Terence Adderley |
Mr. Terence E. Adderley serves as a Executive Chairman of the Board of Kelly Services, Inc. He has had a distinguished fifty-five year career in the staffing industry with executive management experience including many years as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. He has served as a director of publicly held companies and numerous civic and community organizations. Mr. Adderley brings to the Board a keen sense of the staffing industry, economic and labor trends and fiscal conservatism. He is a member of the Company’s founding family and represents its interests as the controlling stockholder. |
George Corona |
Mr. George S. Corona serves as a President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Kelly Services, Inc., effective as of May 10, 2017. Mr. Corona, has served since 2009 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Corona has been responsible for all of the Company’s regions and operating units, including the Americas, APAC, EMEA, the Centers of Excellence (CoE), and the Outsourcing and Consulting Group. He has also had responsibility for the Company’s Global Solutions, IT, Service and Marketing organizations. Mr. Olivier Thirot serves as a Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. He was Acting Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. He was Controller, Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Controller of the Company. In his new position, Mr. Thirot will be responsible for Corporate Accounting, Global Forecast and Budgets, Systems and Controls, and Financial oversight for Kelly's Americas Region. Ms. Kristin Supancich is Chief Human Resource Officer of the Company. Kristin Supancich most recently held the position of vice president and managing director of Global Service for Kelly Services, and prior to this, held divisional vice president roles managing Kelly's largest markets in the U.S. and Canada. With more than 25 years of staffing industry experience, Kristin possesses a deep understanding of the HR processes and programs required to achieve success. She will be accountable for leading the development of a comprehensive, world-class talent strategy with a focus on leadership, change management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, recruiting and retaining top talent, training and developing people, comp and benefits, and organizational effectiveness. She will also serve as the company's workforce strategist and talent management leader. Throughout her tenure at Kelly, Kristin has demonstrated the ability to thrive in a fast-changing organization while creating highly engaged and productive teams. She is widely recognized as an inspirational and inclusive leader, and is passionate about people and the pivotal role talent plays in an organization's success. Kristin is a graduate of the University of California at San Diego, and is a past executive member of the National Board of Directors for the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS). Teresa Carroll |
Ms. Teresa S. Carroll serves as a Executive Vice President, President of Global Talent Solutions (GTS), General Manager of Sales, Marketing and Human Resources of the Company. She previously served as the Company’s Senior Vice President and General Manager of GTS. In her new role, Ms. Carroll will be responsible for maximizing growth in the GTS operating segment, driving the Company’s sales and marketing strategy and securing the Company’s position as a premier talent destination. The GTS operating segment will report to Ms. Carroll, along with the Company’s Global Solutions, Global Solutions Design, Global Human Resources and Global Marketing functions. Ms. Carroll joined the Company in 1992. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan, and a bachelor’s of science degree in industrial engineering from the GMI Engineering and Management Institute (now Kettering University) in Michigan. |
Peter Quigley |
Mr. Peter W. Quigley serves as Executive Vice President, President of Global Staffing, General Manager of Global Information Technology, Global Business Services and Global Service of Kelly Services, Inc. Mr. Quigley previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Assistant Secretary of the Company. In his new position, Mr. Quigley will be responsible for maximizing growth in the Company’s Americas Staffing and International Staffing operating segments, driving the Company’s technology strategy and improving Company-wide efficiency and productivity. Natalia Shuman |
Ms. Natalia A. Shuman serves as a Senior Vice President, General Manager, EMEA and APAC of Kelly Services Inc., with effect from September 6, 2013. Ms. Shuman's career with Kelly Services spans all three regions of the Company through a variety of progressive leadership positions. She joined Kelly in 1997 and was responsible for launching Kelly's recruitment business in the Moscow market. Several years later, Ms. Shuman moved to New York to launch Kelly's Wall Street office and manage several branches in the New York area. In 2005, she joined Kelly's global client relationships team, where she was responsible for developing and executing solutions for Fortune 100 clients. Since 2008, Ms. Shuman has been managing global account teams and developing global programs for Kelly. For the past two years, Ms. Shuman has been serving as both Vice President of Global Solutions and Chief Operating Officer of Kelly's North Asia joint venture, TS Kelly Workforce Solutions. Ms. Shuman completed a dual Global Executive MBA program through Columbia University and the London Business School, and graduated with distinction from St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance, Russia, with a B.S. in Finance. |

Ms. Laura S. Lockhart serves as a Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, Corporate Controller of the Company. Ms. Lockhart brings more than 20 years of financial reporting experience, ranging from internal controls and SEC reporting to financial analysis and pricing strategy, to her new position. In her new role, she will have responsibility for Corporate Accounting, Global Forecast & Budgets, Finance Systems & Controls, as well as Financial Operations in Kelly’s EMEA and APAC operating regions. She joined Kelly Services in 2006 as senior director of Finance Systems & Controls and in 2008, was promoted to vice president of Internal Audit. In 2012, Ms. Lockhart was selected to lead Kelly’s Pricing and Global Solutions Finance teams. Ms. Lockhart joined Kelly from Sears Holding Corporation where she was a division vice president. Previously, Ms. Lockhart was with Borders Group as associate director of planning and reporting. She began her career as a senior financial auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers. A graduate of Penn State University, Ms. Lockhart holds a bachelor degree in Accounting and is a certified public accountant. |

Mr. Pete Boland is Chief Marketing Officer of the Company., effective January 1, 2018. Mr. Boland joins Kelly Services from BHC Consulting where, as a managing partner, he guided C-suite leaders on how to build brands that reflect customers' needs and stand out from the competition. Prior to BHC, Boland spent five years as head of brand at Charles Schwab and led the development of the award-winning "Own Your Tomorrow" platform. His experience also includes marketing leadership roles with BlackRock, Microsoft, Visa International and Procter & Gamble. Boland earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England, and an MBA in international marketing from Northeastern University in Boston. He also attended the Ecole supérieure de commerce de Reims, one of the leading business management institutions in France, obtaining a second MBA in international business. He has dual citizenship in the U.S. and U.K. |
Hannah Lim-Johnson |
Ms. Hannah Lim-Johnson is Chief Legal Officer of the Company. Hannah Lim-Johnson joins Kelly with a 20-year history at large global companies and is now responsible for leading the strategic direction of Kelly's legal and corporate security organizations. She will manage Kelly's global in-house legal team and is ultimately responsible for managing Kelly's outside counsel relationships. Hannah has broad-ranging experience in litigation, compliance, securities, bankruptcy, intellectual property, government and regulatory affairs, labor and employment matters, class actions, data privacy and antitrust issues. Before joining Kelly Services, Hannah served as deputy general counsel, chief litigation counsel and assistant corporate secretary for Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG), where she was responsible for enterprise litigation. Prior to working at PSEG, Hannah served as vice president, chief litigation counsel and chief compliance counsel for The ADT Corporation, where she was responsible for managing enterprise litigation and compliance, and reported to ADT's Audit Committee on compliance issues. Earlier in her career, Hannah served as senior litigation counsel at Tyco International, and was responsible for managing Tyco's commercial litigation, class action, bankruptcy and global intellectual property dockets. Prior to her in-house roles, Hannah practiced at a New York City law firm and at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office. She is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, where she served as managing editor of the Rutgers Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois. |

Mr. James Polehna is Corporate Secretary and Chief Investor Relations Officer of the Company. Jim joined Kelly Services in 2001 as assistant secretary and director of Investor Relations from Citizens Banking Corporation, where, for nearly 20 years, he held various positions of increasing responsibility. As Vice President of Investor Relations, Strategic Planning and Corporate Governance, Jim monitored economic, business and political trends to determine potential impact on corporate objectives and shareholder value.
