Name Description

Sheila Murray

Ms. Sheila A. Murray serves as Independent Chairman of the Board of the Company. She is a graduate of Queens University (B.Comm and LLB). Ms. Murray has recently retired as the President of CI Financial Corp. and had a distinguished career practicing corporate and securities law prior to joining CI. She was elected to Teck's Board in 2018.

Donald Lindsay

Mr. Donald Richard Lindsay serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. He joined Teck as President in January 2005, was appointed to the Board in February 2005 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in April 2005. He is a graduate of Queens University (B.Sc., Hons.) and Harvard Business School (M.B.A.). He is currently a director of Manulife Financial Corporation. Mr. Lindsay was employed by CIBC World Markets Inc. (investment banking) from 1985 to 2004 where he was President of CIBC World Markets Inc., Head of Investment and Corporate Banking and Head of the Asia Pacific Region.

Norman Keevil

Mr. Norman B. Keevil III serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Company. He was appointed to the Board of Teck in 1997 and was appointed Vice Chair in October 2018. He graduated from the University of British Columbia (B.A. Sc.) with a Mechanical Engineering degree. Mr. Keevil is President of Boydel Wastewater Technologies Inc., a B.C. based clean technology company specializing in advanced wastewater treatment technology for industrial and municipal water treatment plants. Prior to joining Boydel, Mr. Keevil was Chief Operating Officer at Sunpump Solar Inc. and President of Poncho Wilcox Engineering. He is a director of Lupaka Gold Corp.

Ronald Millos

Mr. Ronald Allen Millos serves as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President - Finance of the Company. He was previously Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fording Canadian Coal Trust, Fording LP (formerly known as Fording Inc.) and Elk Valley Coal Corporation.

Dean Winsor

Mr. Dean C. Winsor serves as Chief Human Resource Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. He has been Vice President, Human Resources since November 2012. Mr. Winsor, who has more than 24 years of experience in the mining industry, joined Teck in 1999 and most recently held the position of general manager, human resources, before being appointed acting vice-president, human resources in August, 2012. He holds a master of business administration from Simon Fraser University and a supply chain management professional designation from the Purchasing Management Association of Canada.

H. Fraser Phillips

Mr. H. Fraser Phillips serves as Senior Vice President - Investor Relations and Strategic Analysis of the Company. Mr. Phillips most recently held the position of Managing Director, Global Mining Research, with RBC Capital Markets and brings to the role more than 30 years of experience in mining industry research and analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Mining Engineering from Queen's University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.

Mr. Dale E. Andres serves as Senior Vice President - Base Metals of the Company. Previously Senior Vice President Copper since June 2013 and previously Vice President, Copper Strategy & North American Operations.

Alexander Christopher

Mr. Alexander N. Christopher serves as Senior Vice President - Exploration, Projects and Technical Services of the Company. Previously Vice President Exploration. He joined Teck's Exploration Group in 1984 and most recently held the position of General Manager, New Ventures within Teck's Corporate Development Group. He holds a Bachelor's of Science Honours Degree in Geology from McMaster University.

Real Foley

Mr. Real Foley serves as Senior Vice President - Marketing and Logistics of the Company. Mr. Foley brings to the role more than 30 years of marketing and logistics experience in the mining industry. He joined Teck in 2008 as Vice President, Marketing, Coal and was appointed Vice President, Marketing with responsibility for Coal and Base Metals in 2018. Mr. Foley holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Montréal and a Master of Business Administration, jointly from the University of Montréal and Simon Fraser University.

Andrew Golding

Mr. Andrew J. Golding serves as Senior Vice President - Corporate Development of the Company. Previously Commercial Vice President, BHP Billiton Energy Coal Mr. Golding holds a Master of Metallurgy from the University of Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD.

Kieron McFadyen

Mr. Kieron McFadyen serves as Senior Vice President, Energy of the Company. In his new role, he will provide leadership and direction to Teck’s energy business unit to achieve the company’s short-, medium- and longer-term business objectives for its oil sands assets. He will also develop and implement overall business and growth strategies for Energy consistent with the company’s overall strategy. Mr. McFadyen brings to the role a strong technical background with more than 30 years of operational and commercial experience, particularly within large-scale, multi-functional energy assets. Prior to joining Teck, he held numerous senior-level positions within the energy industry, including Executive Vice President and President, Upstream Oil and Gas with Cenovus Energy and Group Vice President, Non-Operated Ventures with Royal Dutch Shell plc. Mr. McFadyen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasgow in Scotland.

Andrew Milner

Mr. Andrew K. Milner serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Transformation Officer of the Company. Mr. Milner brings to the role more than 25 years of experience and expertise in strategy development and delivery of technology production systems globally. He most recently held the position of Vice President, Technology Production Systems with BHP. In an earlier role, Mr. Milner was also General Manager and Global Practice Leader, Innovation Delivery at Rio Tinto. Mr. Milner holds a Bachelor of Commerce (focus: Economics) from the University of Queensland, Australia and a Master of Engineering (focus: Project Management) from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Peter Rozee

Mr. Peter C. Rozee serves as Senior Vice President - Commercial and Legal Affairs of the Company. Previously he was Vice President, Commercial and Legal Affairs from 2001 to 2005. He is a graduate of Trinity College (B.A.), University of Toronto (B.A.), Osgoode Hall Law School, York University (LL.B). He is an Associate Lawyer, Torys 1989-1993; 1993-2000 General Counsel & Secretary, 2000-2001 Vice President Corporate Affairs, Inmet Mining Corporation. His professional Associations include Law Society of Upper Canada, Law Society of British Columbia, Canadian Bar Association, International Mining Professionals Society and Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.

Robin Sheremeta

Mr. Robin B. Sheremeta serves as Senior Vice President - Coal of the Company. He was previously Vice President, Operations, Coal since January 2013 and previously Vice President, Health and Safety Leadership.

Marcia Smith

Ms. Marcia M. Smith serves as Senior Vice President - Sustainability and External Affairs of the Company. She was Managing Partner of the Vancouver and Victoria offices of NATIONAL Public Relations and its predecessor company from 1993 to March 2010. She was a Member of the Labour Relations Board of British Columbia for eight years and currently serves on a multipartite committee of special advisors to government on matters pertaining to BC's labour code. Ms. Smith has provided senior counsel to national and global companies and organizations for more than 20 years in areas including media relations, crisis communications, issues management, government relations and restructuring and merger integrations. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Political Science from Laurentian University. She is a former member of the Board of Directors for NATIONAL Public Relations and served on its audit and human resources committees.

Mr. Scott R. Wilson serves as Vice President, Treasurer of the Company. He is Vice President since November 2010 and Treasurer since June 1, 2009; previously Director, Micronova BioProducts, November 2007 to April 2009.

Ms. Anne J. Chalmers serves as Vice President - Risk and Security of the Company. Previously she was Director, Corporate Risk and Insurance of the Company 2003- 2005 and Director, Risk Insurance and Security 2006-2009.

Amparo Cornejo

Ms. Amparo Cornejo serves as Vice President, Chile Sustainability and Corporate Affairs of the Company. She is responsible for corporate and government affairs, employee communications, Health, Safety, Environment and Community systems, and environmental permitting activities for our operations and development projects in Chile. Ms. Cornejo joined Teck in 2014 and was previously Director, Social Responsibility and Corporate Affairs. She holds a degree in Journalism and Bachelor in Social Communications, both from Pontificia Univerisidad Católica de Chile. Ms. Cornejo has a dual reporting relationship to Marcia Smith, Senior Vice President, Sustainability and External Affairs, and Chris Dechert, Vice President, South America.

Larry Davey

Mr. Larry M. Davey serves as Vice President - Planning & Development, Coal of the Company. He has been Vice President, Development, Coal since March 2014. Previously, he was General Manager Elkview Coal Mine June 2010-March 2014.

Christopher Dechert

Mr. Christopher J. Dechert serves as Vice President - South America of the Company. As Vice President, South America, Chris Dechert is responsible for directing Teck's operations in Chile to achieve overall site objectives for safety, sustainability, production and financial performance. Mr. Dechert also supports Teck's various interests in Peru. He joined Teck in 2009 and was previously Vice President, Copper Operations, Chile. Mr. Dechert holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Extractive Metallurgy from Laurentian University. He reports to Dale Andres, Senior Vice President, Base Metals.

Sepanta Dorri-Esfahani

Ms. Sepanta Dorri-Esfahani serves as Vice President, Corporate Development of the Company. Sepanta Dorri will be responsible for the identification and pursuit of external growth opportunities while also providing corporate support to each business unit's internal growth initiatives. Ms. Dorri joins Teck from Teranga Gold Corporation, where she was Vice President, Corporate and Stakeholder Development, Canada. In earlier roles, Ms. Dorri was General Manager, Corporate Development Canada at Xstrata Nickel, and Vice President, Investment Banking, Metals and Mining Group Canada at Merrill Lynch Canada. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant, holding a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Waterloo, and a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School. Ms. Dorri will report to Andrew Golding, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development.

Mark Edwards

Dr. Mark Edwards Ph.D. serves as Vice President - Community and Government Relations of the Company. Dr. Edwards joined Teck in 1993 and has most recently held the position of director, environment. He holds a bachelor of science degree and a doctorate degree in inorganic chemistry from the University of Calgary.

John Gingell

Mr. John F. Gingell serves as Vice President, Financial Systems of the Company. He served as Vice President since November 25, 2010 and Controller since June 1, 2007, previously Assistant Controller.

C. Jeffery Hanman

Mr. C. Jeffery Hanman serves as Vice President - Corporate Affairs of the Company. Hanman serves as Treasurer and Vice-chair of the Mining Association of British Columbia and as Co-chair of Mining for Miracles, the B.C. mining industry's charity of choice in support of B.C. Children's Hospital. Mr. Hanman joined Teck in April 2011, and most recently held the position of Head, Corporate Affairs. Before joining Teck, he held the position of Deputy Chief of Staff, Policy Coordination and Issues Management, with the Office of the Premier of British Columbia.

Ralph Lutes

Mr. Ralph J. Lutes serves as Vice President - Asia of the Company. According to the company, he, in his newly acquired positions, will expand its existing presence in China and further strengthen important relationships with customers in the public and private sectors. Most recently, he was employed with Stikeman Elliott LLP, where he has practised corporate and commercial law in the firm’s Toronto, Hong Kong and Vancouver offices. Previously, he has served as managing director and counsel with CIBC World Markets in Singapore.

Scott Maloney

Mr. Scott E. Maloney serves as Vice President - Environment of the Company. He previously Manager Health Safety Environment Community at BHP, Lead HSE Assurance and Review at BHP from 2016-2017.

Karla Mills

Ms. Karla Mills serves as Vice President, Project Development of the Company. Mills is responsible for the successful delivery of capital projects across Teck's base metals and steelmaking coal business units. Ms. Mills joined Teck in 2013 and was previously Acting Vice President, Project Development. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Geological Engineering) from the University of Manitoba and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from York University. Ms. Mills reports to Alex Christopher, Senior Vice President, Exploration, Projects and Technical Services.

Douglas Powrie

Mr. Douglas J. Powrie serves as Vice President - Tax of the Company. He has been Vice President, Tax since June 2011. He was previously, partner with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP.

Crystal Prystai

Ms. Crystal J. Prystai serves as Vice President and Corporate Controller of the Company. Crystal Prystai will be responsible for all of Teck's corporate controller functions. Ms. Prystai joined Teck in 2008 and is currently Director, Finance, Reporting and Compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of British Columbia and a Chartered Accountant designation. Ms. Prystai will report to Ron Millos, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

Kalev Ruberg

Mr. Kalev Ruberg serves as Vice President, Chief Innovation Officer of the Company. Previously he served as Vice President, Teck Digital Systems and Chief Information Officer of the company.

Keith Stein

Mr. Keith G. Stein serves as Vice President, Major Projects of the Company. he was Vice President - Project Development of Teck Resources Limited. Previously Vice President Projects. He is responsible for the delivery of Teck's capital projects. Before joining Teck in October 2012, Mr. Stein was Vice President, Project Director and officer with Fluor Canada Ltd. He is a graduate of the Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology's Mechanical Engineering Technology program.

Lawrence Watkins

Mr. Lawrence A. Watkins serves as Vice President - Health and Safety of the Company. His experience in the mining industry includes exploration, major projects, surface and underground mining operations and closure, with a focus in Health, Safety and Environment coaching, and developing fit-for-business management systems. He joined Teck in 2014 as Director, Health and Safety. Mr. Watkins holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science with Honours from Murdoch University, Western Australia and a Diploma of Occupational Health & Safety from West Coast Institute of Training.

M. Colin Joudrie

Mr. M. Colin Joudrie serves as Vice President - Business Development of the Company. He joined Teck's Exploration Group in 1991 and most recently held the position of Director, Business Evaluations. He has a Master's in Business Administration Degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor's of Science Honours in Geology from Queen's University.

Mayank Ashar

Mr. Mayank M. Ashar serves as Independent Director of the Company. He was appointed to the Board of Teck in November 2007. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto (M.Eng, MBA). Mr. Ashar is currently an Advisor for Reliance Industries Limited. He was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Cairn India Limited from November 2014 until June 2016. He was the President of Irving Oil from 2008 to April 2013. From 1996 to 2008, he was Executive Vice President at Suncor Energy with operations roles in oil sands, U.S.A. and corporate strategy.

Quan Chong

Mr. Quan Chong serves as Independent Director of the Company. He was elected to the Board of Teck in April 2016. He received a BA in English from the Beijing Institute of Foreign Trade in 1978 and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s executive management program (1998). Among other positions he has held during his career, Mr. Chong has worked extensively for the Ministry of Foreign Trade, the United Nations Office in Geneva, the Commercial section of the Chinese Embassy in the U.K., the Department of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Commerce. He was previously Deputy China International Trade Representative (Vice-Ministerial level) and also served as a deputy of the National People’s Congress of China. He has extensive experience in bilateral negotiations with numerous countries and oversaw WTO dispute settlements and Antitrust reviews while at the Ministry. Most recently, he was appointed as Chairman of the China Society for World Trade Organization Studies in February 2019.

Edward Dowling

Dr. Edward C. Dowling Jr., Ph.D. serves as Independent Director of the Company. He was appointed to the Board of Teck in September 2012. Mr. Dowling is an Alumni Fellow of Pennsylvania State University and holds a BSc. in Mining Engineering as well as a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Mineral Processing. He has more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry and was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of Alacer Gold Corp. from 2008 to July 2012. He is currently the Chairman of Alacer Gold Corp. and Chairman of Polyus Open Joint Stock Company.

Eiichi Fukuda

Mr. Eiichi Fukuda serves as Independent Director of the Company. He was elected to the Board of Teck in April 2016. He is a graduate of the Institute of Mineralogy, Petrology and Economic Geology, Faculty of Science, Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan (B.A. Geology). Mr. Fukuda has held various positions with Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd. since 1986. He is currently President & Director of Sumitomo Metal Mining Canada Ltd. Previously he was General Manager of Exploration and Development, Mineral Resources Division, a position he held since 2013. He is also President of SMM Resources Inc., SMM Exploration Corporation and Stone Boy Inc. and is a director of Sumitomo Metal Mining America Inc. and Sumitomo Metal Mining Arizona Inc.

Toru Higo

Mr. Toru Higo serves as Independent Director of the Company. He is a graduate of the Rikkyo University (BS Mathematics). He has held various positions with Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd. since 1986 and is currently the Senior Deputy General Manager of the Non-Ferrous Metals Division of Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd. Mr. Higo is also a director of Nickel Asia Corporation.

Tracey McVicar

Ms. Tracey L. McVicar serves as Independent Director of the Company. She was appointed to the Board of Teck in November 2014. She is a graduate of the University of British Columbia (B.Comm, Finance). She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is an Institute Certified Director (ICD.D). Ms. McVicar is currently the Managing Partner at CAI Capital Partners., a private equity firm she joined in 2003. Prior to this role she held senior positions in investment banking at Raymond James Ltd. and RBC Capital Markets. She is a past director of BC Hydro Corporation where she chaired the Audit and Finance Committee.

Kenneth Pickering

Mr. Kenneth William Pickering serves as Independent Director of the Company. He was elected to the Board of Teck in April, 2015. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia (B.A.Sc.) and the Harvard Business School Advanced management Program. Mr. Pickering is currently an international mining operations and project development private consultant. Prior to this role he held a number of senior positions worldwide over a 39 year career with BHP Billiton Base Metals including President of Minera Escondida Ltda. and most recently Vice President Major Projects, Closed Mines and North American Assets. He is a director of Endeavour Silver Corporation, Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. and Taseko Mines Limited.

Una Power

Ms. Una M. Power serves as Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Power is a corporate director and is the former Chief Financial Officer of Nexen Energy ULC, a former publicly traded oil and gas company that is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNOOC Limited. During her 24 year career with Nexen, Ms. Power held various executive positions covering financial reporting, financial management, investor relations, business development, strategic planning and investment. Ms. Power holds a B.Comm (Honours) from Memorial University, and CPA, CA and CFA designations. She has completed the Executive Development program at Wharton Business School and INSEAD. Ms. Power is a director of Bank of Nova Scotia and Kinross Gold Corporation.

Timothy Snider

Mr. Timothy R. Snider serves as Independent Director of the Company. He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University (B.Sc). Mr. Snider is currently Chairman of Cupric Canyon Capital, LLC. Prior to this role, he had a 38 year career with Phelps Dodge Corporation and its successor Freeport-McMoRan Copper and Gold, Inc. during which he held numerous technical, operating and executive positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer.
