Name Description

Terence Adderley

Mr. Terence E. Adderley serves as a Executive Chairman of the Board of Kelly Services, Inc. He has had a distinguished fifty-five year career in the staffing industry with executive management experience including many years as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. He has served as a director of publicly held companies and numerous civic and community organizations. Mr. Adderley brings to the Board a keen sense of the staffing industry, economic and labor trends and fiscal conservatism. He is a member of the Company’s founding family and represents its interests as the controlling stockholder.

George Corona

Mr. George S. Corona serves as a President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Kelly Services, Inc., effective as of May 10, 2017. Mr. Corona, has served since 2009 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Corona has been responsible for all of the Company’s regions and operating units, including the Americas, APAC, EMEA, the Centers of Excellence (CoE), and the Outsourcing and Consulting Group. He has also had responsibility for the Company’s Global Solutions, IT, Service and Marketing organizations. Prior to joining Kelly in 1994, Mr. Corona held management roles at Digital Equipment Professional Services Group and Burroughs Corporation. Mr. Corona holds a master’s degree in business administration from Oakland University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wayne State University.

Olivier Thirot

Mr. Olivier Thirot serves as a Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. He was Acting Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. He was Controller, Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Controller of the Company. In his new position, Mr. Thirot will be responsible for Corporate Accounting, Global Forecast and Budgets, Systems and Controls, and Financial oversight for Kelly's Americas Region. With more than 25 years of financial experience, Mr. Thirot has a broad range of experience in the areas of treasury, tax, compliance, budget forecasting and strategic planning. He joined Kelly Services in Neuchatel, Switzerland, in 2008 as Vice President, Finance, for the Company's EMEA operations. In 2011, he assumed responsibility for Kelly's financial operations in the APAC region. Mr. Thirot joined Kelly Services from L. Raphael, a start-up company based in Geneva, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he spent 18 years with Bacardi, LTD, as Finance Director. Mr. Thirot earned a bachelor's degree in Economics, and a MBA, from Univestie de Bordeaux in Talence, France.

Kristin Supancich

Ms. Kristin Supancich is Chief Human Resource Officer of the Company. Kristin Supancich most recently held the position of vice president and managing director of Global Service for Kelly Services, and prior to this, held divisional vice president roles managing Kelly's largest markets in the U.S. and Canada. With more than 25 years of staffing industry experience, Kristin possesses a deep understanding of the HR processes and programs required to achieve success. She will be accountable for leading the development of a comprehensive, world-class talent strategy with a focus on leadership, change management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, recruiting and retaining top talent, training and developing people, comp and benefits, and organizational effectiveness. She will also serve as the company's workforce strategist and talent management leader. Throughout her tenure at Kelly, Kristin has demonstrated the ability to thrive in a fast-changing organization while creating highly engaged and productive teams. She is widely recognized as an inspirational and inclusive leader, and is passionate about people and the pivotal role talent plays in an organization's success. Kristin is a graduate of the University of California at San Diego, and is a past executive member of the National Board of Directors for the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS). She is a founding member and past vice chair of Kelly's Leadership in Action (LIA) organization.

Teresa Carroll

Ms. Teresa S. Carroll serves as a Executive Vice President, President of Global Talent Solutions (GTS), General Manager of Sales, Marketing and Human Resources of the Company. She previously served as the Company’s Senior Vice President and General Manager of GTS. In her new role, Ms. Carroll will be responsible for maximizing growth in the GTS operating segment, driving the Company’s sales and marketing strategy and securing the Company’s position as a premier talent destination. The GTS operating segment will report to Ms. Carroll, along with the Company’s Global Solutions, Global Solutions Design, Global Human Resources and Global Marketing functions. Ms. Carroll joined the Company in 1992. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan, and a bachelor’s of science degree in industrial engineering from the GMI Engineering and Management Institute (now Kettering University) in Michigan.

Peter Quigley

Mr. Peter W. Quigley serves as Executive Vice President, President of Global Staffing, General Manager of Global Information Technology, Global Business Services and Global Service of Kelly Services, Inc. Mr. Quigley previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Assistant Secretary of the Company. In his new position, Mr. Quigley will be responsible for maximizing growth in the Company’s Americas Staffing and International Staffing operating segments, driving the Company’s technology strategy and improving Company-wide efficiency and productivity. Americas Staffing and International Staffing operations will report to Mr. Quigley, along with the Company’s Global Information Technology, Global Service and Global Business Services functions. Mr. Quigley joined the Company in 2002. He earned a juris doctorate with honors from the National Law Center at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and a bachelor’s degree with distinction in political science and history from the University of Michigan.

Natalia Shuman

Ms. Natalia A. Shuman serves as a Senior Vice President, General Manager, EMEA and APAC of Kelly Services Inc., with effect from September 6, 2013. Ms. Shuman's career with Kelly Services spans all three regions of the Company through a variety of progressive leadership positions. She joined Kelly in 1997 and was responsible for launching Kelly's recruitment business in the Moscow market. Several years later, Ms. Shuman moved to New York to launch Kelly's Wall Street office and manage several branches in the New York area. In 2005, she joined Kelly's global client relationships team, where she was responsible for developing and executing solutions for Fortune 100 clients. Since 2008, Ms. Shuman has been managing global account teams and developing global programs for Kelly. For the past two years, Ms. Shuman has been serving as both Vice President of Global Solutions and Chief Operating Officer of Kelly's North Asia joint venture, TS Kelly Workforce Solutions. Ms. Shuman completed a dual Global Executive MBA program through Columbia University and the London Business School, and graduated with distinction from St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance, Russia, with a B.S. in Finance.

Ms. Laura S. Lockhart serves as a Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, Corporate Controller of the Company. Ms. Lockhart brings more than 20 years of financial reporting experience, ranging from internal controls and SEC reporting to financial analysis and pricing strategy, to her new position. In her new role, she will have responsibility for Corporate Accounting, Global Forecast & Budgets, Finance Systems & Controls, as well as Financial Operations in Kelly’s EMEA and APAC operating regions. She joined Kelly Services in 2006 as senior director of Finance Systems & Controls and in 2008, was promoted to vice president of Internal Audit. In 2012, Ms. Lockhart was selected to lead Kelly’s Pricing and Global Solutions Finance teams. Ms. Lockhart joined Kelly from Sears Holding Corporation where she was a division vice president. Previously, Ms. Lockhart was with Borders Group as associate director of planning and reporting. She began her career as a senior financial auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers. A graduate of Penn State University, Ms. Lockhart holds a bachelor degree in Accounting and is a certified public accountant.

Pete Boland

Mr. Pete Boland is Chief Marketing Officer of the Company., effective January 1, 2018. Mr. Boland joins Kelly Services from BHC Consulting where, as a managing partner, he guided C-suite leaders on how to build brands that reflect customers' needs and stand out from the competition. Prior to BHC, Boland spent five years as head of brand at Charles Schwab and led the development of the award-winning "Own Your Tomorrow" platform. His experience also includes marketing leadership roles with BlackRock, Microsoft, Visa International and Procter & Gamble. Boland earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England, and an MBA in international marketing from Northeastern University in Boston. He also attended the Ecole supérieure de commerce de Reims, one of the leading business management institutions in France, obtaining a second MBA in international business. He has dual citizenship in the U.S. and U.K.

Hannah Lim-Johnson

Ms. Hannah Lim-Johnson is Chief Legal Officer of the Company. Hannah Lim-Johnson joins Kelly with a 20-year history at large global companies and is now responsible for leading the strategic direction of Kelly's legal and corporate security organizations. She will manage Kelly's global in-house legal team and is ultimately responsible for managing Kelly's outside counsel relationships. Hannah has broad-ranging experience in litigation, compliance, securities, bankruptcy, intellectual property, government and regulatory affairs, labor and employment matters, class actions, data privacy and antitrust issues. Before joining Kelly Services, Hannah served as deputy general counsel, chief litigation counsel and assistant corporate secretary for Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG), where she was responsible for enterprise litigation. Prior to working at PSEG, Hannah served as vice president, chief litigation counsel and chief compliance counsel for The ADT Corporation, where she was responsible for managing enterprise litigation and compliance, and reported to ADT's Audit Committee on compliance issues. Earlier in her career, Hannah served as senior litigation counsel at Tyco International, and was responsible for managing Tyco's commercial litigation, class action, bankruptcy and global intellectual property dockets. Prior to her in-house roles, Hannah practiced at a New York City law firm and at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office. She is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, where she served as managing editor of the Rutgers Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois.

James Polehna

Mr. James Polehna is Corporate Secretary and Chief Investor Relations Officer of the Company. Jim joined Kelly Services in 2001 as assistant secretary and director of Investor Relations from Citizens Banking Corporation, where, for nearly 20 years, he held various positions of increasing responsibility. As Vice President of Investor Relations, Strategic Planning and Corporate Governance, Jim monitored economic, business and political trends to determine potential impact on corporate objectives and shareholder value. During this time, he also served as an adjunct professor at Baker College.

Donald Parfet

Mr. Donald R. Parfet serves as a Lead Independent Director of Kelly Service Inc. He is Managing Director of Apjohn Group, LLC; General Partner of Apjohn Ventures Fund. Director, Rockwell Automation, Inc. and member of Audit Committee and Compensation and Management Development Committee (2008 — present). Director, Masco Corporation and member of Audit Committee.

Hirotoshi Takahashi

Mr. Hirotoshi Takahashi serves as a Director of the Company., effective August 1, 2015. Mr. Takahashi is Executive Vice President of Temp Holdings, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Intelligence, Ltd. In 2010, Temp Holdings and Kelly Services formed a strategic alliance to expand and strengthen their competitive positions in the global staffing market. Carl Camden, President and Chief Executive Officer, Kelly Services, serves as a director of Temp Holdings. Mr. Takahashi joined Intelligence as a full-time associate in 1995 after working on a part-time basis for the company while completing his undergraduate degree at Waseda University in Tokyo. He was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Intelligence in 2008. He briefly served as Director at USEN Corporation, a broadband-related infrastructure company, as a result of acquisition of Intelligence by USEN Corporation in 2008. In 2013, Temp Holdings acquired Intelligence and Mr. Takahashi was named Executive Vice President of Temp Holdings. He is also vice president of the Japan Association of HR Services Industry, an organization established for promotion and publication of Human Resource-related policies to the government and corporations in Japan.

Carol Adderley

Ms. Carol M. Adderley serves as an Independent Director of Kelly Services Inc. Ms. Adderley holds advanced degrees in the humanities and is a published author.

Gerald Adolph

Mr. Gerald S. Adolph is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Adolph served as a Senior Partner of consulting firm PwCStrategy& (formerly Booz & Company) from 2008 until his retirement in 2016, and served in a variety of leadership roles since joining Booz Allen Hamilton in 1981, including as leader of the Global Mergers & Restructuring, Global Consumer & Health, and Worldwide Chemical practice areas and as a member of the Booz Allen Hamilton board of directors from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Adolph has served on the board of directors of Cintas Corporation since 2006, where he is a member of the governance committee and is chair of the compensation committee. He has served on the board of directors of the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund since 1998 and as board co-chair since 2011. Mr. Adolph holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University and M.S. and B.S. degrees in chemical engineering and a B.S. in management science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Robert Cubbin

Mr. Robert Samuel Cubbin is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Cubbin is President and Chief Executive Officer of Meadowbrook Insurance Group and serves as a member of Meadowbrook Insurance Group's board of directors. Prior to being named President and CEO in 2002, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, and General Counsel for Meadowbrook Insurance Group and its operating subsidiaries: Star Insurance Company, Savers Property & Casualty Insurance Company, and American Indemnity Insurance Company. Mr. Cubbin joined Meadowbrook Insurance Group from Plunkett Cooney in Detroit where he specialized in insurance defense and coverage litigation. He is a graduate of Wayne State University and earned a law degree from the Detroit College of Law. Mr. Cubbin serves on the board of directors for First Merit Corporation, where he is a member of the Audit Committee. In addition, he is a member of the board of directors of Business Leaders for Michigan, a private, non-profit executive leadership organization dedicated to enhancing economic growth in Michigan.

Jane Dutton

Ms. Jane. E. Dutton serves as an Independent Director of Kelly Services Inc., since February 2004. She is an expert in the field of organization behavior and has researched and published numerous works on best practices related to engagement, commitment and productivity of employees. Her understanding of factors contributing to organizational excellence provides the Board with a vital perspective on the Company’s mission to be the world’s best workforce solutions company.

Terrence Larkin

Mr. Terrence B. Larkin serves as an Independent Director of Kelly Services Inc., since 2010. He is an attorney with thirty years experience in a business law practice. He is currently a member of the senior management team of a global manufacturing company with responsibility for legal affairs, internal audit, and global business development for mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He brings to the Board a unique combination of complex problem solving skills and global experience which should well serve the stockholders as the Company continues its transition to a global workforce solutions company.

Leslie Murphy

Ms. Leslie A. Murphy serves as an Independent Director of the Kelly Services, Inc., since February 2008. She is a certified public accountant, former chair of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and former Group Managing Partner of a major independent registered public accounting firm. The Board has determined that Ms. Murphy qualifies as an “audit committee financial expert” within the meaning of applicable SEC regulations and has the leadership skills to chair the Audit Committee. Her analytical capability, understanding of the economics and strategic elements of business and her expertise in enterprise risk management are especially valuable to the Board.
