Name Description

Hans Albrecht

Dr. Hans Holger Albrecht has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Scout24 AG since 2018. He is Chairman of the Executive Committee and Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. He studied German law at the University of Freiburg and completed his studies with the law degree. In addition to that, he holds a Ph.D. in Law of the University of Bochum, Germany. started his career in 1991 at RTL Group as a director, where he was in charge of new development and business in Germany and Eastern Europe. Between 1998 and 2000, he served as a President & CEO of broadcasting company Viasat A.B., Stockholm. He was responsible for merging Modern Times Group’s free TV and pay TV asset into one company. As of 2000, he was President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Modern Times Group, Stockholm & London, being in charge of one of Europe’s larger media groups with TV, Radio, Publishing, Production and New Media assets. In 2012, Dr. Albrecht became President and CEO of Millicom International, London & Miami, a digital lifestyle company offering mobile, cable, DTH, Television and digital services in Africa and Latin America. Dr. Albrecht took up his current position in 2015 and joined Deezer S.A., Paris and London, as CEO and Member of the Board. He is Non-Executive Director at the Board of Directors of AINMT Holdings A.B.

Tobias Hartmann

Mr. Tobias Hartmann has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Scout24 AG effective as of November 19, 2018. He has more than two decades of international management experience in launching, developing and growing consumer product and platform solutions businesses. He has worked for both privately held and publicly listed companies in Europe and the United States. Currently, he is Member of the Executive Management Board and President US at HelloFresh SE, a meal kit company. Previously, Mr. Hartmann was President of Radial Inc., a multi-national provider of Omni-Channel eCommerce solutions formerly part of eBay Inc. He was also Member of the Executive Management Team at Loyalty Partner GmbH to launch "Payback".

Dirk Schmelzer

Dr. Dirk Schmelzer has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Management Board of the Company with effect from June 18, 2019. Dr. Dirk Schmelzer was CFO of the NuCom Group, a subsidiary of ProSiebenSat.1 and Private Equity Investor General Atlantic. For more than six years prior to that, he was CFO of the public listed company Tomorrow Focus AG and its spin-off company HolidayCheck Group AG, which operates the largest German hotel rating portal. Prior to this, he was CFO in the telecommunications industry, namely at Telefónica Deutschland GmbH and HanseNet GmbH. With a doctorate in political economy, he began his professional career in 1997 as a controller, and later in various management positions within the finance sector at the predecessor companies of Telefónica O2 (Germany). In his role as CFO of Scout24, Schmelzer will be responsible for the areas of finance, treasury, tax, controlling, procurement & facilities, and investor relations.

Peter Schwarzenbauer

Mr. Peter Schwarzenbauer has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Scout24 AG since June 8, 2017. He is Member of the Executive Committee at the Company. He studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences Munich (Diploma in business administration). From 1994 until 2008 he held various positions at the Porsche Group, serving amongst others as Managing Director of Porsche Iberica S.A. for 6 years and President and Chief Executive Officer of Porsche Cars North America Inc. for 5 years. Between 2008 and 2012, he was a Member of the Management Board of Audi AG. In 2012, Mr. Schwarzenbauer became a Member of the Board of Management of BMW AG, currently responsible for MINI, Rolls-Royce, BMW Motorrad, Customer Engagement and Digital Business Innovation BMW Group. Mr. Schwarzenbauer has more than 30 years of management experience in the automotive sector. He has served at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Limited, Chichester as Member of the Board of Directors.

Ciara Smyth

Ms. Ciara Smyth has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Scout24 AG since 2018. She is Member of the Executive Committee at the Company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History from University College Dublin, Ireland. She also holds a Master of Arts in Continental Philosophy from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom, and she studied international relations at the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University in the United States. Between 1999 and 2011 Ms. Smyth worked in various Human Resources leadership positions at Riverdeep Group, an education technology disrupter, and – following a number of complex mergers – for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Company where her role was Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). From 2012 to 2013 she served as Zipcar’s Executive Vice President, Human Resources. Between 2013 to 2015 she was Chief People Officer for King Digital Entertainment based in London. In 2016 she consulted with Paddy Power Betfair and served as the Chief Integration Officer for the newly merged group, responsible for the integration of two former competing businesses. Since 2017 she has been consulting with a variety of digital/high growth businesses from Dublin.
