Name Description

Matthew Banks

Mr. Matthew Banks is Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. He is a Senior Managing Director of Macquarie Group and is Executive Chairman of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets Real Estate. As the Executive Chairman of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets Real Estate, Mr. Banks provides input and oversight to the global team that manages real estate funds, associated investments and active real estate projects across Australia, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Mr. Mk. Banks most recently led the Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets acquisition of GLL Real Estate Partners in 2018. Mr. Mk. Banks sits on the Boards of FIBRA Macquarie Mexico, Macquarie Real Estate Equity Funds, Macquarie China Retail Company, and GLL and is also a member of the Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets Australian Executive Committee. Mr. Mk. Banks joined Macquarie's Real Estate Group in November 2001 and has led several business divisions during a period of global expansion. Previously, Mr. Banks was Chief Executive Officer for the Real Estate Investment Business in the United States, Asia and Australia of Lend Lease Corporation. Mr. Mk. Banks holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) from Melbourne University.

Juan Monroy

Mr. Juan Monroy is Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Monroy is a former director of acquisitions at Acadia Realty Trust, a real estate investment trust focused on the ownership, acquisition, development and management of real estate properties. Previously, Mr. Monroy was vice president of international operations at Loews Cineplex Entertainment. Mr. Monroy has also served as a private equity professional at Onex Investment Corp. Both at Onex Investment Corp. and Loews Cineplex Entertainment, Mr. Monroy was involved in several mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions in North America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Monroy received his BA in Business and Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) where he graduated with honors. He received his MBA from NYU Stern Business School and completed the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School. Mr. Monroy has also served as a Professor at ITESM.

Simon Hanna

Mr. Simon Hanna is Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Hanna has served as the chief financial officer of FIBRA Macquarie since July 2013. Prior to this appointment, he was the chief financial officer of the Macquarie Russia & CIS Infrastructure Fund since March 2010. Before that, he was served as head of the Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund Finance operations in London from 2004 to 2010. Mr. Hanna joined Macquarie Group in its Sydney office in 1999, where he supported the Corporate Asset Finance division, a business focusing on leasing and lending activities. Mr. Hanna holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Australia).

Roman Ajzen

Mr. Roman Akhzen is General Counsel, Secretary of the Company. Mr. Ajzen is the legal director for Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets’ Mexican funds. Mr. Ajzen joined Macquarie Group in 2015 and has served as legal director of FIBRA Macquarie since 2016. Mr. Ajzen is a lawyer with 10 years’ experience across a broad spectrum of Latin American capital markets and financing transactions; infrastructure, real estate and private equity fund establishment and governance; and local and cross-border merger and acquisition activity. Prior to joining Macquarie, Mr. Ajzen was an Associate with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York and London. Mr. Ajzen earned his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Stanford University and Stanford Law School, respectively.

Jonathan Davis Arzac

Mr. Jonathan Davis Arzac is Director of the Company. Mr. Davis is the CEO of the Macquarie Mexican Infrastructure Fund. Mr. Davis has extensive experience that, together with his multiple relationships with various public and private sector companies in Mexico, contribute to better obtaining investment opportunities. Mr. Davis joined Macquarie in 2009. He previously worked at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) as Executive Director of Mexico and the Dominican Republic, as President of the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) and as Treasurer of Mexico in the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit. Mr. Davis is also a board member of the Actinver Group, and was assigned as a finance expert to serve on Vitro's audit committee. Mr. Davis earned his bachelor's degree in economics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where he graduated with honors, and earned his master's degree in Development Economics from the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom.

Nick O'Neil

Mr. Nick O'Neil is Director of the Company. Mr. O'Neil currently serves as Commercial General Manager at Macquarie Infrastructure Company. Prior to obtaining this position, Mr. O'Neil led the Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets business in Mexico as well as the expansion in Latin America of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets in infrastructure and real estate assets. He led the establishment of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets's first Latin American fund called the Macquarie Mexican Infrastructure Fund in 2009 and the establishment of our fund, one of the first Fibres in Mexico, in 2012. Mr. O'Neil is a board member of several companies at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets. Through this and other previous positions, he has extensive experience in managing alternate asset funds, including constitution, investment, and asset management. Mr. O'Neil received his bachelor's degree in Arts and his bachelor's degree in Law from Bond University in Australia.

Luis Alberto Aziz

Mr. Luis Alberto Aziz is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Aziz is a founding partner of Aziz & Kaye Abogados, S.C. and was a founding partner of SAI Derecho & Economía, a company in which he stayed for 19 years. During this time, he worked on advising Mexican and multinational companies on the design and negotiation of various business transactions. He was also part of the legal team during the negotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement and founded the Mexico Arbitration Center (CAM). His areas of expertise are: Fu if ones and Acquisitions, Economic Competition, and Corporate Law. Throughout his career he has developed extensive experience in corporate law, including corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. In terms of Economic Competition, it has advised leading companies in the notification of mergers at global and national level, and in the defense of companies subject to investigation for alleged antitrust practices in various sectors. He graduated with honors from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and obtained his Master's degree in International Law and European Community Law from the University of Georgetown and the College d'Europe, respectively. He currently teaches courses on Economic Competition at various universities in Mexico, and is part of the boards of directors of several national and foreign companies. Luis Alberto has been recognized by the Chambers Magazine, Legal500 and Latin Lawyers as one of the best lawyers in the field of Economic Competition and Arbitration in Mexico.

Michael Brennan

Mr. Michael Brennan is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Brennan is Co-Founder, President and CEO of Brennan Investment Group, a private investment company with nearly $3.0 billion in industrial real estate assets. Mr. Brennan has orchestrated more than $14.0 billion in industrial real estate transactions throughout his 33 years of career. Prior to forming the Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Brennan co-founded the First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR) in 1994, and served as Chairman, CEO and Board member until the end of 2008. Prior to co-founding First Industrial, Mr. Brennan was President and Partner of The Shidler Group, a prominent national real estate firm specializing in value-added real estate transactions. He is a founding investor and current board member of Pacific Office Properties (AMEX: PCE), an office REIT that owns institutional quality properties in Honolulu, California, and Arizona. He began his career in industrial real estate in 1984, as an Investment Specialist at CB Commercial. Mr. Brennan obtained his bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 1979. Mr. Brennan currently serves as Executive Director of the James A. Graaskamp of the University of Wisconsin, a program that is constantly ranked among the best real estate programs in the world.

Alvaro De Garay

Dr. Alvaro de Garay is Independent Director of the Company Dr. de Garay has held executive positions in several Mexican companies, such as: Regional Director of Risk Management and Compliance at Citigroup's Asset Management Division, Latin America; Executive Director of Credit Analysis and Strategic Planning at Grupo Financiero GBM-Atlántico; Deputy Director of Economic Studies at Citibank México and Planning Director of Telefones de México. Mr. De Garay currently serves as an Independent Credit Risk Advisor for Nexxus Mezzanine Fund of Nexxus Capital in Mexico City. Dr. de Garay is a former independent board member of the Royal Bank of Scotland (Mexico) and an independent board member of HJB Chemistry International. Dr. de Garay was Academic Director of EGADE Business School, the business school of the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico City. Dr. de Garay specializes in the areas of economics, corporate governance and risk management and holds a PhD in Regional Development from the University of Aston in Birmingham, UK.

Jaime de la Garza

Mr. Jaime de la Garza is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. de la Garza was President and CEO of Corporate Properties of the Americas (CPA). Prior to serving as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. De la Garza served as Chief Financial Officer of CPA. During its management, from 2003 to 2015, CPA grew from two million square feet of ABA to 33 million square feet of ABA, becoming one of the largest industrial real estate owners in Mexico. During this period, CPA raised over $1.5 billion in funding and managed $1 billion in capital commitments. Mr. De la Garza's extensive experience, before participating in CPA, includes: Chief Financial Officer for Latin America with International Water Ltd., Investment Officer for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Operations Manager with Schlumberger. He has also served as an Independent Consultant for institutions such as the North American Development Bank, Hewlett Packard and Alterra Partners, and is currently a member of various corporate boards. Mr. de la Garza holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering with Honors from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from INSEAD.

Juan Antonio Salazar

Mr. Juan Antonio Salazar is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Salazar worked in Ford Mexico for 35 years, his last position being Vice President of Finance and Government Affairs. His experience at Ford includes his performance as member of Ford Motor Company's Executive Group, Vice President of Ford Mexico's Board of Directors as well as Ford Mexico's representative on the Board of Directors of twelve companies, including subsidiaries of Alfa, Visa, Vitro, Nafinsa, Visteon and New Holland. Mr. Salazar has extensive international experience in NAFTA countries, as well as in Latin America and Asia Pacific regions. He played a key leadership role in the development of automotive policy and in free trade agreements for the automotive industry with NAFTA countries and with the European Union. He was a member, representative and leader of the Mexican Association of the Automotive Industry. Since his retirement, Mr. Salazar has been an advisor to several companies including Ford Mexico, Pilgrim's Pride in Mexico, Metalsa, Empresas Elsa and Cummins of Mexico. Mr. Salazar holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of St. Mary from San Antonio, Texas and completed postgraduate studies at Harvard Business School.
