Name Description

Ingrid Bonde

Ms. Ingrid Bonde has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hoist Finance AB (publ) since November 16, 2014. She is Member of the Nomination and Risk and Audit Committees and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stockholm School of Economics, and studied at New York University. She also served as CFO and Deputy CEO of Vattenfall through February 2017. She is Board member of Loomis. Previously, she was President and CEO of AMF, Director General of the Swedish FSA, Deputy Director General of the Swedish National Debt Office, Vice President Finance of SAS, and was responsible for foreign currency funding and debt management at the Swedish National Debt Office.

Klaus-Anders Nysteen

Mr. Klaus-Anders Nysteen has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Hoist Finance AB (publ) effective as of March 15, 2018. He has a long and broad experience from the financial industry in companies such as Storebrand Bank, where he was CEO for four years, and most recently as CEO of Lindorff Group. Adding to that Klaus-Anders has a proven track record as a leader and vast experience of building a strong corporate culture from a number of companies in different industries. Klaus-Anders holds a Master of Business administration from Norwegian school of economics and business administration (NHH).

Jorgen Olsson

Mr. Jorgen Olsson has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of Hoist Finance AB (publ) effective as of March 15, 2018. He no longer serves as Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective as of March 15, 2018. He has been Director since 2010 and CEO since 2012. Christer Johansson

Mr. Christer Johansson has been Chief Financial Officer of Hoist Finance AB (publ) since May 8, 2018. He has previously been Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company since March 27, 2018. He has been with Hoist Finance since 2014. He most recently held the role as Head of Group Finance and Business Control. Before joining Hoist Finance he held a number of positions within Business development, Advisory and Front office management at SEB. Previous to that he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Charles de Munter

Mr. Charles (Charly) de Munter has served as Acting Chief Operating Officer of Hoist Finance AB (publ) since March 27, 2018. He has previously been Regional Director Mid Europe at Hoist Finance AB (publ) since October 14, 2015. He was Regional Director of France, Benelux, Italy and Poland in the Company from 2013 until October 14, 2015. He completed International Management Program at Vlerick Business School and has higher education in Business Management from Mercator Ghent, Belgium. Previously, he held various positions at Intrum Justitia, including Group IT Service Delivery manager, Project Manager on Group level (as well as for specific Benelux) within business systems support, and was General Manager for Krebes NV that was acquired by Intrum, among others. He also served as chairman of EOS Netherlands, board member of the supervisory board of EOS Credirec (France) and Regional Director Benelux and France for EOS Holding.

Mr. Ulf Eggefors has been Chief People Officer at Hoist Finance AB (publ) since March 27, 2018. He has previously been Acting Regional Director West Europe at Hoist Finance AB (publ) since August 23, 2017. Ulf Eggefors has since the beginning of the year held the position as Head of CEO Office. Ulf has extensive experience from the financial industry and has previously held positions such as Global Head of Trade Finance Services at Swedbank, CFO at Cell Mark and a number of senior positions with SEB in Stockholm and London.

Annika Poutiainen

Ms. Annika Poutiainen has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Hoist Finance AB (publ) since November 16, 2014. She is Chairman of the Risk and Audit Committee. She holds a Master of Laws degree from University of Helsinki and Master of Laws from King’s College, London. She also serves as industrial advisor at JKL Group and Board Member of Saferoad AS and eQ Oyj. Previously, she was Head of Market Surveillance Nordics at Nasdaq, and Head of Unit (Prospectuses, Exchanges and Clearing Houses) at the Swedish FSA. She also was member of the consultative working group for the Corporate Governance Standing Committee of ESMA and Member of the Swedish Securities Council.

Magnus Uggla

Mr. Magnus Uggla has been Independent Director at Hoist Finance AB (publ) since April 29, 2016. He is Member of the Investment Committee. He holds Master of Business Administration, Stockholm School of Economics, and Master of Science in Engineering, KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
