Name Description

Pietro Ferrari

Eng. Pietro Ferrari serves as an Chairman of the Board of BPER Banca S.P.A., since April 17, 2018. Having graduated in Civil Engineering from Bologna University in 1981, his career developed along three main lines: as a businessman at the head of a solid industrial company, as a Director in the credit sector and as a member of associations which represent the business world. In 1982 he joined the family business, Ing. Ferrari S.p.A. where he pursued a structured career which led him in a short time to become Sole Director and subsequently, in 1990, Chief Executive Officer. Alongside his entrepreneurial career he also assumed increasingly important roles within Confindustria (Confederation of Italian Industry) becoming, in 2008, Chairman of Confindustria Modena. He has been Chairman of Confindustria Emilia-Romagna since 2017; he has been a member of the Credit and Finance Technical Group of Confindustria and a member of the General Council of Confindustria since 2016. As regards the credit sector, significant experience has been gained during more than 5 years in BPER Banca S.p.A., starting in 2013 when he became a Director and a member of the Executive Committee. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of BPER Banca S.p.A. Other positions currently held include: Chairman of Ing. Ferrari S.p.A. Alessandro Vandelli

Dr. Alessandro Vandelli is an Chief Executive Officer and Director of BPER Banca S.p.A. since April 16, 2014. He graduated with honours in Economics and Business Studies from Modena University in 1984. He subsequently attended various management training courses. He has collaborated with business associations in the publication of various research papers and has lectured at universities. He has been employed by the Bank since 1984 where he has, over the years, held numerous top management positions: in 1992 he was Head of Budgetary Analysis in the Loans Department; after gaining experience in the branch network, in 1996 he was called upon to start up the Corporate Finance unit; in 2005 he was Head of the Equity Investments and Special Projects Function; in 2007 he took on the role of Central Manager with responsibility for the Group Strategy and Management Department; in 2008 he was appointed Deputy General Manager; in 2010 he moved to Banco di Sardegna where he served as General Manager. On 1 July 2012 he returned to Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna as Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer. Since 17 December 2013 he has been a Director of BPER Banca S.p.A. Since 16 April 2014 he has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of BPER Banca S.p.A. Offices currently held in the BPER Group: Director of BPER Credit Management S.C.p.A. In the BPER Group he has also held the following positions: Director of BPER Services S.C.p.A., Metelliana S.p.A., Meliorbanca S.p.A., Banca della Campania S.p.A. and Em.Ro. Popolare S.p.A. Giuseppe Capponcelli

Mr. Giuseppe Capponcelli is Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of the Company. He holds an honours degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Bologna. He started his career in IBM and continued in Olivetti with roles of increasing responsibility. He was Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the ICBPI Group (Istituto Centrale delle Banche Popolari Italiane) from July 2008 to July 2016 and General Manager of Seceti SpA (ICBPI Group) from 1999 to 2008. He has also covered the following roles: Director and Chief Executive Officer of Cartasì S.p.A.; Deputy Chairman of Hi-Mtf Sim SpA; Director of Centrosim S.p.A., Key Client Cards & Solutions S.p.A. and CIM Italia S.p.A.; Chief Executive Officer of Multitel S.p.A. and Equens Italia S.p.A.; member of the Supervisory Board and of the Auditing and Accounting Committee of Equens SE; member of the Board of Directors of VISA Europe; member of the Management Committee of CIPA (Bank of Italy’s Interbank Automation Committee); member of the Executive Committee of Gruppo Swift Italia; member of the Technical Committee for the Payment Services of ABI (Italian Banking Association) and of the Executive Committee of the Patti Chiari Consortium. He currently holds the position of Deputy Chairman of BPER Banca S.p.A. He is Deputy Chairman and a member of the Strategic Committee of Nexi SpA (ex ICBPI) and serves on the Board of Directors of Oasi S.p.A. (Nexi Group) and Unione Fiduciaria S.p.A. He is furthermore advisor to the investment firms: Advent International, Bain Capital and Clessidra.

Fabrizio Togni

Mr. Fabrizio Togni is as General Manager of BPER Banca S.p.A. since January 1, 2013. He has been employed by the bank since September 1976 when it was called Banca Popolare di Modena. He developed his career becoming Branch Manager of Agenzia 1 in Reggio Emilia, Manager of the Verona Headquarters, Branch Manager of Agenzia 3 in Modena and then a Bper sales sector specialist in charge of the Carpi Area.. He served as Deputy General Manager of Banca Popolare di Salerno (later merged into Banca della Campania) from 1999 to 2000 and then as General Manager until January 2002. In 2002 he served as Head of the Credit Department of Banco di Sardegna and from January 2003 to April 2004 as Head of its Corporate Affairs Department. He is currently General Manager of BPER Banca S.p.A. He currently holds the following positions in the BPER Group: Deputy Chiarman of Banca di Sassari S.p.A. and Director of BPER Credit Management S.C.p.A. Within the BPER Group he has held the following positions: Deputy General Manager of Banca di Sassari from May 2004 and subsequently its General Manager until March 2008; General Manager of CRV Cassa di Risparmio di Vignola S.p.A. from 1 April 2008 to 31 July 2010; General Manager of Banca Popolare di Ravenna from 1 August 2010 to 31 December 2011; Deputy General Manager of BPER from 1 January 2012 to 1 January 2013; Chairman of the Board of Directors of BPER Services S.C.p.A.; Director and Member of the Executive Committees of Banco di Sardegna S.p.A.; Director of Banca Popolare di Ravenna S.p.A., Sardaleasing S.p.A. and Presticinque S.p.A. Gian Venturini

Dr. Gian Enrico Venturini serves as an Vice General Manager, Secretary to the Board of Directors of BPER BANCA S.P.A. After a short period of apprenticeship in legal firms, he joined Banca Popolare di Cesena, where he became attorney-in-fact responsible for legal affairs. He moved to Modena in 1996, when Banca Popolare di Cesena was merged into Banca Popolare dell’Emilia (renamed BPER). He held roles of increasing responsibility: first of all as Head of the Legal Affair Department, then of the General Secretary’s Office and, since January 2009, of the General Affairs Department. In November 2010 he became General Secretary and Secretary of the Board of Directors in compliance with art. 35 of the current Articles of Association. Since 1st April 2014 he has been Vice General Manager of BPER. Positions held in the BPER Group: Vice Chairman of BPER Bank Luxembourg S.A.; Director of Modena Terminal S.r.l. and BPER Credit Management S.C.p.A. In the BPER Group he has been Director of CARISPQ – Cassa di Risparmio della Provincia dell’Aquila, of Banca della Campania S.p.A., Mutina S.r.l., Nettuno Gestione Crediti S.p.A., Nadia S.p.A. and EM.RO. Finance Ireland Limited. He is a Board Member of Ospedale di Sassuolo S.p.A. He has been a Board Member of Atrikè S.p.A. Claudio Battistella

Dr. Claudio Battistella is an Deputy General Manager of BPER BANCA S.P.A. since January 1, 2016. He graduated in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Turin and holds a Master’s degree in Management Banking from INSEAD, Fontainebleau. He began his career in Arthur Andersen in 1980. Subsequently he moved to Interbanca, a medium and long-term credit institution where he held several roles of increasing responsibility, both in the Credit Department and in the Equity Research Department. At the end of 1987 he joined the then Istituto Bancario San Paolo di Torino to set up the Equity Research Department, dedicated to equity markets analysis. Subsequently he was appointed Head of Strategic Bank Holdings. In 1999 he was appointed Head of Credit Control and then Head of Critical Positions. In 2010 Claudio Battistella was appointed Head of the Non-Performing Loans Department of Intesa San Paolo (and previously Head of the Non-Performing Loans Function). He is currently Professor of Financial Reorganizations and Distress Value Investing at the Bocconi University, Milan, and Professor of Company Crisis and Restructuring at LUM – Jean Monnet University, Bari. In 2015 he joined the BPER Group as Chief Lending Officer – Head of the Group Loans. Since 1 January 2016 he is Deputy General Manager of BPER Banca. Since April 2015 he is a Director of Cassa di Risparmio di Saluzzo S.p.A.; since April 2018 he is a Director of Cassa di Risparmio di Bra S.p.A. In the past he has held similar roles related to his previous positions.

Pierpio Cerfogli

Dr. Pierpio Cerfogli is an Deputy General Manager at BPER Banca S.p.A. since December 17, 2013. In September 1981 he joined Banca Popolare di Modena. In September 2004 he was appointed Sales Director of BPER, Vice Central Manager in April 2008, Central Manager in April 2010 and has been Group Sales Director of the BPER Group since December 2012. Since 1 April 2014 he has been Vice General Manager of BPER. He currently holds the following positions in the BPER Group: Director of Emil-Ro Factor S.p.A.. He has been Vice Deputy Vice General Manager (January 2013) and then General Manager of Banca della Campania S.p.A. (until March 2014); Director of Cassa di Risparmio di Bra S.p.A. (May 2008 - May 2012), of Meliorbanca Private S.p.A. (September 2009 - February 2011), of Cassa di Risparmio della Provincia dell’Aquila S.p.A. (April 2011 - February 2013), of Banca di Sassari S.p.A. (April 2012 - January 2013). He is currently a Member of the Board of Directors of Arca Assicurazioni S.p.A. and Arca Vita S.p.A. Eugenio Garavini

Dr. Eugenio Garavini is an Deputy General Manager at BPER Banca S.p.A. He graduated in Economics from the Modena University in 1982. He was employed by Banca Popolare di Modena in February 1978. From November 1982 to November 1984 he was given leave of absence to participate in international co-operation projects for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Central African Republic. In December 1984 he resumed his duties in various operating units of the Bank’s sales network. From July 1995 to June 1997 he was Head of the Business Affairs Department at Banca Popolare del Materano while this Bank was in the process of joining the BPER Group. From July 1997 to January 2000 he returned to the parent company first serving as sector specialist in the Sales Department, then as Head of Human Resources. From October 2003 to September 2004 he was Head of the Consumer Division project at Banca di Sassari further to which he was General Manager of Eurobanca del Trentino S.p.A. until December 2007. He was appointed Central Manager and served as Head of Operations of BPER from January 2008 to December 2010. He was appointed Central Manager for the Strategies and Group Management Department of BPER in January 2011 and Vice General Manager of BPER on 10 November 2011. Currently he is Vice General Manager - Chief Operating Officer of BPER Banca S.p.A. He currently holds the following positions in the BPER Group: Deputy Chairman of Sardaleasing S.p.A., Director of BPER Services S.c.pa., Banca di Sassari S.p.A., Nadia S.p.A. and Modena Terminal S.r.l. From February 2000 to September 2003, he was Vice General Manager of Banca Popolare del Materano. From April 2011 to December 2012 he was a Member of the Board of Directors of Banca della Campania S.p.A. From May 2012 to March 2015 he was a Member of the Board of Directors of Tholos S.p.A.. From September 2014 December 2018 he was Chairman of Galilei Immobiliare S.r.l.

Riccardo Barbieri

Dr. Riccardo Barbieri is Director of the Company. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from Cagliari University. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a registered Auditor. He works in the corporate finance field and is specialized in co-operative entities. He is General Manager of Fidicoop Sardegna scpa and has been involved for twenty years with the guarantees system and in particular with Confidi (credit guarantee organizations), as a member of the Technical Committee of Assoconfidi. He is currently Chairman of Sfirs SpA, a finance company of the Sardinia Region, and is a member of Anfir (National association of regional finance companies) where he co-ordinates the work group on corporate finance dedicated to innovative financial instruments for small and medium-sized companies. He has held the position of Director and, subsequently, Deputy Chairman of Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Cagliari. More recently he has been a Director and member of the Control and Risk Committee of Banco di Sardegna SpA (BPER Group). He is currently a Director and member of the Executive Committee of BPER Banca S.p.A.

Massimo Belcredi

Prof. Massimo Belcredi is Independent Director of the Company. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from Università Cattolica del S. Cuore, Milan and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is a full professor of Corporate Finance at Università Cattolica del S. Cuore, Milan. He is the author of works on company crises, corporate governance, the economic analysis of company law and financial markets and has been a speaker at national and international scientific conferences and at seminars promoted by national and international supervisory authorities (including the Bank of Italy, Consob, Esma). He has also lectured at the Piacenza campus of Università Cattolica, at Università della Svizzera Italiana and at Bologna University. He currently holds the position of Director of BPER Banca S.p.A. He is also Chairman of the Nominations Committee of the Bank. He is currently Chairman and Member of the Control and Risk Committee of Erg S.p.A. He has previously held the following positions: Director and Member of the Control and Risk Committee and of the Committe for Transactions with Related Parties of Gedi S.p.A, from 2015 to 2018; Director and Chairman of the Internal Control Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee of Arca SGR S.p.A. from 2002 to 2014; Director and member of the Internal Control Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Supervisory Body ex Legislative Decree no. 231/01 of Banca Italease S.p.A. from 2007 to 2009; Chairman of the Control and Risk Committee of Erg S.p.A. from 2015 to 2018; Director of Pirelli Tyre S.p.A. in 2006.

Mara Bernardini

Dr. Mara Bernardini is an Independent Director at BPER Banca S.p.A. from April 12, 2014. She holds an honours degree in Law from Modena University. She is currently a Director of BPER Banca S.p.A. She is also Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a Member of the Nominations Committee of the Bank. She is Sole Director of Way S.a.s. di Mara Bernardini & C. providing consultancy and assitance in relation to matters pertaining to public transport, local public services, urban renewal, redevelopment of assets, complex urban development programmes, social housing, real estate funds and ethical funds, land federalism, business organization, processes for the planning and assessment of human resources. She is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atrikè S.p.A. Luciano Camagni

Dr. Luciano Filippo Camagni is Independent Director of the Company. He holds a degree in Business Economics from Bocconi University, Milan. He is a Manager in the banking field and began his career at Banca Popolare Commercio e Industria before continuing at Banco Lariano where he covered the role of Secretary of the Board of Directors. The roles of greater responsibility were assigned at Credito Valtellinese, where he initially held the position of Head of the Business Department and Joint General Manager, as well as Deputy General Manager and then General Manager of the subsidiary Credito Artigiano in Milan. He has also been Deputy Chairman (from 1998 to 2006) and Chairman (from 2006 to 2013) of Deltas S.p.A. More recently he has also covered the position of General Manager of Banco di Desio e della Brianza, up to 2017. He is currently a Director and a member of the Executive Committee of BPER Banca S.p.A. He is also a Director of QC Terme S.r.l., of Finchimica S.p.A. and of Omnisyst S.p.A. Elisabetta Gualandri

Prof. Elisabetta Gualandri is an Independent Director of BPER Banca S.p.A. since April 14, 2018. She holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from Modena University and a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from the University College of North Wales and is a registered Auditor. She is a full Professor of Economics and Financial Intermediaries at the “Marco Biagi” Department of Economics of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, where she carries out research and consultancy for CEFIN, the Banking and Financial Research Centre and for Softech –ICT (industrial research center) of which she is Deputy Director. She is the author of numerous studies and publications on the management and regulation of financial intermediaries, including: The Italian Banking System and the Financial Crisis, written together with S. Cosma, published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2012. She currently holds the position of Director of BPER Banca S.p.A. She is also Chairman of the Control and Risk Committee and a Member of the Remuneration Committee and the Independent Directors’ Committee of the Bank. She is also currently a member of the Board of Directors of IGD SIIQ S.p.A. - Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione, ABI Servizi S.p.A., MAT3D S.r.l. and of the Technical and Scientific Committee of the Knowbel Incubator at Tecnopolo (Modena Research Center) at ‘Unione Terre dei Castelli’. She was a Statutory Auditor of the Bank of Italy from 2007 until she was co-opted onto the Board of Directors of BPER on 28 August 2012 and has been Director of Datariver S.r.l. - Spin Off of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Furthermore from 2013 to 2018 she has also been Advisor of the European Commission “Horizon 2020 Access To Risk Finance”.

Roberta Marracino

Dr. Roberta Marracino is an Independent Director of BPER BANCA S.P.A. since April 8, 2017. She holds an honours degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Trieste and a Master’s degree in International Business from the MIB School of Management, Trieste. She has several years of experience in the strategic consultancy field and in the financial sector as well as in the analysis and the assessment of risk in developed and emerging countries, in the management of strategic projects, institutional affairs, corporate reputation and business communication. Since 1° October 2018 she has been Head of Business Innovation & Market Management in Zurich Insurance with the responsibility of stimulating and guiding innovation in Italy and coordinating the activities of retail market management, market analysis and client proposition. From June 2014 to September 2018 she was Executive Director of the Studies, Communication and Education to Export Area of Sace S.p.A., reporting directly to the CEO. From 2003 to 2014 she was Head of Research and Communication for the Mediterranean Area (Italy, Turkey, Greece, Spain) of McKinsey & Company. From 2009 to 2014 she was a Director and a Member of the Executive Committee of Valore D – an Association which currently comprises approximately 150 companies with the common aim of removing barriers to the growth of female talent. From 2000 to 2002 she was Head of Strategic Analysis – Strategic Marketing Division of Banca Nazionale del Lavoro. From 1998 to 2000 she was Head of Information Center and Strategic Analysis of Gemini Consulting (Cap Gemini Group). Furthermore, previous professional experiences include: - Research and Information Manager in McKinsey & Company, from 1996 to 1998, having gained experience as a banking and financial institution Analyst from 1994 to 1996; - Marketing Specialist in Cassa di Risparmio di Gorizia S.p.A. from 1992 to 1994.

Mario Noera

Dr. Mario Noera is Independent Director of the Company. He holds an honours degree from Modena University and furthered his studies in America at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Yale. In 1982 he started his career as an economist in the Studies Office of Banca Commerciale Italiana. He has many years of experience as a manager in the banking sector, specialied in asset management. Currently he is a lecturer in Finance and Economics and in Economics of Financial Intermediaries at Bocconi University, Milan and is a business consultant. In the past he has taught Monetary Economics at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan. He is currently a Director and a Member of the Executive Committee of BPER Banca S.p.A. He has been Chairman of the Italian Association of Financial Analysts (from 2010 to 2011) and Deputy Chairman of UniCredit Private Banking (from 2009 to 2010), as well as independent Director of IWBank (from 2009 to 2012) and Unicredit Credit Management S.p.A. (from 2013 to 2015). Up to 2005 he was Head of Asset Management of Sanpaolo Wealth Management (later Eurizon S.p.A., parent holding company of all the Group’s investment management companies and insurance companies), General Manager of Sanpaolo Asset Management SGR, Chief Executive Officer of Sanpaolo Institutional Asset Management SGR and Sanpaolo Alternative Investments Sgr (later merged into Eurizon Capital SGR). Previously he had held similar roles in the Mediolanum Group where he was head of the Asset Management and Products’ Technical Development Department (from 2000 to 2001), and in the Deutsche Bank Group, where he was Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bank Fondi SGR (later DWS SGR) and of Deutsche Asset Management SGR (from 1998 to 2000).

Marisa Pappalardo

Mrs. Marisa Pappalardo is Independent Director of the Company. She holds an honours degree in Law from the University of Florence. She is a founding partner of the law firm Studio Caiazzo Donnini Pappalardo & Associati. She is specialized in company law and provides legal assistance to controlling companies and groups in relation to ownership structures and corporate governance, matters pertaining to business, finance, banking and bankruptcy. She has dealt with corporate transactions of an extraordinary nature (fusions, acquisitions, public takeover bids, privatizations). She has gained considerable experience in litigation activities before the Courts. She has been involved in arbitration proceedings both as a lawyer and an arbitrator. She is currently a Director and a Member of the Independent Directors’ Committee of BPER Banca S.p.A. She is a Director and a Member of the Committee for Transactions with Related Parties of Pirelli & C. S.p.A. She is also a Director of Finstar S.p.A.

Ornella Rita Lucia Moro

Dr. Ornella Rita Lucia Moro is Independent Director of the Company. She holds an honours degree in Economics and Business Studies from Bocconi University, Milan. She is a full Professor of Economics of Financial Intermediaries at DISEA – Department of Economics and Business Studies of Sassari University. She has been involved in various research projects financed both publicly and privately. She has collaborated with Prometeia S.p.A. in relation to the construction of databases and assessment models for listed insurance companies and to market analysis on insurance investments, as well as with Osservatorio Newfin – Bocconi University’s financial innovation center. She has been involved in the establishment of the internship office and in external guidance activities for DISEA students. She is the author of numerous publications on the management of banks and of insurance companies. She has been a speaker at international conferences. She is currently a Director and a Member of the Control and Risk Committee of BPER Banca S.p.A. She is also a Director of Sasso Blu S.r.l.

Alessandro Robin Foti

Dr. Alessandro Robin Foti is Independent Director of the Company. He holds a degree in Economic and Social Sciences from Bocconi University, Milan. After his initial experience in the the Equity Investments and Special Affairs Department of Mediobanca S.p.A. he worked in London at Lehman Brothers International (Europe) where, as Managing Diector, he was at first responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions related to the Italian market and then active in the Media & Telecommunications sector at a European level. From October 2002 to April 2007 he covered the role of Managing Director and subsequently Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of UBS Corporate Finance (Italy). From May 2007 to October 2008 he was General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Euraleo, a joint-venture between the Banca Leonardo Group and Eurrazeo, the French publicly-listed group, for private equity investments on the Italian market. Since the end of 2008 he has been an independent consultant in the financial field and co-invests in business initiatives. He is currently a Director and a Member of the Control and Risk Committee of BPER Banca S.p.A. He is also a Director of Burgo S.p.A. He has previously held the following positions: Director of Yoox-Net a Porter S.p.A. (from 2015 to 2018), of Intercos and Sirti (from 2007 to 2008); Dada S.p.A. and Camfin S.p.A. (from 2009 to 2013); Inwit S.p.A. until 2018; Deputy Chairman of Ferretti S.p.A. from mid-2009 to July 2012. From October 2011 to January 2014 he was a member of the Management Board of Banca Popolare di Milano S.c.a.r.l. and Chairman of Pro Family S.p.A., BPM group’s consumer credit company.

Rossella Schiavini

Dr. Rossella Schiavini is Independent Director of the Company. She holds an honours degree in Political Sciences from L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli University in Rome and a Master’s degree in Science of Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has extensive professional experience in the Italian and international banking and financial sectors, which started in Banca Commerciale Italiana and which continued in Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and, then, in Rabobank, where she became the first country manager for Italy, and subsequently, head of the Corporate Division for Europe. She provides consultancy to corporates on business strategy, governance and risk management. She is currently a Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee of BPER Banca S.p.A. She is also an independent Director and a Member of the Control and Risk Committee of Marr S.p.A.

Valeria Venturelli

Prof. Valeria Venturelli is as Independent Director of BPER BANCA S.P.A. She holds an honours degree in Business Economics from Modena University, continued her studies in Economics and Finance at Universitat Pompeu Fabra di Barcellona (Spain) and obtained a PhD in "Markets and Financial Intermediaries”, at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. She is an associate Professor of Economics of Financial Intermediaries at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, with a national scientific qualification to act as a full professor in Italian universities and teaches Securities Markets Economics (three-year degree course in Business Economics) and Financial Management – Advanced Bank Management Module (master’s degree in Financial Management and Analysis Consulting- ACGF) at the "Marco Biagi" Department of Economics of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia . Within her educational activities she also lectures in specialist master’s courses. Her research activities are focused on the study of intermediaries and financial instruments through individual research and with the participation and co-operation of research groups and centers. The main research topics of her numerous publications and participations in national and international conferences are: business banking models, morphology of financial systems, the relationship between the development of the financial system and economic growth, financing of SMEs and innovative start-ups. Currently she works at the Marco Biagi Department of Economics, the CEFIN Banking and Finance Research Centre and the Softech-ICT inter-departmental industrial research center. Since August 2013 she has been a member of the Academic Board of the International Graduate School in Labour Relations, promoted by the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
