Peter Meredith

Mr. Peter Graham Meredith is an Independent Chairman of the Board of Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. He is Chairman of Cordoba Minerals Corp. (a Toronto-based mineral exploration company focused on the exploration and acquisition of copper and gold projects in Colombia listed on the TSX-V) since April 2016; Director of Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. (a diamond exploration and development company focused on Canada’s North listed on the TSX) since March 2013; Director of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. (formerly Ivanplats Limited, a Canadian mining development and exploration company listed on the TSX) since May 1998; Deputy Chairman, Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. (formerly Ivanhoe Mines Ltd., an international mineral exploration and development company listed on the TSX, NYSE and NASDAQ) from May 2006 to April 2012; Chairman of SouthGobi Resources Ltd. Mr. Soo is employed by the Company pursuant to an employment letter dated May 1, 1987. Mr. Soo’s employment agreement was last amended on July 15, 2015, to account for changes to the Company’s Executive Vacation Policy effective January 1, 2016. As Executive Vice President, Player & Gaming Development, Mr. Soo is responsible for reinforcing the Company’s goals and strategies around VIP Player Development, Global Gaming Products Trends, Global Gaming Relationships and the expansion and quality control of the Company’s Salon Privé program. Mr. Soo’s annual base salary is $220,000, payable in a manner consistent with the general payroll practice of the Company.

Radek Kielar

Mr. Radek Kielar is Interim Vice President - Finance, Controller of the Company. He was Director, Financial Planning, Analysis & Commercial Finance for the Company from May 2016 to March 2017; Director, Accounting and Assistant Controller for the Company from December 2005 to April 2016.

Craig Demarta

Mr. Craig Demarta is Vice President of Operations - East of the Company. He was General Manager - Ontario for the Company from December 2005 to December 2016.

Raj Mutti

Mr. Raj Mutti is Vice President of Operations - West of the Company. Christopher Hart

Mr. Christopher Hart is Director of the Company. Chris Hart, the appointee, is the former President, Hotel Operations - Americas (and prior to this President, Hotel Operations - Asia Pacific), for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Mr. Hart attended Westminster Hotel School in London, and trained at the prestigious Claridges and Berkeley hotels, both in London, before returning to Canada to join the Four Seasons. Mr. Hart is a seasoned hotel/hospitality sector executive who spent his entire career (and over 30 years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts) in the hotel/hospitality industry. Mr. Hart continues to be active in the sector, and since retiring from Four Seasons, he has been consulting in the hotel/hospitality and real estate industry. Mr. Hart's extensive experience will provide significant insight to the Board of Directors as the Company further develops its properties across North America.

Larry Campbell

Hon. Larry W. Campbell is an Independent Director of the Company. He is the Senator, Government of Canada since August 2005; Chair, Senate Standing Committee on Internal Economy, Budgets and Administration since November 2017; President, Mortis Consulting Ltd., since March 1997; Board member of Asantae Holdings International Inc. (involved in producing and marketing nutritional products) from July 2010 to March 2014

Mark Davis

Mr. Mark A. Davis is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Davis is President and Chief Executive Officer of Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund since May 2001 (a publicly traded Canadian income trust involved in providing industrial chemicals and services to customers in North America and around the world )listed on the TSX:CHE.UN); Lawyer called to the Bar in Ontario in 1984.
