Name Description

Alec Machiels

Mr. Alec Machiels is appointed as Director of the Company effective August 20, 2014. Alec Machiels is a Partner at Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P., a private equity fund manager. Mr. Machiels is a member of the firm's Executive and Investment Committees. He has over 15 years of private equity investing and investment banking experience. Mr. Machiels is a current director serving on the Board of Directors of Molycorp, Inc. Previously, Mr. Machiels was a Financial Analyst in the Financial Services Group at Goldman Sachs International in London and in the Private Equity Group at Goldman Sachs and Co. in New York. Investments in which he has been highly involved in include Pure Biofuels, Molycorp Minerals, Traxys, Slipstream Communications, Coffeyville Resources and Merisant Company. He also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Federation of Arts where he chaired the endowment committee. Mr. Machiels is a graduate of Harvard Business School, KU Leuven Law School in Belgium and Konstanz University in Germany.

Richard Mills

Mr. Richard Mills is Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Richard Mills possesses over 31 years of industry experience. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of ConeXus World Global, a leading digital media services company, which he founded in 2010, and which was acquired by Creative Realities as reported herein. Prior to founding ConeXus, Mr. Mills was President and Director at Beacon Enterprise Solutions Group, Inc., a public telecom and technology infrastructure services provider. Previous to that, he joined publicly traded Pomeroy Computer Resources, Inc. in 1993 and served as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors from 1995 until 1999. Mr. Mills helped grow sales at Pomeroy during his time there from $100 million to $700 million. Mr. Mills was also a founder of Strategic Communications LLC.

David Bell

Mr. David Bell is appointed as Director of the Company effective August 20, 2014. David Bell brings over 40 years of advertising and marketing industry experience to the board, including serving as CEO of three of the largest companies in the industry–Bozell Worldwide, True North Communications and The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. Since 2007, Mr. Bell has led Slipstream Communications, which is an international company providing strategic branding, digital marketing, and public relations services and served as a Senior Advisor to Google Inc. from 2006 to 2009. He is currently a Senior Advisor to AOL and has been an Operating Advisor at Pegasus Capital Advisors since 2004. He has also served on the boards of multiple publicly-traded companies, including Lighting Science Group Corporation and Point Blank Solutions, Inc., and Primedia, Inc., and served as President and CEO of The Interpublic Group of Companies Inc. from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Bell currently serves on the Board of Directors of Time, Inc.

Donald Harris

Mr. Donald A. Harris is appointed as Director of Wireless Ronin Technologies, Inc., effective August 1, 2014. Since June 2012, he has been a member of the board of directors of Broadcast International. He has been President of 1162 Management, the General Partner of 5 Star Partnership, a private equity firm, since June 2006. Mr. Harris has been President and Chief Executive Officer of UbiquiTel Inc., a telecommunications company organized by Mr. Harris and other investors, since its inception in September, 1999 and also its Chairman since May 2000. Mr. Harris served as the President of Comcast Cellular Communications Inc. from March 1992 to March 1997. Mr. Harris received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from Columbia University in. Mr. Harris’s experience in the telecommunications industry and his association with private equity funding will be valuable to Wireless Ronin.

Joseph Manko

Mr. Joseph M. Manko is Director of the Company. Mr. Manko is an experienced Board member and Senior Principal in Horton Capital Management LLC, the investment manager for the Horton Capital Partners Fund, LP ("Horton Fund"), and significant shareholder in the Company. Mr. Manko has over 20 years of investment experience in the asset management, investment banking, private equity and corporate securities markets, including senior roles at Deutsche Bank inLondonand Merrill Lynch inHong Kong. Prior to founding the Horton Fund, Mr. Manko was a Partner and Chief Executive Officer ofSwitzerland-based BZ Fund Management Limited. Mr. Manko began his career as a corporate finance attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and earned both his B.A. and Juris Doctorate from theUniversity of Pennsylvania.

Stephen Nesbit

Mr. Stephen Nesbit is Director of the Company. He has been in the digital signage and digital advertising industry for over 20 years. He is currently the Managing Director of Prestonwood Trail Holdings LLC and has provided advisory services for companies in the Digital Signage and Digital Media Industry for the past 10 years. He has directed and advised projects in North America, Europe, Asia proper, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia and Africa. Prior to founding Prestonwood Trail, Mr. Nesbit was the President/COO at Reflect Systems, a software and services company in the Digital Signage business. He joined Reflect after serving as President/COO of MarketForward, the Global Digital Media Division owned by the Publicis Groupe S.A. in Paris France. Mr. Nesbit began his career in Digital Signage as the EVP Global Operations & GM International Business for Next Generation Network. Next Generation Network was one of the first Digital Place Based Advertising companies in the industry before its sale to Anschutz Investments where the company changed its name to National Cinemedia (NASDAQ: NCMI). He began his career at IBM in the Data Processing Division holding various field and HQ management positions. Mr. Nesbit also held management and executive positions at Wang Labs and BBN Communications Inc., the communications company that was the original architect of the Internet. Mr. Nesbit holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and earned an MBA from the Indiana University Kelly Graduate School of Business.

Kent Lillemoe

Mr. Kent O. Lillemoe was Independent Director of Wireless Ronin Technologies, Inc. Mr. Lillemoe served as Chief Financial Officer of MinuteClinic, Inc., a health services provider, from January 2006 until its acquisition by CVS Caremark in April 2009. Prior to MinuteClinic, Mr. Lillemoe was Chief Financial Officer of Envoy Medical Corporation, a medical device developer, from January 2003 to November 2005; Chief Operating Officer of Avanti Optics Corp., an early stage technology company, from June 2000 until January 2003; Chief Financial Officer of Fargo Electronics, Inc., a publicly-held technology company, from March 1998 to June 2000; and Chief Financial Officer of CyberOptics Corporation, also a publicly-held technology company, from September 1985 to September 1996. Mr. Lillemoe serves on the board of directors of AEI Core Property Income Trust, Inc., a real estate investment trust (REIT) (since August 2011), and Digitiliti, Inc., a developer of cloud-based software products (since August 2011), where he is also chair of the audit committee. He also serves on the boards of directors of Exos Medical Corporation, Enterprises, LLC and Mobi, LLC, all privately-held companies. He also served as a director of Fargo Electronics, Inc. beginning in July 2000, including as Chairman of the Audit Committee starting in September 2003, until it was acquired in August 2006. Mr. Lillemoe brings early stage company experience and public company chief financial officer experience to our board.
