James Miller

Mr. James B. Miller, Jr., serves as a Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Southern Corp. He has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity since 1979. President of Fidelity from 1979 to April 2006. A director of Fidelity Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity, since 1976; President of Fidelity Bank from 1977 to 1997 and from December 2003 through September 2004; and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Bank from 1977 to 1997, and from December 2003 until present. Chairman of Fidelity Bank since 1998. Chairman of LionMark Insurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary, since November 2004. Chairman of Berlin American Companies and other family investment companies since 1977. A director of Interface, Inc., the world’s largest carpet tile manufacturing company, since 2000, and of American Software Inc., a software development company, since 2002.

Charles Christy

Mr. Charles D. Christy serves as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Principal Financial and Accounting Officer of the Company. Mr. Christy joins the Company from CoastalSouth Bancshares, Inc. (“CSB”), where he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the past seven years. Prior to joining CSB, Mr. Christy was the Chief Financial Officer of Citizens Republic Bancorp (“CRBC”), a large regional bank with over 240 branches in four states. He was with CRBC for over eight years as it grew to over $14 billion in assets. Prior to joining CRBC, Mr. Christy was with Bank One for over 12 years holding a number of key leadership positions as either Chief Financial Officer or Treasurer in divisions and key lines of business while Bank One grew from $30 billion to over $285 billion in assets. Before joining Bank One, Mr. Christy spent seven years in healthcare consulting with Deloitte & Touche and served as controller in a privately-held manufacturing operating for five years in Cincinnati.

Mr. H. Palmer Proctor, Jr., serves as a Chief Executive officer of Fidelity Bank a subsidiary of Fidelity Southern Corporation effective April 27, 2017. He is Founder and President of Choate Construction Company, a commercial construction and interior construction firm with offices headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, since 1989.
