Name Description

Andrew McEvoy

Mr. Andrew McEvoy serves as Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of SeaLink Travel Group Ltd. Mr. McEvoy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Melbourne and a Masters in Communications from City University in London. Mr. McEvoy has extensive experience in the tourism sector, having held management positions with both Tourism Australia and the South Australian Tourist Commission. Most recently he was Managing Director, Life Media & Events at Fairfax Media, where he managed the new business portfolio, including events and content marketing. Mr. McEvoy is Chair of Great Walks of Australia and of the Wine Australia Export Advisor Panel and was Chair of the Adelaide Riverbank Authority until 30 June 2018. His other Directorships are Lux Group and Ingenia Communities. Mr. McEvoy has been awarded Life Membership of TTF Australia (Tourism and Transport Forum). Prior to that Mr. McEvoy was Managing Director of Tourism Australia, Chief Executive of the South Australian Tourist Commission and Executive General Manager of Tourism Australia. Andrew is a member of the Company’s Remuneration and Nominations Committee.

Jeffrey Ellison

Mr. Jeffrey Roy Ellison serves as Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Executive Director of Sealink Travel Group Ltd. Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Executive Director of Sealink Travel Group Ltd. Mr. Ellison holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from the University of South Australia, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Institute of Company Directors. He has held the position of Chief Executive Officer since 1997 and was appointed Managing Director in 2008. Mr. Ellison is a member on the South Australian Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium Board and a Director of Solstice Media Ltd. Mr. Ellison is a former member of the South Australian Tourism Commission, Tourism Australia International Industry Advisory Panel, Tourism and Transport Forum Australia and the Adelaide Convention Centre.

Andrew Muir

Mr. Andrew David Muir is Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration with substantial experience across ASX-listed and non-listed companies in a number of industries. He comes to SeaLink from his current position as a consultant to E&A Limited (EAL), having re-joined that company in 2015. Prior to this he held various financial and commercial senior management positions including ASX-listed Hills Limited (HIL) as Group General Manager of Business Development between 2003-2008, and then CFO and Company Secretary between 2008-2011 following his role as a Director at E&A Limited between 1998-2003.

Anthony Hayes

Mr. Anthony Hayes is Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He has an extensive tourism and transport background, most recently as CEO of Fantasea Cruising Sydney. Prior to this role, he was Global Managing Director of AAT Kings, CEO of Tourism Queensland and previously worked at Qantas Airways as Regional Manager of Central Europe.

Paul Blewett

Mr. Paul Wesley Blewett is General Counsel of the Company. He is no longer Company Secretary of the company effective early July 2018. Prior to joining SeaLink as General Counsel and Company Secretary, Mr Blewett was Regional General Counsel and Company Secretary for Boart Longyear Limited. Mr Blewett has also held a number of similar positions with other ASX listed companies, following private legal practice with Lynch Meyer in South Australia.

Donna Gauci

Ms. Donna Gauci serves as General Manager - SeaLink South Australia of Sealink Travel Group Ltd. She joined SeaLink’s New Zealand business in 2005 as General Manager where she had overall responsibility for the entire operation reporting to SeaLink’s Managing Director. She transformed SeaLink’s New Zealand business into a profitable business unit until its sale in 2011 at which stage, Donna returned to Australia and took charge as General Manager of SeaLink’s business in South Australia. Prior to her 8 years with SeaLink, Donna worked 21 years in the tourism industry both in New Zealand and Australia starting as a retail consultant and working her way to General Manager Sales at Great Southern Rail. Prior to that role, she was the Chief Executive Officer for Proud Australia, the operator of the Proud Mary River Murray paddle steamer.

Anthony Haworth

Mr. Anthony Haworth serves as General Manager - Captain Cook Cruises, New South Wales of Sealink Travel Group Ltd. He is responsible for the daily operation of a fleet of 13 vessels on Sydney Harbour and the Murray River. Anthony has over 35 years of direct experience within the cruise, tourism and hospitality industries. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Anthony also trained as a Master Class 4, an Engineer and in Hotel Management. Anthony is also a non-Executive Director of Captain Cook Cruises Fiji. Anthony is also Vice President of the Commercial Vessels Association of NSW.

Paul Victory

Mr. Paul Victory serves as General Manager - SeaLink North Queensland and Northern Territory of Sealink Travel Group Ltd., Since 1990. Paul has worked in a variety of roles in tourism including working for Contiki UK in London, the Victorian Local Government sector particularly across North Eastern Victoria and for the South Australian Tourism Commission in 2000. Paul developed the Great Australian Outback Cattle Drive as the key event of The Year of the Outback in 2002 winning Tourism and Marketing Awards for his work. Paul joined SeaLink in 2003, leading a number of business divisions, including National and International sales. Paul has extensive Regional Tourism sales and Industry Board experience and has led SeaLink’s team into the China market. He has been in charge of the Company's SeaLink Queensland business since December 2011. Paul has a Masters Degree from Victoria University, Melbourne in 1997 having undertaken Post Graduate Business Marketing Studies at Edith Cowan University, Perth and undergraduate study in Adelaide.

Joanne McDonald

Ms. Joanne McDonald is Additional Company Secretary, Legal Counsel of the Company. Prior to joining SeaLink as Legal Counsel and Company Secretary, Ms McDonald was Executive Manager Corporate Governance and Company Secretary for ElectraNet Pty Ltd. Ms McDonald has over 25 years‘ experience in commercial and corporate law including holding senior legal and commercial positions with other listed and statutory corporations. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide.

Terry Dodd

Mr. Terry J. Dodd serves as Non-Executive Director of Sealink Travel Group Ltd., since March 28, 2011. Mr. Dodd has extensive experience in business management and the marine industry. After qualifying as a commercial diver in the USA and working as a commercial diver in the onshore and offshore oil and gas industry, he successfully established a recreational diving business and a travel agency in North Queensland. Mr. Dodd is Managing Director of Pacific Marine Group Pty Ltd, one of Australia's largest marine construction and commercial diving companies. Mr. Dodd was previously Managing Director of Sunferries, a ferry transport business based in Townsville, prior to its sale to SeaLink in March 2011 when Mr. Dodd joined the Board of SeaLink. Mr. Dodd is also Vice Chairperson on the Board of the Australian Festival of Chamber Music based in Townsville.

Christopher Smerdon

Mr. Christopher (Chris) David Smerdon serves as Non-Executive Director of Sealink Travel Group Ltd., since May 13, 2004. Mr. Smerdon has extensive experience in the Information Technology and Cyber Security field. He is currently Managing Director of Vectra Corporation, a company that provides specialist Cyber Security services to organisations handling sensitive data, financial information and large volumes of credit card transactions. Clients include banks, telcos, utilities and large retailers. Mr. Smerdon was previously Managing Director of Protech Australasia Pty Ltd, a national Information Technology systems integrator. Other Directorships currently held by Mr. Smerdon are with Tourism & Allied Holdings Pty Ltd and Aquaport Corporation. He is a former member of the South Australian Government Motorsport Board. Mr. Smerdon joined the Board in 2002 and is a member of the Company’s Audit and Risk Committee.

Fiona Hele

Ms. Fiona Hele serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Hele is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in both the private and corporate sector specialising in strategic and business planning, risk management and corporate governance. Ms. Hele is currently a Board member of the Adelaide Venue Management Corporation, Celsus Securitisation, Prime Q and South Australian Water Corporation. Previous directorships include the South Australian Tourism Commission, Adelaide Fringe Festival and Perks & Associates. Ms. Hele joined the Board in 2016 and is Chair of the Company’s Audit and Risk Committee.

Andrea Staines

Ms. Andrea J. Staines serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Ms Staines has extensive experience in the transport sector and is a former CEO of Australian Airlines, which she co-launched in 2002. Ms Staines currently sits on the Boards of QIC, Goodstart Early Learning, Uniting Care Queensland, the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation and Tourism Australia. Ms Staines has held previous directorships with Aurizon Holdings Ltd, Australian Rail Track Corporation, Gladstone Ports Corporation, North Queensland Airports, Allconnex Water, Early Learning Services and Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation. Ms Staines joined theBoard in 2016 and is Chair of the Company’s Remuneration and Nomination Committee and a member of the Company’s Audit and Risk Committee.
