Name Description

Peter Huntsman

Mr. Peter R. Huntsman is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of company. Mr. Huntsman also serves on our Litigation Committee. Mr. Huntsman has served as Chairman of the Board since January 2018 and as a director of our company and affiliated companies since 1994. Prior to his appointment in July 2000 as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Huntsman had served as President and Chief Operating Officer since 1994. In 1987, after working for Olympus Oil since 1983, Mr. Huntsman joined Huntsman Polypropylene Corporation as Vice President before serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager. Mr. Huntsman has also served as Senior Vice President of Huntsman Chemical Corporation and as a Senior Vice President of Huntsman Packaging Corporation, a former subsidiary of our company. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board and a director of Venator Materials PLC, which separated from Huntsman in 2017.

Nolan Archibald

Mr. Nolan D. Archibald is Vice Chairman and Lead Independent Director of Company. Mr. Archibald is also Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee (the "Governance Committee") and a member of our Compensation Committee. Mr. Archibald served as Executive Chairman of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., a consumer and commercial products company, from March 2010 to March 2013. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Black & Decker Corporation from 1986 until 2010, as well as Chairman of the Board of The Black & Decker Corporation from 1987 until 2010. In addition, Mr. Archibald serves as a director of Lockheed Martin Corporation and Brunswick Corporation.

Sean Douglas

Mr. Sean Douglas serves as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of the company effective January 2017. Mr. Douglas was previously Vice President, Corporate Development and Treasurer from July 2015 to July 2016. Mr. Douglas left the Company in July 2012 to perform charitable services and rejoined the Company in July 2015. He previously served as our Vice President, Corporate Development from December 2009 until July 2012. Mr. Douglas served as Vice President and Treasurer from 2002 to December 2009, Vice President, Finance from July 2001 to 2002 and Vice President, Administration from January 1997 to July 2001. Prior to joining Huntsman in 1990, Mr. Douglas worked for the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Rohit Aggarwal

Mr. Rohit Aggarwal is President of Huntsman's Textile Effects division, Effective July 31, 2016. Mr. Aggarwal was appointed to this position in July 2016. Mr. Aggarwal was previously Vice President and Managing Director of Indian Subcontinent for Huntsman from July 2015 to July 2016 and served in various positions within Huntsman’s Advanced Materials and Textile Effects segments from 2005 to 2013. In 2013, Mr. Aggarwal left Huntsman to join Louis Dreyfus Commodities B.V. as Chief Executive Officer of Asia Region, a position he held until his return to our Company in 2015.

Monte Edlund

Mr. Monte G. Edlund is Division President - Performance Products of the Company. Prior to his appointment to this position in July 2015, Mr. Edlund served as Vice President—Americas, Advanced Materials since July 2011. From December 2007 to July 2011, Mr. Edlund served as Vice President—Global Specialty Textiles, Textile Effects, from April 2002 to December 2007, he served as Vice President, Polymers and from June 1999 to April 2002, he served as Vice President, Marketing, Base Chemicals and Polymers. Prior to joining Huntsman in 1997 as Vice President—Marketing, Rexene, Mr. Edlund held numerous positions with Rexene Corporation.

Anthony Hankins

Mr. Anthony P. Hankins is Division President, Polyurethanes and Chief Executive Officer, Asia-Pacific of Company. Mr. Hankins was appointed to these positions in March 2004 and February 2011, respectively. From May 2003 to February 2004, Mr. Hankins served as President, Performance Products, from January 2002 to April 2003, he served as Global Vice President, Rigids Division for our Polyurethanes segment, from October 2000 to December 2001, he served as Vice President—Americas for our Polyurethanes segment, and from March 1998 to September 2000, he served as Vice President—Asia-Pacific for our Polyurethanes segment. Mr. Hankins worked for ICI from 1980 to February 1998, when he joined our Company. At ICI, Mr. Hankins held numerous management positions in the plastics, fibers and polyurethanes businesses. He has extensive international experience, having held senior management positions in Europe, Asia and the U.S.

Scott Wright

Mr. Scott Wright Has been appointed as Division President - Huntsman's Advanced Materials of the company. effective June 1. 2016. Mr. Wright was appointed to this position in June 2016. Prior to that time, Mr. Wright served as Vice President of Huntsman Advanced Materials—Europe, Middle East & Africa since 2011. Before joining Huntsman’s Advanced Materials segment, Mr. Wright spent 15 years in Huntsman’s former P&A Business in a number of roles of increasing responsibility including product development, business planning, marketing and sales. Prior to joining Huntsman in July 1999, Mr. Wright worked with ICI.

David Stryker

Mr. David M. Stryker is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Company. Mr. Stryker was appointed to this position in June 2013. Prior to joining Huntsman, Mr. Stryker served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of the BASF Corporation since 2004. Previously, he was Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Siemens Corporation and, prior to that, a partner at the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis. Mr. Stryker started his legal career as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robert H. Bork on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.

R. Wade Rogers

Mr. R. Wade Rogers is Senior Vice President - Global Human Resources of Company. Mr. Rogers has held this position since August 2009. From May 2004 to August 2009, Mr. Rogers served as Vice President, Global Human Resources, from October 2003 to May 2004, Mr. Rogers served as Director, Human Resources—Americas and from August 2000 to October 2003, he served as Director, Human Resources for our Polymers and Base Chemicals businesses. From the time he joined Huntsman in 1994 to August 2000, Mr. Rogers served as Area Manager, Human Resources—Jefferson County Operations. Prior to joining Huntsman, Mr. Rogers held a variety of positions with Texaco Chemical Company.

Ronald Gerrard

Mr. Ronald W. Gerrard is Senior Vice President - Environmental, Health & Safety and Manufacturing Excellence of Company. Mr. Gerrard was appointed to this position in June 2009. He also serves as our Corporate Sustainability Officer. From May 2004 to June 2009, Mr. Gerrard served as Vice President, Global Operations and Technology in our Polyurethanes segment. From 1999 to May 2004, Mr. Gerrard served as Vice President, Asia; Business Director, Flexible Foams; and Director, EHS and Engineering, also within our Polyurethanes segment. Prior to joining Huntsman in 1999, Mr. Gerrard had worked for ICI and for EVC, a joint venture between ICI and Enichem. Mr. Gerrard is a Chartered Engineer.

Twila Day

Ms. Twila Day is Chief Information Officer, Vice President of the company. Ms. Day was appointed to this position upon joining Huntsman in November 2018. Prior to joining Huntsman, Ms. Day was Managing Director, National Practice Lead for Technology Services, and a member of the executive committee at Alvarez & Marsal. Previously, Ms. Day served at SYSCO Corporation for more than 20 years in a variety of positions, culminating in her appointment as Senior Vice President Information Technology and Chief Information Officer.

Randy Wright

Mr. Randy W. Wright is Vice President and Controller of Company. Prior to his appointment to this position in February 2012, Mr. Wright served as Assistant Controller and Director of Financial Reporting since July 2004. Prior to joining Huntsman in 2004, Mr. Wright held various positions with Georgia-Pacific Corporation, Riverwood International, Johns Manville and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Wright is a Certified Public Accountant.

Claire Mei

Ms. Claire Mei is Vice President, Treasurer of the company. Ms. Mei was appointed to this role upon joining Huntsman in August of 2018. Prior to joining Huntsman, Ms. Mei served as Vice President and Treasurer at Chobani Global Holdings since November 2016. Previously, Ms. Mei served in a variety of treasury and financial roles with increasing responsibility at several companies including Kraft Foods, PepsiCo, and Hyatt Corporation. Ms. Mei was also a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in Shanghai, China. Ms. Mei holds a master’s degree in business administration.

Ivan Marcuse

Mr. Ivan Marcuse is Vice President, IR Contact Officer of the company. Prior to joining Huntsman in April 2017, Mr. Marcuse served as Director, Equity Research, Specialty Chemicals for KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. from August 2011 to February 2017. Previously, he was Vice President, Equity Research, Building Products and Materials, for Northcoast Research.

Kevin Hardman

Mr. Kevin C. Hardman is Vice President - Tax of Company. Mr. Hardman served as Chief Tax Officer from 1999 until he was appointed to his current position in 2002. Prior to joining Huntsman in 1999, Mr. Hardman was a tax Senior Manager with the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he worked for 10 years. Mr. Hardman is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a master’s degree in tax accounting.

Pierre Poukens

Mr. Pierre Poukens is Vice President, Internal Audit of the Company. Mr. Poukens was Director of Internal Audit from April 2005 to January 2012 and joined Huntsman as Internal Audit Manager in January 2000. Prior to joining Huntsman, Mr. Poukens held various accounting and auditing positions with European companies in Belgium. Mr. Poukens is a Certified Internal Auditor.

Luciano Reyes

Mr. Luciano Reyes is Vice President, Corporate Development of the company. Mr. Reyes was appointed to this position upon joining Huntsman in August of 2018. Prior to joining Huntsman, Mr. Reyes was employed by Chicago Bridge & Iron Company (CB&I) as Senior Vice President since 2015, and Vice President & Treasurer since 2006, subsequent to holding positions of increasing responsibility in Corporate Development, Finance and Treasury since joining CB&I in 1998. Previously, Mr. Reyes held various finance roles at USG Corporation, CIT Group and various banking institutions. Mr. Reyes holds a master's degree in business administration.

Nooshin Vaughn

Ms. Nooshin Vaughn is Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis of the company. Ms. Vaughn was appointed to this position effective June 2018. Ms. Vaughn previously served as Director, Investor Relations. Prior to that, Ms. Vaughn held numerous roles in finance, accounting and information technology. Prior to joining Huntsman in 1997, Ms. Vaughn worked for the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche. Ms. Vaughn is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mary Beckerle

Dr. Mary Catherine Beckerle is Independent Director of Company. She is a member of our Audit Committee and our Governance Committee. Dr. Beckerle is an internationally recognized scientist who has served on numerous national scientific boards and committees, including the Advisory Committee to the Director of the U.S. National Institutes of Health. She is also a member of cancer policy and advisory boards at Harvard University, Georgetown University, the University of Pennsylvania, the National Center for Biological Sciences in Bangalore (India), and the Mechanobiology Institute of the National University of Singapore. She also serves as a director of Johnson & Johnson. Dr. Beckerle is a Distinguished Professor of Biology in the College of Science at the University of Utah, which she joined in 1986. Since 2006, Dr. Beckerle has served as Chief Executive Officer of Huntsman Cancer Institute at the University of Utah. Dr. Beckerle served as President of the American Society for Cell Biology in 2006, held a Guggenheim Fellowship at the Curie Institute in Paris, and is an elected Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and the American Philosophical Society.

M. Anthony Burns

Mr. M. Anthony Burns is Independent Director of Company. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Governance Committee. Mr. Burns currently serves as Chairman Emeritus of Ryder System, Inc., a provider of transportation and logistics services, a position that he has held since 2002. Mr. Burns served in several positions at Ryder until his retirement in 2002, including Chairman of the Board from 1985 to 2002, Chief Executive Officer from 1983 to 2000 and President from 1979 to 1999. Prior to joining Ryder, Mr. Burns served in management of Mobil Oil Corporation. He is a Life Trustee of the University of Miami in Florida and is active in cultural and civic organizations in Florida.

Daniele Ferrari

Mr. Daniele Ferrari is Independent Director of the Company, since March 7, 2018. He is a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee. Mr. Ferrari serves as Chief Executive Officer of Versalis S.p.A., a chemical manufacturer, and as Chairman of Matrìca S.p.A., a joint-venture with Novamont focusing on renewable chemistry, positions he has held since March 2011. Mr. Ferrari is a former employee of our company and has over 30 years of experience in the chemical industry. He worked for our company in various levels of increasing responsibility from 1997 to 2011, where he ultimately served as President of our Performance Products division. Prior to joining Huntsman in 1997, Mr. Ferrari worked for Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) and Agip Petroli (Eni group). He is President of PlasticsEurope, an association of plastics manufacturers, and the President and a board member of Cefic. Mr. Ferrari also serves as a director of Venator Materials PLC, which separated from Huntsman in 2017.

Robert Margetts

Sir Robert John Margetts is Independent Director of Company. He currently serves as Vice Chairman, Lead Independent Director and a director of Venator Materials PLC. He served as Deputy Chairman of OJSC Uralkali, a publicly traded potash fertilizer producer, from 2010 to 2018, and on the boards of government controlled and privately held companies. Sir Robert previously served as a director of Anglo American PLC from 1998 to 2010, Chairman of Legal & General Group PLC from 2000 until 2010 and Chairman of BOC Group PLC from 2002 to 2006. Sir Robert served as Chairman—Europe of Huntsman Corporation from 2000 to August 2010. He worked for Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) in various levels of increasing responsibility from 1969 to 2000, where he ultimately served as the Vice Chairman of its Main Board.

Wayne Reaud

Mr. Wayne A. Reaud is Independent Director of Company. Mr. Reaud is a trial lawyer and the founder of the law firm of Reaud, Morgan & Quinn. For over 30 years, he has represented clients in significant cases involving personal injury, product and premises liability, toxic torts and business litigation. Mr. Reaud has handled first impression mass tort litigation involving asbestos premises liability claims, including the largest asbestos product liability class action lawsuit in the history of Texas courts. He also represented the State of Texas in its landmark litigation against the tobacco industry. Mr. Reaud currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Beaumont Foundation of America and is a Director of the Reaud Charitable Foundation. He is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers, a member of the Philosophical Society and a member of the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee. Mr. Reaud was chosen as the Most Distinguished Alumni of Texas Tech University Law School in 1998 and also chosen as the Most Distinguished Alumni of Lamar University in 2006. Mr. Reaud was awarded the Honorary Order of the Coif by the University of Texas in 2011. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Reaud serves as a director of CBTX, Inc., a bank holding company for CommunityBank Texas N.A.

Jan Tighe

V. Adm. Jan E. Tighe is Independent Director of the Company. She currently serves as a member of the National Security Sector Advisory Committee of The MITRE Corporation, as a member on the Strategic Advisory Group of Paladin Capital Group, and as a Director on the Board of Directors of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. Vice Admiral Tighe is also a National Association of Corporate Directors Governance Fellow. She previously served as the U.S. Navy Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Information Warfare comprising executive responsibilities as Director of Naval Intelligence, U.S. Navy's Chief Information Officer, and Director of Cybersecurity before her retirement from the Navy in August 2018. Vice Admiral Tighe served in the Navy since 1980 in various roles of increasing seniority including Commander of the U.S. Fleet Cyber Command and U.S. Tenth Fleet. Vice Admiral Tighe is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, and she also graduated from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) with M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Applied Mathematics and Electrical Engineering, respectively. Vice Admiral Tighe would later serve as the President of NPS (from 2012 to 2013) and was inducted into the NPS Hall of Fame in June 2018 for her distinguished accomplishments and contributions at the highest levels of public service.
