Name Description

Nelson Queiroz Tanure

Mr. Nelson Queiroz Tanure serves as Chairman of the Board of the Company. He joined the company in 2014 where he actively participated in the restructuring of the Company and since May 2018 is the CEO of PetroRio. Previously, he worked at Docas Investimentos, where he led acquisitions, turnarounds and mergers and acquisitions of telecommunications, infrastructure and financial companies. He holds a degree in economics from Boston College / IBMEC.

Roberto Bernardes Monteiro

Mr. Roberto Bernardes Monteiro serves as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director of the Company. In addition to Chief Financial Officer and New Businesses Director, currently cumulated with that of Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations at OGX Petróleo e Gás and Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations for OSX, in the shipping and offshore business. Mr. Monteiro held various previous positions at America Latina Logística – ALL, including Operations Director and Executive Director for Argentina. Mr. Monteiro holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP – São Carlos), and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University – Tepper School.

Emiliano Gomes

Mr. Emiliano Fernandes Lourenco Gomes serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Fernandes is PetroRio’s Legal, Regulatory and Administrative Director. He joined the Group in 2015 and was an integral part of the turnaround process. He has previously worked at Vesper, Docas Investimentos, Globo.com, and Intelig, where he was Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer. Mr. Fernandes is a lawyer, graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and has a post-graduate degree in Business Law from IBMEC Rio de Janeiro and in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from FGV Rio de Janeiro.

Francilmar Fernandes

Mr. Francilmar Fernandes serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Francilmar has held various positions since joining the Company, including well engineer, drilling manager and operations manager. Professional with over 16 years of experience in the oil industry. He actively participated in the PetroRio turnaround, having been one of the main responsible for the workover work performed in 2016 at Polvo Field, and in the success of the 2018 Drilling Campaign. Previously, he served as drill manager at Perbras - Brazilian Drilling Company. Mr. Francisco Francilmar holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UFPB and has a degree in business administration from UFPB, having a specialization in Petroleum Engineering from UNP and an MBA in project management from FGV.

George Kassab

Mr. George Kassab serves as Investor Relations Officer of the Company. Mr. George joined the Company in April 2017, holding the position of Investor Relations Manager until elected as IRO. He has held several senior positions in companies such as White Martins, PwC and was Investor Relations at Wilson Sons before becoming Controller and legal representative for Swire Pacific Offshore in Brazil. George has a degree in Business Administration from PUC-Rio and an MSc. in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom.

Marcia De Azevedo

Ms. Marcia Cordeiro De Azevedo serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Márcia Raquel Cordeiro de Azevedo is a partner at Falconi Consultores de Resultado and has worked for more than 20 years as a management consultant in projects in the segments of oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical, civil construction, education, entertainment, transportation, third sector, hospitals, telecommunications, dairy and state and municipal governments. Ms. Azevedo teaches Process Management, Routine Management and Results Management courses. She has a business degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, with a specialization in organizations and human resources management, and an MBA in finance from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

Felipe Dias

Mr. Felipe Villela Dias serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Dias is a partner at Visagio where he works as a specialist in finance and investments. He was a board member at Smiles Fidelidade S.A. He was a partner at Squadra Investimentos for ten years, specialized in civil construction, logistics, aviation and loyalty programs areas. During his tenure at Squadra, he also held the position of Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer at Brasil Brokers Participações S.A. for one year. Mr. Villela Dias holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ, with a specialization in logistics from Coppead. He is an independent member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Technos S.A., Santos Brasil Participações S.A., and Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. – ELETROBRAS.

Gustavo Gattass

Mr. Gustavo Rocha Gattass serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Gustavo Gattass was a partner responsible for the company analysis team at the investment bank BTG Pactual, and also an analyst responsible for coverage of the oil and gas sector in Latin America at BTG Pactual from 2009 to May 2015. Previously, held the same position as analyst at UBS Pactual (2006/2009), an investment bank. He also worked as an analyst responsible for the coverage of the electricity and sanitation sector for the UBS bank (2000/2006), having worked as an assistant analyst for these sectors for UBS and ICATU banks (1996/2000). Mr. Gattass is a member of the Board of Directors of Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais (Copasa-MG), Omega Geração SA, BTG Pactual, UBS Pactual, UBS and ICATU. Gustavo Gattass was recognized as one of the top three analysts in the sectors covered both in Latin America and in Brazil on several occasions during the last 10 years by Institutional Investor magazine and, with the company analysis team, also recognized among the top three throughout of the last few years.

Felipe Silva

Mr. Felipe Bueno Da Silva serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Silva has worked for the past 5 years as the main partner and executive of BX Capital, working in several stressed credit operations, legal fees purchasing, long-term funding within government agencies and buying state and federal court bonds. Mr. Bueno da Silva has also worked with M&A operations and debt restructuring, including that of Oi Telefonia, ZPMC Holdings and BTG Pactual. He is an active investor in local and international markets.
