Name Description

Dan Mondor

Mr. Dan Mondor serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the company. He has over 35 years of telecommunications and media technology experience with global Fortune 500 and privately held corporations. Dan has received numerous industry awards for innovation and market impact and was named by ExecRank as a top Micro-Cap CEO for driving shareholder value. Prior to joining Inseego Corporation, Mr. Mondor provided corporate strategy and M&A advisory services through his private consulting firm. Previously he was President and CEO of Spectralink Corporation, a private-equity owned global company that designs and manufactures mobile-workforce products for global enterprises, including Android powered Wi-Fi smartphones. Mr. Mondor was President and CEO of Concurrent Corporation (Nasdaq: CCUR), a global company that designs and manufactures IP video delivery and real-time Linux software solutions for global service providers, military, aerospace, automotive and financial service industries. Previously, Mr. Mondor was President of Mitel Networks, Inc., a subsidiary of Mitel Networks Corporation (Nasdaq: MITL), a global company that designs and manufactures business communications systems and mobile communications technology to serve the enterprise and wireless carrier markets. Prior to that, he held positions of increasing responsibility in general management, marketing, and sales during his 16 year career with Nortel Networks. At Nortel, Mr. Mondor was Vice President of Global Marketing of the Optical Internet business during a period of hyper-growth to become a $10B dominant market share leader. Mr. Mondor holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba, and executive education from the Cornell Graduate School of Management and Duke Fuqua School of Business.

Stephen Smith

Mr. Stephen Smith serves as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of the company. He previously served as a financial consultant serving multiple software-as-a-service, medical technology and technology device businesses, and has served as interim Chief Financial Officer of TetraVue Inc., a developer of high definition 4D LIDAR technology, since February 2017. From 2012 to 2016, Mr. Smith served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations for Micropower Technologies, a private equity-backed business engaged in the development and sale of platforms enabling extreme low-power wireless video surveillance systems. From 2005 to 2012, Mr. Smith ran his own consulting business and also served as President of XiTron Technologies, a development stage biotech firm that was sold to ImpediMed Ltd, a publicly-traded medical device company, in 2007. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Smith served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Applied Micro Circuits Corporation, a publicly-traded semiconductor company that designs network and embedded power architecture, optical transport and storage solutions. Mr. Smith also serves as a director of the Business Executive Council of San Diego and Niels Brock/CIBU, a Denmark-based International Business University. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Arizona State University.

Ashish Sharma

Mr. Ashish Sharma serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of IoT & Mobile Solutions of the Company. He is a technology industry senior executive with vast experience driving major innovation for IoT and mobile solutions and SaaS companies. With a diverse background in sales, marketing, strategy, product management and engineering, he brought numerous highly innovative products to market and helped build multi-billion dollar brands in the mobile industry for companies such as Qualcomm, Ericsson, Alvarion, FreeWave and Spectralink. Prior to joining Inseego, Ashish was Chief Marketing Officer at Spectralink where he authored a new end-to-end mobility vision and strategy for the company for multiple enterprise segments. Prior to Spectralink, Ashish was Senior Vice President and General Manager for Graymatics, a cloud-based machine-learning SaaS company. At Graymatics, Ashish led sales and marketing efforts for the North America market and significantly grew the company’s large enterprise customer base. Before Graymatics, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at FreeWave, an IoT company focused on Oil & Gas, Utility and Defense Industries. Prior to FreeWave, Ashish was the Vice President of Marketing for Alvarion where he played a prominent role in building and growing the WiMAX industry into a multi-billion dollar market. Ashish also held multiple sales, marketing and engineering roles for Ericsson and Qualcomm and helped create the early market adoption of CDMA technology. He is a well-known industry expert in mobile and wireless system architectures. Ashish holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of District of Columbia, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University and a Masters of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in Finance, Marketing and Strategy.

Jacques Fradet

Mr. Jacques Fradet is Senior Vice President - Operations of the Company. Prior to joining Inseego, Jacques spent 12 years at Kyocera Communications in a number of senior leadership roles. He was most recently Divisional Vice President of Operations, responsible for supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, engineering and customer care for an organization with over $500M in annual revenue. During his tenure, he led a global team that accomplished aggressive balance sheet and cash flow goals and doubled existing service revenue streams. Prior to Kyocera, Jacques held several leadership titles in the areas of finance, operations and engineering at public corporations including Qualcomm Personal Electronics, Palm Inc., Denso, Hughes and Linkabit.

John Weldon

Mr. John Weldon is Senior Vice President - Enterprise SaaS Solutions of the Company. Mr. Weldon brings 20 years of executive leadership experience in the asset management and tracking space to his role at Inseego as SVP of Enterprise SaaS Solutions. Prior to joining the Inseego executive team, Mr. Weldon drove the global expansion and product strategy for Verizon's connected vehicle and workforce management software operations. He directed the consolidation of Verizon's numerous global legacy companies and acquisitions to create a unified Verizon Connect strategy. Prior to Verizon, Mr. Weldon was vice president of product strategy at Telogis, a leading cloud telematics enterprise SaaS company. At Telogis, he spearheaded deployments into accounts that included Fortune 500 companies and major automotive OEMs. He played an integral role in the sale of Telogis to Verizon, resulting in his move to the telecommunications giant. Mr. Weldon has held several additional leadership roles in the cloud asset tracking and management space, including leading an influential telematics consulting firm where he devised market differentiation strategies for industry leaders and private equity firms around the world. Prior to that, he made a significant impact on multiple divisions of Comtech – a global provider of mobile satellite tracking solutions. Having driven numerous account wins with Fortune 1000 clients like Microsoft, Boeing, Sprint and ADP, Mr. Weldon also led the turn-around of the Comtech Tolt organization with a portfolio strategy focused on solutions for the transportation, warehouse, healthcare and location services vertical markets. Mr. Weldon holds a Master of Business degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Pepperdine University.

Dennis Calderon

Mr. Dennis Calderon serves as Vice President Legal Affairs and Secretary of the company. Dennis Calderon is responsible for overseeing Inseego’s commercial legal, litigation, intellectual property, corporate compliance and other general legal functions. Mr. Calderon began working with Inseego in June 2013. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Calderon was a partner in Venture Counsel Group, LLP, a boutique corporate law firm serving Southern California technology companies. Mr. Calderon received his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law and a B.S. in Business from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Robert Pons

Mr. Robert M. Pons serves as Lead Independent Director of Novatel Wireless, Inc. Mr. Pons is the President of Spartan Advisors, a management consulting firm specializing in microcap telecom and technology companies. Mr. Pons served as a director of HC2 from September 2011 to May 2016. Mr. Pons also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of HC2 from August 2013 to January 2014 and Executive Chairman of HC2 from January 2014 to April 2014 and served as Executive Vice President of Business Development of HC2 from April 2014 to May 2016. From May 2016 to January 2017 he served as Executive Vice President of PTGi, a wholly owned subsidiary of HC2. From February 2011 to April 2014, Mr. Pons was Chairman of Live Microsystems, formerly Livewire Mobile, Inc., a comprehensive one-stop digital content solution for mobile carriers. From January 2008 until February 2011, Mr. Pons was Senior Vice President of TMNG Global, a leading provider of professional services to the communications, converging media and entertainment industries and the capital formation firms that support them. From January 2004 until April 2007, Mr. Pons served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Uphonia, Inc. (formerly known as SmartServ Online, Inc.), a wireless applications service provider. From August 2003 to January 2004, Mr. Pons served as interim Chief Executive Officer of SmartServ Online, Inc. on a consulting basis. From March 1999 to August 2003, Mr. Pons was President of FreedomPay, Inc., a wireless device payment processing company. Mr. Pons holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rowan University with Honors.

Mr. James Avery is Independent Director of the Company. Jim Avery joined Tavistock Group in 2014 and is currently a Senior Managing Director. Jim brings many years of experience as a senior telecom and technology banker at both Morgan Stanley and boutique firm, GCA Savvian.

Mark Licht

Mr. Mark Licht is Independent Director of the company. He has served as President of Licht & Associates, a strategic advisory services firm that conducts strategic business analysis, develops business and operating plans, evaluates market opportunities and technology trends, assists with financing and proposes alternative business strategies for chief executive officers and their executive teams in the telematics, internet of things (IoT) and Location Based Services industries, since 2007. In that capacity Mr. Licht has worked with investment bankers and private equity funds, as well as directly with boards of directors and management teams of companies in the US, Latin America and Europe in developing go to market strategies and product roadmaps, exploring strategic investments, acquisitions and the sale of companies in the telematics market. Mr. Licht has also served as Senior Advisor of C.J. Driscoll & Associates since 2010 and as an Advisor at Motus Ventures since 2016. Mr. Licht co-founded North American Teletrac in 1985 and served as its President until 2001 and served as the EVP for Strategy at AirTouch Teletrac until 1996. He co-founded Ituran in 1994. Mr. Licht also co-founded SigmaOne Communications in 1998 and served as its President until 2001. Mr. Licht currently serves on the boards of directors or advisory boards of a number of fleet management, autonomous vehicle, insurance telematics, data analytics and OEM focused telematics companies, including Preteckt, a predictive maintenance technology provider, Peloton Technology, a connected and automated vehicle technology company; Eleven X, an operator of LORA networks in Canada, Road Track, an OEM telematics service provider in Latin America, and GPS Dashboard, a developer of sales management solutions in the Salesforce marketplace. Mr. Licht received a Master of Science degree in International Relations from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Brian Miller

Mr. Brian Miller is Independent Director of the Company. Brian Miller is Chief Investment Officer of North Sound Partners and General Partner of North Sound Ventures, which invests directly in early stage growth opportunities and helps companies create shareholder value. Prior to founding the North Sound group of companies, Brian spent over 20 years at Elliott Management, a New York-based hedge fund where he was an equity partner, Chief Trading Officer, and served on the management committee.

Jeffrey Tuder

Mr. Jeffrey M. Tuder serves as Independent Director of the Company. He is the founder and Managing Member of Tremson Capital Management, LLC (“Tremson”), a private investment firm focused on identifying and investing in securities of undervalued publicly-traded companies. Prior to founding Tremson, he held positions at SEC-registered investment advisors that primarily invest in undervalued securities of publicly traded companies, including serving as the Director of Research for KSA Capital Management, LLC from 2012 until 2015 and as a Senior Analyst at JHL Capital Group, LLC during 2011. From 2007 until 2010, Mr. Tuder was a Managing Director of CapitalSource Finance, LLC, a publicly-traded commercial finance company, where he analyzed and underwrote special situation credit investments in the leveraged loan and securitized bond markets. From 2005 until 2007, Mr. Tuder was a member of the investment team at Fortress Investment Group, LLC (“Fortress”), where he analyzed, underwrote and managed private equity investments for several of Fortress’s private equity investment vehicles. Mr. Tuder began his career in various investment capacities at Nassau Capital, a privately-held investment firm that managed the private portion of Princeton University’s endowment and ABS Capital Partners, a private equity firm affiliated with Alex Brown & Sons. Mr. Tuder currently serves on the board of directors of MRV Communications, Inc., a provider of packet and optical hardware and software solutions for data center operators and communications service providers, where he also serves as chair of the audit committee. Mr. Tuder received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.
