Paolo Castellacci

Dr. Paolo Castellacci is Chairman of the Board of Sesa S.p.A. since February 22, 2013. After obtaining a high school diploma he graduated in Political Science at the University of Florence. Following some brief work experiences, in 1973 Paolo Castellacci is the founder of SeSa Snc, a data processing and service company for industrial and commercial companies in Tuscany. In 1975 he set up, together with some of the main entrepreneurs in the information technology sector, the Anasin (National Association of IT Services, today Assinform) where he is still in charge of the National Council. In 1983 SeSa became IBM Agency and in a few years, IBM's main business partner for solutions aimed at Italian SMEs. In 1994 SeSa contributed to the establishment of Computer Gross, an IT distributor with its main office in Empoli. The Company of which Paolo Castellacci holds the position of President was born from the partnership between some of the most important IBM agencies of the moment and in a short time, thanks to the distribution contracts of the reference Vendors on the ICT market (IBM, Microsoft, HP, Oracle, Cisco ) becomes the largest Italian distributor of IT value. He holds the office of Chairman of the Board of Directors of SeSa SpA with powers of ordinary administration regarding the strategic management of vendors and suppliers, procedural representation and institutional relations. Alessandro Fabbroni

He dedicates himself to the development of the software and maintenance areas, also holding the offices of president of Delta Phi Sigla S.r.l. and Incos Toscana S.r.l. In the 1990s it promotes the establishment of Computer Var and Computer Var Services (of which it holds the position of Chairman) and the development of the related commercial networks. In 2008 promotes the establishment of Var Group S.p.A. which centralises the management of the business of the SeSa group for the software and system integration sector towards end users and the coordination of the commercial network. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Var Group S.p.A. He is also Executive Vice President of SeSa S.p.A. with delegation to powers of ordinary administration for the management of investments in the Software and System Integration (SSI) sector, SSI Division.

Angelica Pelizzari

Ms. Angelica Pelizzari is Non-Executive Director of Sesa S.p.A. since February 22, 2013. She has served as Director of Gruppo Immobiliare.it Srl since June 2012. Since May 2004 she is Sole Director of Anthos Vermogenserwaltung Gmbh. Between November 2003 and August 2005 she was Sole Director and Liquidator of Lusfina SpA. Between December 2006 and December 2009 she was Director of Sinpar Holding SA. Since February 2005 she is Advisor for Electa Financial Engineering SpA. She graduated in Business Administration from Universita degli studi di Brescia and obtained a Masters in Finance and Economics from Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milano.

Eng. Luigi Gola is Independent Director of Sesa S.p.A. since July 15, 2013. He graduated in Engineering and worked for over thirty years at IBM. He was Chairman of the Directive Committee of Zucchetti SpA between 2006 and 2008. He has covered a number of roles in the Thera Group and in the Sarema Group.

Ms. Angela Oggionni is Independent Director at SeSa S.p.A. In 2004 she became part of Electa Group - an independent company specialized in deal structuring, M & A advisory and support for private equity players - joining the Milan team of Electa Italy. She has cooperated with the international business unit of the group assisting the European PE and VC funds focused on southern European markets, coordinating technical and legal aspects and IR activities on investments in Italy. She is Passionate about cutting-edge projects, such as those promoted and developed by Electa in recent years, contributed among others to the definition and development of activities related to the so-called Private Equity segment tail-ends. Since 2009 she was responsible for the structuring, promotion and implementation of pioneering investment operations as Made in Italy 1, the first Special Purpose Acquisition Company incorporated under Italian law which resulted in Sesa listing on the alternative market of the Italian Stock Exchange capital - AIM Italy, and IPO Challenger, pre-booking next-generation company considered the evolution of the Italian model of SPAC, which in January 2015 Italian Wine Brands listed on the AIM market Italy. She is member of the Governing Council AISPAC, the Italian Association of SPAC founded in 2013, IPO Challenger administrator and Italian Wine Brands. She graduated cum laude in Linguistic Sciences - International Management at the Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milano.

Giovanna Zanotti

Prof. Giovanna Zanotti, Ph.D. is Independent Director of Sesa S.p.A. since February 22, 2013. She graduated in Social Sciences and Economic Sciences from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and obtained a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the same university. She is Associate Professor at Universita degli Studi di Bergamo and SDA Bocconi Professor in Banking and Insurance. She published a number of her writings on national and international journals.
