Name Description

Leif Johansson

Mr. Leif Johansson no longer serves as Independent Chairman of the Board of Ericsson effective as of March 28, 2018. He has held the position since April 13, 2011. He has served as Member of the Company's Nomination Committee and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Finance Committee. He is also Board Chairman of AstraZeneca PLC. He is Board Member at Autoliv, Inc., The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and Ecolean AB. His principal work experience includes positions such as President and Chief Executive Officer of AB Volvo (1997-2011); Executive Vice President of AB Electrolux (1988-1991); President (1991-1994) and President and CEO of AB Electrolux (1994-1997), President of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences since 2012. He has been Member of the European Round Table of Industrialists since 2002, and served as its Chairman (2009-2014). He has been Chairman of the International Advisory Board of the Nobel Foundation. He holds honorary Doctorates at Blekinge Institute of Technology and the University of Gothenburg and Chalmers University of Technology. He was awarded the Large Gold Medal of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences in 2011. He also holds Master of Science degree in Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology (Chalmers Tekniska Hogskola).

Borje Ekholm

Mr. Borje E. Ekholm has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Ericsson effective as of January 16, 2017. He has also been Director of the Company since 2006. He was Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. Helena Stjernholm

Ms. Helena Stjernholm has been Deputy Chairman of the Board at Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson since April 13, 2016. She holds Master of Science in Business Administration, Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden. She serves as Board Member of AB Industrivarden, AB Volvo and Sandvik AB. Ms. Helena Norrman has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and Head of Group Function Marketing and Communications at Ericsson since November 1, 2014. Before that, she has been Senior Vice President, Chief Communications Officer and Head of Group Function Communications since May 23, 2011. Nina Macpherson

Ms. Elaine Weidman-Grunewald has been Senior Vice President, Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of Group Function Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility at Ericsson since July 1, 2016. She holds double Master’s degree in Resource and Environmental Management and International Relations, Boston University Center for Energy and Environmental Studies in the United States. Her previous positions were with Yodlee.com, Amazon.com, British Sky Broadcasting Group and Merrill Lynch.

Ms. Kristin Skogen Lund no longer serves as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Ericsson effective as of March 28, 2018. She has held the position since April 9, 2013. She has been Member of the Company Audit Committee.
