Biographies

Name Description

Christian Louis-Victor

Mr. Christian Louis-Victor serves as Independent Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Patrimoine et Commerce SCA. He graduated in Civil Engineering. He started his career at Compagnie Generale des Eaux and then moved to Group Pinault in 1985 as Chairman and CEO of construction activities. In 1988 he created Groupe Louis-Victor and in 1991 Compagnie Europeenne de Garanties Immobilieres (CEGI). In 2000, he merged CEGI within Groupe Caisses d’Epargne and founed in 2006, the Compagnie Europeenne de Garanties et Cautions CEGC, a subsidiary of Natixis/BPCE. Currently, he is Director of Financiere Quarre and Sum Tech as well as Chairman of Groupe ESPI.

Eric Duval

Mr. Eric Duval serves as a Manager of Patrimoine et Commerce SCA. Prior to that position he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is a founder, Chairman and main shareholder of Financiere Duval and the founder and Sole Partner of IMFINED.

Jean-Michel Boukhers

Mr. Jean-Michel Boukhers serves as Independent Member of the Supervisory Board at Patrimoine et Commerce SCA as of June 27, 2011. Jean-Hubert Moitry

Mr. Jean-Hubert Moitry has served as Independent Member of the Supervisory Board at Patrimoine et Commerce SCA since December 4, 2009. He is a graduate of Ecole Normale Superieure in Classical Civilization and obtained a degree in Law from Universite de Paris II and a degree from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. Pierre-Andre Perissol

Mr. Pierre-Andre Perissol has been Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Patrimoine et Commerce SCA since March 18, 2015. He was President of the council of the French Development Agency (Conseil d’administration de l’Agence Francaise de Developpement) until 2013 and he is a former student of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees. During his career, Mr Perissol notably founded the Credit Immobilier de France (1990-1995) and the Arcade group (1977-1995). In 1983 he began his political career. He held various political posts, one of the latest being Minister of Housing from 1995 to 1997.

Eric Ranjard

Mr. Eric Ranjard serves as Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Patrimoine et Commerce SCA as of December 16, 2010. He is Chairman of company's Investment Committee. He graduated from Ecole Speciale des Travaux Publics in Engineering. He started his career as a project engineer and was Director of Development within SEGECE (Societe d'Etudes et de Gestion de Centres d'Equipement). He became Chairman and CEO of SEGECE Promotion in 1992 and Deputy CEO of SEGECE in 1994. In 1997, he was appointed as Vice Chairman and CEO of SEGECE within the Paribas group. In 1998, he became a Member of the Management Board of Klepierre before becoming Chairman of SEGECE, now a subsidiary of Klepierre and BNP Paribas. In 2001, he became the Chairman of overseas subsidiaries of SEGECE and in 2003, he was nominated as Vice Chairman of the Management Board of Klepierre. From 2006 to 2007 he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SEGECE and its subsidiaries. In 2008 he was appointed Chairman of Unibail Rodamco Participations. He is also Honorary Chairman of the Conseil National des Centres Commerciaux and President of the Jury des Janus du Commerce (French Design Institute) as of 2005. He is a Knight of the Ordre National du Merite and of the Ordre National de la Legion d’Honneur as of 2010.

Marianne Robbe

Ms. Marianne Robbe has been Independent Member of the Supervisory Board at Patrimoine et Commerce SCA representing BMR Holding since March 7, 2017. She serves also as Manager of Tarnaise.

Marie Tournier

Ms. Chantal du Rivau has been Member of the Supervisory Board representing Predica at Patrimoine et Commerce SCA since July 30, 2014. She is Member of company's Investment Committee and since September 29, 2014 she has been Member of the Remuneration Committee. She began her career at Groupe des Populaires d’Assurances (GPA) where she was in charge of the management of the real estate heritage, then she held the same function at la Compagnie d’Assurances « La France » and at group Mornay. In 2009 she joined Credit Agricole Assurances. She is Chairwoman of several real estate investment schemes (OPCIs) and she serves as director in different real estate structures.

Lydia Le Clair

Ms. Lydia Le Clair has served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Patrimoine et Commerce SCA since July 9, 2009. She has been Member of company's Audit Committee since February 24, 2010.
