Name Description

Charalampos David

Mr. Charalampos (Harry) Georgios David has been Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Frigoglass SA since November 2006. He previously served as Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 1999. Mr. David is Chairman of the Investment Committee and Member of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee. His career began as a certified investment advisor with Credit Suisse in New York. He then served in several executive positions within Leventis Group Companies in Nigeria and Europe. He holds a position on the Boards of A.G. Leventis (Nigeria) PLC, the Nigerian Bottling Company PLC, Cummins West Africa, Beta Glass (Nigeria) PLC, Ideal Group and Emporiki Bank (Credit Agricole). He is also a member of the General Council of the Greek Industries Federation (S??), member of the board of the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (IOBE), member of the board of the Hellenic-African chamber of commerce and development, as well as a member of the Organizing Committee of the Athens Classic Marathon. He has served on the boards, of Alpha Finance and Hellenic Public Power Corporation.

Ioannis Androutsopoulos

Mr. Ioannis K. Androutsopoulos is Non-Executive Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Frigoglass SA. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in July 1996. Mr. Androutsopoulos is also Chairman of the Audit Committee. His career in the bottling and manufacturing sectors has included positions as Technical Manager of the Hellenic Bottling Company (1969-1985), General Manager of the Industrial Division of the 3E Company of companies (1986-1994), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Frigorex (1995), member of the Board of Directors of 3E Company (1995) and Managing Director of Frigoglass Company (1996-2001). He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Rheinisch Westfaelische Technische Hochschule, where he also completed additional studies in Economics.

Mr. Arvinder Singh Pental has been Director BU ICM Asia at Frigoglass S.A. since February 2014. He first joined Frigoglass in 2006 as Region Operations Manager. He has more than 23 years of senior management experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry. Prior to joining Frigoglass, he was General Manager/Operations at Bharti Airtel Limited. Before that, he spent 13 years with Carrier Corporation, where he held senior management positions in several of Carrier's business segments in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration. He holds a Bachelor in Engineering from the Guru Nanak Engineering College, India.

Alberto Tureikis

Mr. Alberto Tureikis was appointed Chief Technical Officer of Frigoglass SA in October 2012. He joined Frigoglass in September 2011 as Engineering and Planning Director. Before joining Frigoglass, he was Operations Vice-President of REC Group in Singapore. Previously, he spent 14 years with Tetrapak, holding various senior management positions. His last posting was SSEA & NEAO Supply Chain Cluster Director. Prior he spent 13 years with Pirelli Group in different countries and a variety of roles up to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) manager. He holds an MBA in Production Management from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and is a graduate from School of Chemical Engineering, Universidade Estatual de Campinas, Brazil.

Panagiotis Giannopoulos

Mr. Panagiotis (Panos) Giannopoulos was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Frigoglass SA in October 2012. In April 2011 he assumed the position of Frigoserve, Consumer Appliances & New Business Director of Figoglass SA. Since 2006 he has held the position of Sales Director and in 2008 was appointed ICM Marketing Director. Before joining Frigoglass as Nigeria Operations Director in 2004 he spent 15 years with Procter and Gamble, holding various marketing positions in Greece, Ukraine and Egypt. His last posting was Country Manager for West and East Africa. Panagiotis holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from California State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Torsten Tuerling

Mr. Torsten Tuerling is Managing Director, Executive Member of the Board of Frigoglass SA since May 2, 2012. He is a Member of the Investment Committee. He has 18 years of senior management experience in businesses operating across international markets, including more than 12 years of directly relevant experience in commercial refrigeration. Prior to joining Frigoglass, Mr. Tuerling was Chairman and CEO of Franke Kitchen Systems Group. Mr Tuerling holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Saarbrucken in Germany and a Master of Science in Management from Ecole de Management de Lyon in France.

Manolis Souliotis

Mr. Manolis Souliotis has been Group Human Resources Director at Frigoglass S.A. since July 2014. He joined Frigoglass in November 2003 as Human Resources Manager for the Romanian operations. He has more than 18 years of experience in human resources positions within different countries and operations. Before joining Frigoglass he worked in AB Vassilopoulos, Human Resources department in various functions such as recruitment, staff training and employee benefits. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Sunderland.

Ioannis Stamatakos

Tom Aas

Mr. Tom Aas was appointed Executive Director ICM Asia and Africa at Frigoglass SA in October 2012. Since September 2010 he held the position of ICM Chief Operating Officer. He joined Frigoglass in 2001 as Regional Director. Since 2006 he held the position of ICM Manufacturing Director and in 2008 he was appointed ICM Sales Director. Before joining Frigoglass he was Operations Director at Kidde Scandinavia. In the past 22 years he has held various engineering and operational positions in the paper, glass and fire-fighting equipment industries. He holds a degree in Engineering and a M.Sc. in Electrical and Industrial Engineering from NTNU, Trondheim.

Pierre Boyer

Mr. Pierre Boyer joined Frigoglass SA in October 2012 as Executive Director ICM Europe and North America. He has more than 20 years of senior management experience in industrial and distribution companies. Prior to joining Frigoglass, he was Senior Vice-President WEMEA at Konecranes. Before that, he was 11 years at Carrier Corporation, a subsidiary of United Technologies, where he held senior management positions in several of Carrier's businesses in commercial, industrial and transport refrigeration. He is a graduate of Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Paris.

Dimitrios Mpostanis

Mr. Dimitrios Mpostanis was appointed Chief Supply Chain Director of Frigoglass SA in September 2010. He joined Frigoglass in March 2008 as Supply Chain Director. He started his career in the chemicals industry with TOSOH Hellas, where he worked for more than 20 years holding management positions in Production, Quality, Customer Service and Supply Chain. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Paschalis Papagiannidis

Mr. Paschalis Papagiannidis has been Quality & Engineering Director at Frigoglass S.A. since January 2013. He joined Frigoglass in 1997, in the Product Development department, which he led until 2005. He has also held several senior leadership positions in product management, manufacturing engineering, quality and product integrity. He started his career in the air-conditioning industry working with Klimatair S.A. as Chief Application Engineer for the business units of central installations and VRV systems. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Patras and a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University of St. Louis, Missouri.

Anna Tsoga

Ms. Anna Tsoga has been Director of Innovation and Strategic Product Range Management at Frigoglass S.A. since June 2014. She started her professional career in the manufacturing industry and joined Frigoglass in 2003 as Technical Manager in Ireland, after which she assumed the position of Plant Manager of the Romania operation. She holds a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a Ph.D. on Materials Science from the Polytechnic School of Patras as well as an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Gerasimos Varvias

Mr. Gerasimos Varvias was appointed Executive Director BU Africa & Middle East at Frigoglass SA in April 2011. He joined Frigoglass in May 2006 as Commercial Director of Beta Glass and in 2008 was appointed Nigerian Operations Director. He started his career in Sales and held various positions, including those of Sales Manager and Commercial Manager. He holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of East London and an MBA from the ALBA Business School.

Loukas Komis

Mr. Loukas D. Komis has served as Secretary and Non Executive Director of Frigoglass SA since July 1996. Currently, he is also Chairman of Board of IDEAL GROUP SA, Chairman of the Board of Hellenic Recovery Recycling Corporation (HE.R.R.Co), Vice-Chairman of the Federation of Hellenic Food Industries (SEVT) and Member of the Board of LARGO Limited (LARGO). In his career, in the electrical appliances manufacturing sector, he has held top management positions with IZOLA SA and the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company SA (CCHBC), where he also served as an Executive Board Member and remains an Advisor to the Chairman. He holds degrees from Athens University (BSc Physics), the University of Ottawa (MSc Electrical Engineering) and McMaster University, Ontario (MBA). Mr. Komis is a Member of the Audit and Investments Committees as well as Chairman of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee.

Doros Constantinou

Mr. Doros G. Konstantinou was appointed Non-Executive Director of Frigoglass SA on May 29, 2012. He previously served as Executive Director of Frigoglass SA since October 21, 2011. He graduated from the University of Piraeus in 1974 and holds a degree in Business Administration. Mr. Konstantinou started his career in auditing with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked for 10 years. In 1985, Mr. Konstantinou joined the Hellenic Bottling Company, where he held several senior financial positions. In 1996, he was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer and remained in that position until August 2000. He was a key member of the management team that led the merger of Hellenic Bottling Company and Coca-Cola Beverages. In 2001, Mr. Konstantinou became Chief Executive Officer of Frigoglass until August 2003 when he moved to Coca-Cola Hellenic as Chief Executive Officer until his departure in July 2011.

Georgios-Pavlos Leventis

Mr. Georgios-Pavlos Konstantinos Leventis has been Non-Executive Director of Frigoglass S.A. since April 23, 2014. Mr. Leventis has previously worked in the fund management business as an equities analyst and more recently in private equity. He graduated with a degree in Modern History from Oxford University and holds a postgraduate Law degree from City University. He is an Investment Management Certificate holder.

Vassilios Fourlis

Mr. Vasileios Stylianos Fourlis has been Non-Executive Independent Director of Frigoglass SA since October 2002. He is the Chairman of Fourlis Holdings SA. Also serves on the Board of Directors of Piraeus Bank SA, of the Hellenic Organization of Telecommunications SA , the House Market S.A. (IKEA) and that of Cement Titan SA. He is a member of the Board of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises and that of the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council. He holds a degree in Economics for the College of Wooster (1983), a Master’s Degree in Economic Development and Regional Planning from the University of California/Berkeley (1985) and a Master’s Degree in International Business from Boston University/Brussels. In 2004 he was awarded the KOUROS entrepreneurship prize by the President of the Hellenic Republic.

Evangelos Kalousis

Mr. Evangelos I. Kalousis has served as Non-Executive Independent Director of Frigoglass SA since June 2006. He is Chairman of Nestle Hellas. He is also Chairman of the Federation of Hellenic Food Industries and member of the Board of Directors of Alpha Bank. During his professional career he assumed top management positions at the Nestle Headquarters in Switzerland, France, Nigeria and South Africa. He holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne and an MBA from Universite de Lausanne. He is also a graduate from IMD.

Alexandra Papalexopoulou

Ms. Alexandra Papalexopoulou has served as Non-Executive Independent Director of Frigoglass SA since April 2003. She is Strategic Planning Director of the Titan Cement Group and serves on the Board of Directors of Titan Cement SA and of the Pavlos and Alexandra Kanelopoullou Foundation. She is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Greece. Her professional career has included positions with the OECD (analyst) and Booz Allen Hamilton. She holds a BA degree in Economics from Swarthmore College and an MBA from INSEAD.
