Name Description

Rubens Ometto Silveira Mello

Mr. Rubens Ometto Silveira Mello serves as Chairman of the Board of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. He is the chairman of the Cosan S.A. and Cosan Limited Boards of Directors. Mr. Mello has more than 30 years of experience in managing large companies and in the administrative and financial areas. He has also served as managing director and chairman of the Board of Directors of Costa Pinto S.A. since 1980, vice-president of Pedro Ometto S.A. - Administração e Participações since 1980, executive officer and board member of Cosan Operadora Portuária S.A. since 1998, chairman of the Board of Directors of FBA - Franco Brasileira de Açúcar e Álcool since 2001, and CEO and board member at Da Barra since 2002. He also serves as a board member at UNICA - the Federation of Sugarcane Industries of São Paulo State. Prior to joining us, Mr. Mello served on the Board of Directors of UNIBANCO - União de Bancos Brasileiros S.A. from 1971 to 1973 and, from 1973 to 1980, he was the finance director for Indústrias Votorantim S.A. He holds a degree in mechanical production engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (1972).

Julio Fontana

Mr. Julio Fontana Neto serves as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Mar 6, 2015. He has over 25 years of experience in managing positions and as CEO at national and multinational, mid-sized and large companies in the steel/metallurgical, infrastructure and logistics industries. Marcos Marinho Lutz

Mr. Marcos Marinho Lutz serves as Vice Chairman of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Mar 6, 2015. Before joining Cosan, he served as the Infrastructure and Energy Officer at CSN for four years and was a member of the Board of Directors of MRS Logística, CFN Railways and Ita Energética. Before that, he was the Operations Officer of Ultracargo S.A., the Ultra Group's logistics subsidiary. Mr. Lutz holds a Master's degree in business administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a bachelor's degree in naval engineering from the Polytechnic School at the University of São Paulo.

Jose Cezario Menezes de Barros Sobrinho

Mr. Jose Cezario Menezes de Barros Sobrinho serves as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Investor Relations of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Mar 3, 2015. He joined Cosan in Oct 2009 as Director of Accounting and Risk Management. In his career, he worked at other large corporations (Embraer, BR Foods and Coca-Cola FEMSA) and also in audit firms (PwC and Deloitte). He holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Vila Velha and a master's degree in Business Management from FGV-RJ, with CRC in Brazil and the title of American Public Accountant (CPA).

Darlan Fabio de David

Mr. Darlan Fabio de David serves as Chief Operational Officer of South Operations of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Mar 3, 2015. He has more than fifteen years of experience in the rail sector, having started as a trainee at ALL in 1998 and worked for six years at MRS Logística. He was also the chief executive officer of Rift Valley Railways and is currently our vice-president for operations at Malha Oeste and Malha Sul. He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, a MBA in logistics, operations and services from COPPEAD (the business school of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro), a MBA in business management from the Dom Cabral Foundation and a has completed an executive development program at IMD in Switzerland.

Daniel Rockenbach

Mr. Daniel Rockenbach serves as Chief Operational Officer of North Operations of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Mar 3, 2015. He joined Rumo four years ago. In 2011, he was appointed director of commercial and operational matters, a post which he occupied until July 2013 when he became chief executive officer of Rumo. Mr. Rockenbach has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Pontificia Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul as well as a post-graduate degree in marketing from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. During the course of his career, Mr. Rockenbach has worked at companies such as Ambev, ALL (as a corporate manager responsible for the mining, metallurgy and agriculture sectors) and MRS Logística (as an industrialized products manager).

Eduaro Pellegrina

Mr. Eduardo Pellegrina Filho serves as Vice President of Human Resources of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Mar 3, 2015. He has been since July 2014 (by which point he had worked for approximately sixteen years in human resource). Mr. Pellegrina Filho has a bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering from the State University of Campinas, which he received in 1982, as well a doctorate in technology from the University of California, Davis.

Fabricio Degani

Mr. Fabricio Degani serves as an Executive Director of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Mar 3, 2015. He is an engineer. He joined Rumo in September 2010 as planning manager (PCP). In 2013, he was appointed director of Ports and Terminals. He has over 15 years of experience in logistics of commodities, having worked for companies such as Copersucar, Monsanto and Coca-Cola. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia and the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon (France), the executive also has an MBA in Business Management from FGV and post graduate degree in Logistics from the Federal University of Uberlândia.

Pedro Marcus Lira Palma

Mr. Pedro Marcus Lira Palma serves as Executive Director of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Mar 3, 2015. He is director for commercial and operational matters at Rumo, and has been since June 2013. He had previously spent fifteen years at Votorantim, where he held various positions including general manager for logistics at Votorantim Cimentos. As general manager for logistics, Mr. Palma was responsible for managing Votorantim Cimentos’s logistics operations in Brazil, which included 44 distribution centers, 26 factory dispatch facilities and operations in nine ports. While at Votorantim, Mr. Palma was also corporate finance manager, a financial and risk strategy manager, a planning manager and a commercial manager, among other positions. Mr. Palma has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Federal University of Pernambuco, a specialization in corporate management from the FGV and a MBA from the London Business School.

Marcelo Eduardo Martins

Mr. Marcelo Eduardo Martins serves as the Director of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Mar 6, 2015. He also holds the position of chief financial and investor relations officer of Cosan Limited and serves on Cosan Limited’s board of directors. His duties include identifying acquisition opportunities and implementing takeovers as well as business development activities for which the company may have strategic interest in the future. In July 2007, Mr. Martins was appointed as an executive officer of Aguassanta Participações S.A. Prior to joining the Cosan Group, Mr. Martins was the Chief Financial and Business Development Officer of Votorantim Cimentos between July 2003 and July 2007 and, prior to that, head of Latin American Fixed Income at Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup) in New York. He has significant experience in capital markets, having worked at Citibank (where he began his career as a trainee in 1989), Unibanco, UBS and FleetBoston. He has a degree in business administration from the FGV, majoring in finance.

Abel Gregorei Halpern

Mr. Abel Gregorei Halpern serves as the Member of the Board of Directors of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Mar 6, 2015. He is a partner at TPG Capital, a global private equity fund. Mr. Halpern is responsible for TPG Capital’s activities in Europe, Brazil, Latin America and Africa, as well as its activities in the fields of mining and agricultural commodities. Mr. Halpern was previously a consultant for Bain & Company, among other things. Mr. Halpern is a member of the consultative committee of the Jackson Institute for Global Affairs at Yale University and of Yale School of Music, among other non-profit activities. Mr. Halpern received a bachelor of arts degree (magna cum laude) from Yale University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Burkhard Otto Cordes

Mr. Burkhard Otto Cordes serves as the Member of the Board of Directors of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Mar 6, 2015. He has been a member of the board of directors since 2005 and of Cosan Limited’s board of directors since 2008. Mr. Cordes has worked in financial markets. He worked at Banco BBM S.A., a company owned by Grupo Mariani, where he worked at its commercial division focusing corporate and middle market segments. Before holding his current position, he had worked at IBM Brasil in its financial division. Mr. Cordes is Mr. Mello’s son-in-law. He graduated in business administration from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (1997) and he holds a master’s degree in finance from IBMEC-SP (2001).

Nelson Roseira Gomes

Mr. Nelson Roseira Gomes Neto serves as the Member of the Board of Directors of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Mar 6, 2015. He joined Exxon Mobil Corporation in 1991 as a trainee. Throughout the course of his career, he has served in positions of increasing managerial responsibility in several business lines such as Fuels Marketing, Convenience Retailing, Natural Gas, and since 2001 part of Lubricants business. In February 2008 he was appointed Brazil Lubricants Officer to Esso Brasileira de Petroleo Limitada, and in December 2008, Lubricants Vice President. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Catholic University (1992), a master’s degree in corporate finance from PUC – IAG Master (1998) and a master’s degree in business administration from COPPEAD (2001).

Marcelo de Souza Scarcela Portela

Mr. Marcelo de Souza Scarcela Portela serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Mar 6, 2015. He is the legal vice president, and a member of the board of directors of Cosan Limited. Mr. Riccardo Arduini serves as the Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Mar 6, 2015. He is also a member of the board of São Carlos Empreedimentos e Participações S.A. (since 1999), a real estate investment company active in Brazil. In addition, he is a vice-president of CINPAL – Cia. Industrial de Peças Automóveis, a company active in the automotive sector. Mailson Ferreira da Nobrega

Mr. Mailson Ferreira da Nobrega serves as the Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Mar 6, 2015. He is board of directors of Cosan S.A. since November 2007. He is an economist and was Brazil’s Minister of Finance from 1988 to 1990. He was previously Technical Consultant and Chief of Project Analysis Department at Banco do Brasil; Coordination Chief of Economic Affairs of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance. He performed as the chief executive officer of the European Brazilian Bank—EUROBRAZ, in London. Mr. Nóbrega is also member of the board of directors of the following companies: Abyara Planejamento Imobiliário, CSU Cardsystem S.A., Grendene S.A., Portobello S.A., Rodobens Negócios Imobiliários S.A., TIM Participações S.A. and Veracel Celulose S.A.

Wilson Ferro de Lara

Mr. Wilson Ferro de Lara serves as the Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Apr 24, 2015. He has been chairman of the board of ALL- América Latina Logística Malha Sul S.A. (from 2010 to 2015), chairman of the board of ALL- América Latina Logística Malha Norte S.A. (from 2007 to 2015), ALL- América Latina Logística Malha Paulista S.A. (from 2008 to 2015) and ALL- América Latina Logística Malha Oeste S.A. (from 2008 to 2015).He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Federal University of Paraná (having graduated in 1979) and a master’s degree in business administration from the Pontificia Catholic University of Paraná.

Fabio Lopes Alves

Mr. Fabio Lopes Alves serves as the Independent Director of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since October 11, 2016. Between 1996 and 1998, Mr. Fabio Alves served as CEO of Celpe - Companhia Energética de Pernambuco, in 2003 he was head of the Office of the Presidency at Chesf - Companhia Hidro Elétrica de São Fransico. In 2014 he worked as Financial Administrative Director at Transporte Energia - TNE. He is an electrical engineer, graduated from the School of Engineering of the Federal University of Pernambuco -EE / UFPE and post-graduate in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco - UFPE.

Delvio Joaquim Lopes de Brito

Mr. Delvio Joaquim Lopes de Brito serves as the Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A since Apr 24, 2015. Over the past five years, Mr. Lopes de Brito has worked as a senior auditor of Caixa Econômica Federal, a member of the board of ALL (from July 2014 to 2015) and is also currently the director of benefits of FUNCEF (a major Brazilian pension fund). He has a bachelor’s degree in law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais.

Joilson Rodrigues Ferreira

Mr. Joilson Rodrigues Ferreira serves as the Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Rumo Logistica Operadora Multimodal S.A. since Apr 24, 2015. Over the last five years, he has served in a variety of positions including: as a member of the boards of CPFL Energia (2003 to 2005), Coelba – Companhia de Eletricidade do Estado da Bahia (since 2005), Celp – Companhia Energética de Pernambuco (since 2005) and Metalúrgica Turpy S.A. (since 2011), as well as a director of Invepar (since 2012).
