Name Description

Raphael Gorge

Mr. Raphael Gorge serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Gorge SA as of September 14, 2011. He is Chairman of the Strategic Committee. He joined the Company in 2004, having spent 10 years working in the fields of finance and technology. He holds a number of other positions including Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Sopromec Participations, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Pelican Venture SAS as well as Chairman and CEO of Prodways Group, among others. He holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Marseille and advanced degree in molecular modelling.

Loic Le Berre

Mr. Loic Le Berre serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Groupe Gorge SA. He started his career with Arthur Anderson. Prior to his appointment he served as Group Financial Director of the Company. He worked for Ineo-Suez. He graduated from Institut de Sciences Politiques de Paris and holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration from HEC. He has a background in finance (Science Po Paris, DESCF).

Ms. Celine Leroy has served as General Counsel of Groupe Gorge SA from 2007 when she joined the Company. Previously she worked as Lawyer for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the departments of Finance and of Mergers and Acquisitions. She gained experience in these areas both in France and abroad.

Catherine Gorge

Ms. Catherine Gorge was appointed Director of Groupe Gorge SA on June 8, 2012. She serves as Chairwoman of GBC Conseil and is also a Director at ECA SA and Prodways Group SA. Ms. Gorge began her career at Atlantic Richfield before joinig Technigroup as a project engineer. After serving at the "Projects and Industry Services" division of Groupe Gorge, she joined the luxury sector. She then held the position of Director of Development and Operations within the PUIG Group for the PACO RABANNE brand, then for MAJE brand.

Jean-Pierre Gorge

Mr. Jean-Pierre Gorge serves as Director at Groupe Gorge SA as of September 19, 2011. Prior to that he worked as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company from March 11, 1991. He was Chief Executive Officer of the Company between March 11, 1991 and October 14, 2008. He founded the Company in 1988. Martine Griffon-Fouco

Ms. Martine Griffon-Fouco was appointed Director of Groupe Gorge SA on June 8, 2012. She is Chairwoman of the Remuneration Committee. She has been a Director of SETEC NUCLEAIRE within the SETEC ENGINEERING Group since 2016. Previously she was a member of the Executive Board, Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate & Business Development at ASSYSTEM SA from 2007 to 2014. Before that she held various positions at CEGELEC, EDF and the French CEA (Atomic Energy Commission). At EDF, she was a member of the Executive Committee as the Director of Communications and the Director of the Blayais Nuclear Power Plant from June 1994 to November 1998. During the 1980s, she created the first “human factor” teams in the nuclear industry while at EDF and the CEA. She has a degree in engineering (ENSMA in Poitiers) and a degree in psychology.

Sylvie Lucot

Ms. Sylvie Lucot has served as Independent Director of Groupe Gorge SA since December 18, 2006. She is Chairperson of the Company's Audit Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee. She is specialised in the fields of finance and mergers and acquisitions. She was also Vice Chairperson for International Corporate Affairs at Thales SA and Director of Thales Canada Inc.

Hugues Souparis

Mr. Hugues Souparis has been Independent Director of Groupe Gorge SA since June 18, 2014. He is the founder and Chairman of SURYS (formerly HOLOGRAM INDUSTRIES), a French company specialising in document authentication and traceability and products based on the optical sciences, such as holograms, nano-structures, and digital solutions. SURYS is the designer and supplier of holograms of high-denomination euro banknotes and optical films for authenticating French biometric passports. He is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale Marseille, and specialises in the design and creation of industrial products.
