO (NYSE: FICO), Harvest Power, Prelude Fertility, Mursion and Hickies, Inc. Active in the non-profit sector, Ms. Rees serves on the National Board of Build.org and the Global Board of Endeavor.org, and engages in a variety of roles with the Aspen Institute. She holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.S. from Duke University.

Daniel Yoo

Mr. Daniel Yoo is Director of the company. He Most recently, Mr. Yoo served as Chief Operating Officer of NerdWallet, a consumer finance marketplace, from 2014 through May 2017. Prior to NerdWallet, Mr. Yoo was Vice President of Business Operations and Analytics at LinkedIn from 2009 to 2014, during which time the company grew from 50 million members to more than 275 million members and revenues grew from $120 million to more than $1.5 billion. Earlier, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Rhythm NewMedia, a mobile content and ad company, later acquired by RhythmOne, and served as Chief Financial Officer of Parature, a SaaS customer service and support leader subsequently acquired by Microsoft. Mr. Yoo also co-founded ReliaQuote, one of the first online term insurance brokerages, which was acquired by Fiserv. Mr. Yoo began his career in investment banking in Merrill Lynch’s Technology Investment Banking Group and later at Epoch Partners. Mr. Yoo earned his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

J. Sanford Miller

Mr. J. Sanford Miller serves as an Independent Director of Care.com Inc. Since 2006. Mr. Miller has been a General Partner of Institutional Venture Partners, or IVP, a venture capital firm, where he focuses on later-stage venture and growth equity investments in technology, Internet and digital media companies. Mr. Miller served as a director of Vonage, a provider of broadband phone services, from 2004 to May 2011 and as a director of FleetMatics, a provider of GPS tracking applications for commercial fleets, from November 2010 to August 2013. Mr. Miller currently serves as a director of several private companies. Prior to joining IVP in 2006, Mr. Miller was a Senior Partner with 3i, a venture capital firm, from 2001 to 2006. Earlier in his career, Mr. Miller was a technology investment banker, management consultant and corporate lawyer. Mr. Miller holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. and a J.D. from Stanford University.

Ian Robertson

Mr. Ian Duncan Robertson serves as an Independent Director of Care.com Inc. Mr. Robertson served as chief financial officer of OpenTable, Inc., a provider of online restaurant reservations, from August 2011 to October 2014. Mr. Robertson served as chief financial officer of SnapStick, Inc., a mobile application software company, from May 2010 to July 2011. Prior to SnapStick, Mr. Robertson served as chief financial officer of Aricent Inc., a technology services company, from June 2005 to June 2009, and as vice president finance and investor relations at Flextronics, Inc., an electronic manufacturing services provider, from October 2001 to June 2005. Mr. Robertson is a member of the Board of Trustees of The San Francisco Foundation, is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Town and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Laela Sturdy

Ms. Laela Sturdy serves as an Independent Director of the Board . Ms. Sturdy was appointed to the Board pursuant to an Investment Agreement, dated as of June 29, 2016, between the Company and CapitalG LP (formerly Google Capital 2016, L.P.).
