Name Description

Walfgang Prock-Schaver

Mr. Walfgang Prock-Schaver is President, Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He is a graduate from the University of Economics, Vienna. He is an experienced international executive having a total professional experience of over 36 years. He has worked in senior leadership positions with some of the major airlines across Europe and Asia. In the past, he has worked with Austrian Airlines, Jet Airways (India), British Midland International, Air Berlin (Germany/ UK) and Go Air (India). Mr Prock-Schauer is responsible for operational aspects of IndiGo such as Flight Operations, Maintenance and Engineering and Inflight Services directly as well as Airport Operations and Operations Control Centre.

Ronojoy Dutta

Mr. Ronojoy Dutta is Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is B.S. Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology and MBA from Harvard Business School. He was a cofounder and Managing Director of ACO Investment, renowned investment advisory firm in field of aviation and infrastructure. Mr. Dutta served as the President of Air Sahara from 2005 to 2008, President of United Airlines from 1999 till 2002. He led the Board of United Airlines every year from 1995 to 2002 in developing 5 year strategic plan. Mr. Dutta served on the board of United Airlines from 1999 2002, US Airways from 2003- 2004 and Marsico Trust Funds from 1997-2005.

Aditya Pande

Mr. Aditya Pande has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective September 16, 2019. Mr. Adltya Pande ("Adltya") is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Is graduate from Delhi University. Aditya has been associated with GE from last 21 years. Aditya Is presently associated with GE as "CFO-GE Healthcare" (India, Africa, ASEAN and Asia-Pacific). Additionally, he Is also their Interim-CEO defining strategy, drive operations and grow profitability. Previously, he was "Group CFO-GE South Asia". His other significant previous roles In GE Include CFO-GE Healthcare South Asia, Financial Controller, GE-South Asia, Global Financial Planning & Analysis Leader-Genpact and V.P. Finance Operations GE Capital International Services. During his long tenure at GE, Aditya also had a stint in USA for 2-years. Previous to GE, Aditya worked at Arthur Andersen for five years between 1992 & 1997.

Raj Raghavan

Mr. Raj Raghavan is Senior Vice President - Human Resources of the Company. Mr. Raghavan is responsible for IndiGo’s Human Resources, ifly (our learning academy) and Administration functions. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from University of Madras and Master’s in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations at Madras School of Social Work. Prior to joining IndiGo, he was Amazon’s Head of Human Resources responsible for Asia Pacific & Middle East Region. Raj joined Amazon in early 2011 as their India Head of Human Resources and supported the launch of several businesses and technology development centers across the country. Prior to joining Amazon, Raj was Head of HR for GE’s Global Research and India Technology Centers. He initially joined GE in 1999 and held various senior HR leadership positions supporting several businesses in various locations.

Priya Mehra

Ms. Priya Mehra is General Counsel of the Company. Priya is a post-graduate in Law from University of Delhi. She is dual qualified to practice law in India and England & Wales. Priya has an extensive background working on ‘on-shore’ and ‘off-shore’ transactions in India. Before moving in-house as General Counsel at IndiGo, Priya was working with Gibson Dunn’s Singapore office where she helped build the India practice for close to 8 years. Prior to Gibson Dunn, she was working with Jones Day in Singapore, a position she took up in 2007 after working for 5 years at AZB & Partners in India. During her tenure at the law firms, Priya’s practice areas included mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, government privatizations, capital markets and general corporate advice. Priya was also actively involved in the pro bono initiatives undertaken at these firms. At IndiGo, Priya leads and manages the legal team and works closely with the operational departments.

William Boulter

Mr. William (Willy) Boulter is Chief Commercial Officer of the Company. He has worked in the airline business for over 35 years, principally with Cathay Pacific (20 years), Virgin Atlantic Airways (6 years), Etihad (3 years) and most recently with TAAG Angola Airlines in Africa. This is his third appointment in India, having been Country Manager India for Cathay Pacific and then CCO of Jet Airways at the time of Etihad’s investment in 2013/14. He has specific functional experience in most areas of commercial activity in airlines, including sales, revenue management, alliances, international relations, cargo, IT and regional management. He was CEO of Russia’s first Low Cost Carrier, Sky Express. He has an MA from Oxford University he also passed out from Sandhurst and served as an officer in the Royal Artillery and Royal Hong Kong Regiment. He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Rahul Bhatia

Mr. Rahul Bhatia serves as Director of the Company. Mr. Bhatia holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. Mr. Bhatia was instrumental in the formation of InterGlobe Enterprises in 1989 with its flagship business of air transport management. Mr. Bhatia has more than 25 years of experience in the travel industry. Mr. Bhatia has led the development of many new business initiatives of our Company, including the travel and aviation business.

Rohini Bhatia

Ms. Rohini Bhatia is Non-Executive Director of the Company. since March 27, 2015. She also holds the office of Senior Vice President at InterGlobe Air Transport Limited since 2013. Mrs. Bhatia obtained her diploma in Textile Designing from the South Delhi Polytechnic, New Delhi, in 1985. She has a diversified experience of serving on the boards of various companies in the travel industry and is currently the Director on the Board of ARC Hospitality Private Limited, Navigator Travel Services Private Limited, Pegasus Buildtech Private Limited, Pegasus Utility Maintenance & Services Private Limited, InterGlobe Foundation and Shree Nath Shares Private Limited.

Rakesh Gangwal

Mr. Rakesh Gangwal is Non-Executive Director of the company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with a major in finance. He has more than 30 years of experience in the aviation industry. Mr. Rakesh Gangwal joined United Airlines in February 1984 where he held positions of various responsibilities before leaving as Senior Vice President - Planning in November 1994. Mr. Gangwal then joined Air France as an Executive Vice President - Planning and Development in November 1994. He left Air France in February 1996 to join the US Airways Group, Inc. and US Airways Inc. as the President and Chief Operating Officer. In November 2001, he left the US Airways Group as the President and Chief Executive Officer and was engaged in private equity and consulting related activities. Mr Gangwal worked with Worldspan Technologies, Inc. from June 2003 to August 2007 as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Anil Parashar

Mr. Anil Parashar is Non-Executive Director of the Company. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a graduate in Economics from Delhi University. He has previously been a Director of the Company for a period from May 30, 2007 to March 26, 2015. Mr. Parashar has extensive operational and financial experience in handling various aspects of business including raising funds, capital restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, statutory compliances, investor relations and long term planning. He is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer & Whole time Director of InterGlobe Technology Quotient Private Limited (ITQ). Prior to this, he was the Group Chief Finance Officer at InterGlobe Enterprises Limited. He is a member of InterGlobe group’s Executive Committee and holding various positions on the Boards of several InterGlobe group companies. He is credited with over 30 years of rich experience including leadership positions at Swiss Air and Asbestos Cement Company. He is also a representative on PHD Chamber of Commerce, Assocham and FICCI Forums on Taxation and Travel & Tourism.

Meleveetil Damodaran

Mr. Meleveetil Damodaran is Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He is B.A. (Economics) Hons. from University of Madras and L.L.B. from Delhi University. He is an Indian corporate advisor and a former government official. He is the Director and Founder of Excellence Enablers Private Limited, a niche Corporate Governance advisory firm and the Founder Chairman of Indian Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli. Mr. M. Damodaran served as the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Prior to this, he served as the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Chairman of the Emerging Markets Committee of the International Organisation of Securities Commission (IOSCO). Chairman of Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), Chairman of Union Trust of India (UTI), Chairman of ING Vysya Bank (merged with Kotak Mahindra Bank). He also served as Chairman of RBI Committee on Customer Service in banks, Chairman of the Government of India MCA Committee for reforming the regulatory environment for ease of doing business in India and Chairman of the Task Force for setting up the Resolution Corporation of India. He has been conferred various awards and recognition including Lifetime Achievement Award in Ethical Governance and Leadership by Asian Centre for Corporate Governance and Sustainabi lity (2015) and Lifetime Achievement Award in Public Governance by Asian Centre for Corporate Governance and Sustainability (2013). He is widely acknowledged as one of India's foremost champions of corporate governance and is passionate about improving the performance of Boards in general. Presently, Mr. Damodaran is holding Board positions in some of India's biggest listed companies namely Larsen and Toubro limited, Hero MotoCorp limited, Tech Mahindra limited, CRISIL limited and Biocon limited.

Anupam Khanna

Mr. Anupam Khanna is Non-Executive Independent Director od the company. Dr. Khanna holds a Ph.D. and a master’s degree in electrical engineering and management science/engineering economic systems from the Stanford University, California. Dr. Khanna has a Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Dr. Khanna joined the World Bank in December 1980. From September 2000 till March 2003 Dr. Khanna was the Chief Economist for Shell International, London where he was also a core member of the Global Scenarios Team. He again joined World Bank in September 2003 Dr. Khanna joined our Board on March 27, 2015.

Pallavi Shroff

Mrs. Pallavi Shardul Shroff is Additional Non-Executive Independent Woman Director of the Company. She have s B.A (Eco. Hons), University of Delhi, Master of Management Studies (MBA) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai. Ms. Shroff is the Managing Partner of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. with over 37 years of extensive experience. Her broad and varied representation of public and private corporations and · other entities before various national courts, tribunals and legal institutions has earned her national and international acclaim. Ms. Shroff is the Head of the Dispute Resolution practice at the Firm, with an extensive knowledge in matters of litigation and arbitration. Ms. Shroff is a member of the Competition Law Review Committee, constituted by the Government of India to ensure that the legislation is in tune with the changing business environment. Ms. Shroff has been closely involved with some of the largest and most challenging litigation and arbitration matters in India with regard to energy, infrastructure, natural resources, mergers & acquisitions, legislative and policy related matters. She appears regularly in the Supreme Court and High Courts of India, and in arbitrations, mediations and international legal disputes. She has recently been appointed on the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) Court of Arbitration. She regularly represents several companies such as Nestle, General Electric, Havells, Vale Australia, Vodafone, BHEL and ONGC. Ms. Shroff has always been active in publicpolicv related work. She was a member of the committee set up by the Government of India, Ms. Shroff is presently a Director on the Boards of prestigious Indian listed Companies namely Apollo Tvres ltd., Trident ltd. and Asian Paints Ltd.
